Hi everyone,
Sorry it has taken so long to get back, have been having trouble getting in (am on dial up at the moment ).

Kaz - so sorry you are just coming off AF again, and having a partner away makes it incredibly hard to ttc, it's hard enough as it is

Dawnee - so sorry to see you hear. Hope you don't need to be here long. Did you go back to work afterall?

Satya - Congratulations So very happy and thrilled for you!!! Look after yourself and wishing you a very healthy pregnancy!

Treelo - Congrats to your little guy, a try and a conversion, what a champ!!

Kiwigirl - I think last time I was here, you were still waiting for AF and now you are going through this I'm so sorry hun, what a terrible time for you and DH. Hope you are recovering as well as possible, look after yourself.

Pash - They found the empty sac at an early 6 week scan (my HCG levels had been very erratic so they scanned earlier than the usual 7 weeks). It was only measuring about 3mm. The risk of D&C was that it was very small and could miss it, which would mean a repeat D&C, so suggested the Methotrexate instead (apparently a lot of IVF clinics are using it as first form of 'medical abortion' (I hate that term..) for early pregnancy loss and ectopic). I only had the 1 injection and about 5 days later, the loss started. I heard some pretty horrid stories of it taking weeks to months for some woman the bleeding finally eased, then started again a few days lighter, they seem to think is was AF though. Yes, my FS is also a gyno, he's been watching me very carefully, he's a wonderful man. My BT today showed HCG of 0, so looks like all is ok. I'm so sorry you need the Methotrexate also. the chemo nurse told me that the dosages required for pg don't have the same side effects ( I too was worried about vomiting and hair loss!) and she was right. I had a little pain in my backside where the injection went in and that was it. Will be checking in reguarly to see how you go with it. Lots of *hugs* to you...

Junebug - I am so terribly sorry for your loss and so sorry for your precious baby. I'd say you have every right to be feeling how you are, I'd be worried if you didn't.
I read a book that says when our fear of not being able to hold a baby in our arms overcomes the fear of losing another one, that's when we know we are ready to ttc.
I love that, it's perfect. I've been so miserable over my latest loss, then all of a sudden, the past 2 days I've just wanted to cycle again and people think I'm crazy and not taken the time to grieve, so that makes a lot of sense to me. Can you remember what that book was? I think you are an amazingly strong person! Wishing you all the very best for your next cycle.

LizJessie - so sorry your test was a BFN

littlescottishboy - sorry to see you here too. So sorry for your loss. Wishing you all the best for your next cycle.

Sorry to anyone I missed, trying desperately to catch up on everyone.

I had my final BT this morning and readings came back at 0, so very relieved. Also, there was a bit of a mix up, when the FN consulted with RWH as to how long to wait until next cycle, they thought I'd had 2 injections and said to wait 3 months, FS said this morning they'd gotten confused, and since I only had the 1 injection, I just have to wait for 1 spontaneous period and we are ok to go again, so relieved that I can go back when I'm ready.

Hope to be back in a little more reguarly.

Hugs to everyone,
