    Yay for Fridays!

... because I tend to find the weekends go faster.. which is great when you're in the TWW!!!

I'm 7DPO today and somehow I've mentally convinced myself every little symptom must mean I'm PG this month! Twinges, smells, dreams, nausea, skin breakout blah blah.

Then there's part of me which is convinced it's going to take forever to get a BFP, a little part of me which refuses to throw away the one BFP pregnancy test I have in the bottom drawer in the bathroom, just in case I never get one again in my life and I can look back at that one test when I'm old and have no children and think about how it could have been.

Stupid eh? I hate the mental battles!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend and the weather is kind.

Hi to everyone - zionsmom congrats on your anniversary, glad your weekend was great
I'm sorry this wasn't your month Megs75. Will post again soon

Kiwigirl - 7dpo - urghhh!!! Hang in there, another week and you'll know!!!!!!! I was utterly surprised to get my bfp - faint line as it was - I truly was not expecting it. I must have looked at it 100 times to try and believe it! Of course you will get another bfp, probably two, three, four..........! I did hpt at 10dpo and 12dpo, both very negative, then got a bfp on 14dpo, in the afternoon. Best of luck to you, I'm

    Hey girls,

Sorry about AF Megs75, best of luck next cycle.

Zionsmum, we were told they like to see at least 500 e2 per mature follicle.

Fingers crossed you caught the eggie Sharon!!!

Not long to go now Kiwigirl, try to hold out until AF is due, dare you!!

Britkane8 - Happy to hear you can now TTC again, all the very best!

Well we were lucky this cycle we got 3 follicles!!! 2 x 20mm and 1 x 13mm. Estrogen was still only 700 and kim is still pre-ovulatory so we go for more bloods tomorrow, hopefully her estrogen will go up and the LH surge is imminent but we will most likely trigger tomorrow night and inseminate on monday morning.

Thinking of you all, have a great weekend!

Hello girls, quick update from me. No news on the AF front, and I guess no news is good news! I did another HPT on 12DPO and got a faint line again but it was that faint that I could hardly see it. Kiwigirl reading how your hpt's happened gives me some sort of hope, I am 14DPO (and in the afternoon right now!) but I think I will try to hold out until after the weekend before testing again, don't want to waste another one.

Feeling unusually down today, burst into tears on the phone to my mum today for no real reason. DH is not willing to discuss possibilities of being pg until I know for sure and even then he won't get excited until we are safely past 12 weeks. I realise that is his way of coping but I feel a bit like I have no support from him.

Well hopefully I will have some news either good or bad after the weekend, hope everyone else is doing ok. Have a great weekend all.

Kiwigirl - *hugs* I know what you mean... I have one positive HPT still in the bathroom draw... just to remind myself that I did get one once. Hope you get another one soon!!

Lee - that is comforting... I am 11DPO and I got a BFN this morning... I knew it would be, but I wanted to test and get it out of my system! ha ha Before the TWW I always think I wont test early... but I usually do.

timnik - I hope you get a clear second line soon!!! *hug*

Each month I make a list in my head of my so called "symptoms".

    This month is different:

Insatiable thirst... I am sooooo thirsty...
Weird stabbing pains down low... almost a combined with AF type cramps ...
    HEAPS of CM (sorry TMi)
Boobs are not sore, like they usually are leading up to AF....
No heartburn or anything like just before AF.

See now I even think a lack of symptoms... is a symptom. Why does the TWW make you so crazy!!

Hope we all get big sticky BFP's very soon.

Hello!! Hope everyone's been enjoying their weekend. It's been great snuggling up weather here.

Some promising symptoms, TTBP, Timnik and Kiwigirl. for a trifecta of sticky BFPs.

Sounding good on the follie front, TwoMums!

Yay, Susan! Time to get some action! Good to chat again yesterday!

As for me: coming up to O! Was hoping O day would be about Thursday, Friday to maximise our chances. Fingers crossed that will still be the case but I think O day will be tomorrow. Ah well.

    Hi everyone

Claire - that panic attack must have been awful. Maybe you could start doing some meditation.

Kiwigirl - I'm hear ya on the symptoms front.... they can be enough to drive you mad. I hope they are hitting you this cycle for a very good reason.

Timnik - I hope that it's good news on the way for you.

Trying - Heaps of CM is a really good sign.

Ignore my ticker - I haven't updated it - it's not CD30 for me it's CD3. My AF arrived Saturday morning and it's been really light. Thankfully it had already arrived when I spent Sat night in bed trying not to throw up or I would have had myself convinced that I was pg. My temp is down to 35.8 so there's no way known that it's implantation bleeding.... it is AF for sure (and I feel fine again now).

    Morning!

I did a test this morning (10DPO) but BFN. I totally feel like I'm PG this month, even getting the hunger pains I was getting last time (normally I never ever wake up hungry) so will wait and see how I go the rest of this week. I'm feeling hopeful

Claire, I've been thinking about you and I think it's perfectly natural to have those moments of doubt... hoping the weeks fly by until it's time for that scan.

zionsmom: how's things with you? Where are you at with your cycle right now?

Trying to be Postive: I so hear you on the lack of symptoms list too - this time last cycle I was getting skin breakouts and this time I'm not haha. I hear you about getting the testing out of your system... it's like this overpowering urge and then once you've tested it's no longer there and going through your mind like crazy. Have you tested again, you're 13DPO today right?

    timnik77
    - sounds so promising!! A faint line is still a line! Can't wait to hear your update.

satya - sorry this wasn't your month. Glad you're not feeling sick any more though.

Hi everyone else hope this week brings lots of good news

    Hello girls,

I was wondering if any of you have been charting after a D&C? I have had a D&C (missed m/c at 12 wks + 3 days) last Tuesday and started charting my temperature only to find this morning that I had a jump in temp just like after ovulation. Can you ovulate just one week after a D&C??? (I guess I'll find out if I get AF in two weeks, but that seems an awful long time away....) I only bled for a couple of days after the D&C and then had some light spotting which seems to have stopped today...
We are keen to try again as soon as possible and I haven't spoken to my ob yet since the D&C. I am kind of scared that he'll tell me to wait for three months which I definitely do soooo NOT want to do!

Good luck to all of you and lots of baby dust for us all!

Penny, I charted after my D&C and you're more than welcome to take a look - just click on my ticker. My after-D&C-cycle is the really long one with multiple patches of EWCM and no +ve HPT. I don't know if it's possible to ovulate so soon after a D&C. Temperatures can be pretty erratic for a while. Are you having a follow up blood test to check your hCG levels have fallen? I doubt your ob will tell you to wait three cycles. When's your appointment? Good luck and lots of hugs!

Ooooh Kiwigirl, sounding good (sorry about this morning's BFN but it's early days!) Good luck, good luck, good luck!!!

Sorry, Satya! I was so hoping AF would stay away for you. Glad you're feeling better too.

Claire, I know how hard it is to stay calm and I'm sending you some hugs, big squishy ones. Lots of belly rubs and baby dust for you. If I fall pregnant again (please ), I will be wanting daily scans! Not that I'd get them!

Hope the sun is shining where you are!

Kiwigirl - I was hoping to be one of those lucky people who get a bfp at 10dpo - but alas I wasn't - I tested out of that curiosity! I didn't get a bfp until the afternoon of 14dpo - also a bfn at 12 dpo. SO HANG IN THERE!! My bfp was still very faint at 14dpo. We are all different - it's just a bit frustrating to hear of other ladies getting bfp at 9 or 10 dpo!!! Oh well!!!!

Oh, and I was really hungry around testing time too - and my main symptom was that I just didn't feel like AF was on her way, and got a couple of big pimples!

Your "symptoms" sound good!! Fingers crossed, but you might have to wait a few more days for your bfp!!

Satya - hi - cd3 - gee you cycles seem to come and go so quickly!! You will always hear from me until you get a BFP OK!!!! We got a deal??!!! Hugs xo

Hello to everyone else and good luck in your tww and testing!!!

I'm just a hormonal blubbering sad/happy/angry/strange person and trying to live with myself is a challenge at times!! Going through a tough patch, but think I'll just try and ignore it a bit......

Hello everyone, bad news from me unfortunately. AF showed up over the weekend, bummer! Really thought I might have had good chance this time too. DH has agreed not to drink for two weeks either side of O week, which may help our chances as he is generally a pretty big drinker. I went out on Saturday night to drown my own sorrows and was dancing up a storm on the dancefloor when I slipped and face ploughed the floor!! Ended up chipping about a third of my front tooth off, very embarrassing. Can't even get in to see my dentist till tomorrow either so I am feeling very low today. What else can go wrong for me? Surely I am due for a run of GOOD luck soon!

I hope everyone else is doing well, sorry for the lack of personals. Got a major headache and just want to go home and curl up in bed. Good luck to the other girls who are nearly to testing stage, we need some BFP's in here soon.

    Hi everyone,

Kerry - Thanks for the info, I plugged up the courage to ring my ob, his midwife told me to wait until after the next AF - I think I can cope with that (just!!!). They didn't really have an answer to my question whether you can ovulate one week after a D& C, so I guess I have to wait and see what my chart tells me...
Also she said that I didn't need HCG levels tested because I didn't miscarry naturally. I must say, this is all new to me and I am starting to get confused as to what tests I should be having...
Good luck to you for today!!!

Claire - I used to get panic attacks years ago and I found meditation (as Satya suggested) most helpful. In fact I have gone back to it now to keep my thoughts positive for conception.
Hope the wait for your scan goes quickly....

To everyone else Good Luck for this week and for those waiting, waiting, waiting hopefully lots of distractions and positive thoughts!

I never thought that I would wish for AF to arrive! I am very impatient now so that we can get into some serious TTC! Please cross your fingers for me that it won't take me too long to be able to try again....
