I had a twin molar as well, my gynae-oncologist said the chances of twins and molar is something like 1 in 10000 - aren't we special Mine was picked up at 10 weeks during an ultrasound which apparently looked like a snowstorm rather than babies but strangely about two days before the us, my tummy got huge but babies had died 3 weeks earlier. Am 3 months post normal hcg and am sooo considering ditching the pill and letting nature (hopefully) do its thing - I am so ready to be a mum
