Today's the day AF usually arrives, usually late tonight so fingers crossed she stays away. Temp remained the same this morning (phew... didn't drop again) and BB are sore.

I have not been on this thread before, but do know some of you from the TTC after MC thread.
It is my first official 2WW since my MC. I just wanted to post this list of ideas I have found surfing the net about implantation. Not all the sources are medical, so make of it what you will. Hope it's a help!
1. Take vitamin B6
2. Eat walnuts
3. Have pinapple core - chop into pieces or make juice. Great for DH sperm, too.
4. Limit exercise - keep your body core temperature low - don't overheat
5. Avoid orgasms during days of implantation. The "vibrations" can make the fertilised egg change direction and it may prevent it's burrowing in nice and deep into the womb. BD is fine - just no "O" - lucky DH!
Some facts about implantation:
1. Window is 6-12 days, but (according to some studies) more than 80% of the time it happens at 8-10 days.
2. Implantation bleeding happens to only 20 to 30% of women

well it's over for this cycle..... AF arrived toady.... I feel sooo awful..... :(
There are so many people around me falling pregnant without even really trying.
I dont really know who to talk too, my DH is trying to be supportive but is just saying we'll try again next month. Friends keep trying to reassure me it will happen with time.
It's so hard to explain to them how this feels unless you have been through it - very down at the moment. :(:(:(

The only time I had cramps between O and AF was the two times I fell pregnant. First time I thought AF is coming early, because I normally get them only when she arrives. Second time I was smart enough already to know that something is up...There weren't very strong cramps, not like normal AF cramps, but I definetly felt all sort of pulling and stretching.
I do hope your cramps are also caused by your uterus stretching to accomodate the bean. Good luck!
Hi Luna, thanks for your reply! :) im not sure i understand what pulling/stretching cramps feel like.. mine are more sort of little thumps & aches - were yours like that? .. and sort of like af but just not as intense.. i dont remember getting these sort of cramps last month when i had af, but i do know that my boobs were aching more the week or so before af... im not feeling anything else, so im getting worried that something else is wrong with me!

well i've had them for a week now...and i tested when AF was due, :bfn: so i thought grrr for this cycle...now 8 days late, tested middle of the day and OMG i got a :bfp:
and i really thought (TMI warning) i smelt blood last night...
i am terrified...

yesterday i gave in and tested and got BFP on 9dpo, wow i am still in shock, today i had a BT and will have to wait till tomorrowfor it.
Can't wait to hear those results, betty! Saying lots of :pray: for you!!!
got BT back and hcg is 31 and i looked it up and it said that was good for 10 dpo.

Ok folks sorry I didnt update last time, lets just say it was an emotional month when I got my AF.
I have since been to the GP and Fertility specialist and am awaiting a lap/dye . (August this year I should be in surgery). Until then I continue to TTC.
I am currently on day 21/ 22 (according to me 22) of my cycle therefore I would say from day 16 ov (from OPK tests and my own sensations as I refuse this month to temp chart).. that would be
6/7 DPO (shall we say 6.5 dpo to make it inbetween?).
Yes I have been stupid enough to test DUH!! Of course BFN...
Symptoms? Yep sore boobs but then they seem to haunt me and an urge to pee,...

I totally know what you mean! And to add to the tension all of us (well-meaning gals) on BB has such high hopes for you this month!
My numbers did not look like any chart I could find on FF. I appear to have had a two-day implantation dip. A good thing about your chart is that I have read that women who have a triphasic pattern, without conceiving on that cycle, tend to fall PG sooner. I have just scouted around on the Net looking for where I read that but couldn't find it. When I do I promise I will send you the link x

I would like to be hopeful but it seems I am loosing hope these days. I have been having baby dreams which are now DOING MY HEAD IN!
Rachel--It's easy to lose hope, I know, but don't give up! You have to fight for your dreams sometimes, and this is something that's so worth the fight! Rome wasn't built in a day... and you can't rush perfection, so keep your faith! Sending lots of big :hug:

tutmae--Well, I tested earlier on 11 & 13DPO, both BFN. Today am 16DPO, and was really hoping I would have a nice temp jump yesterday, but it's done nothing but go down slightly yesterday and today. Started spotting yesterday, tho not much. Not really anything yet this a.m., but was a little crampy earlier, tho that's now gone. I have a feeling it won't be long before AF's knocking down my door, so I don't think I'm going to even bother wasting the money on a test. Was a little bummed because my EDD if I got pg this month was Mar.4, and my anniversary for my m/c is Mar. 5, and my b-day is Mar. 6, so I was really hoping to have another baby by my EDD (plus it was supposed to be a girl!). BUT, did the Chinese gender predictor for July, and it still says girl, so I'm ok with it--but I better at least be pg by then or it won't be a very happy b-day to me (my last one was crappy enough being the day after my m/c!)!! I love Lilah's middle name, btw... that's going to be my little one's middle name, as well (well, not if it's a boy :lol:)!
Well, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you! And anything else that will cross too! But I'm sure you dont need any more pressure on you, so I'll just say if not this time then it'll definitely happen soon! This group is due for a whole heap of BFP I reckon!
And Lilah's middle name was this last minute thing. We had a completely different middle name picked out but a week before I gave birth I kept waking up thinking "Grace" and mentioned it to DH and he'd been having the same thing happen with him! We both have tattoo's of her name now, and get lots of comments. We're happy! She looked like a Lilah Grace. :)
I'm out for this month. Bring on the next cycle.... Grrr!
