All meat and chicken should be cooked thoroughly

Take-away foods or restaurant foods which are not cooked when ordered

But i havent cut out peanuts but i dont eat them all the time either. Unless you have a family history of an allergy i would just to be sure if not i think its safe to do so.

But generally it comes down to common sense really, eat what you would want your baby to eat but yes a good idea to stay away from take away foods or foods that arent cooked on the spot.

And yes try stay away from really acidic/fatty foods towards the end... heartburn and reflux are awful!! and antacids will become your best friend.
