ButterflyForever, we did IVF and luckily the treatment worked first time both times, but I don't know how long it would take us to conceive naturally if we were able to to it, as age is also not on our side (I'm 39, DF is 45). I was also worried that the embryo might not stick after my myomectomy op. in Jan this year (I had a massive fibroid taken out, that's why I lost Josh last year) if my uterine scarring was bad. Lucklily it all went OK.
I would have tried my second cycle (frozen embryo) a lot earlier, but I had to wait for my uterus to heal (6 months) before it could cope with another pg.
Give yourself some time hun, you've only started TTC recently, and that's a huge step after your loss. I really worried myself silly just before my transfer in July as I was more worried how I would cope if I did get pg. Well I am there now, and I thought I would be so stressed out, but I am trying to take one day at a time and focus on all the positives of being pg rather than the 'what if this happens or that happens' and the negatives, which of course are never far away!
Good luck hun, I really hope your journey here is a short one!
