Hey Gigi- as far as I've been told it shouldn't affect the treatment im having. I'm only having surgery then starting clomid afterwards. Obviously I may be a bit sore still next cycle and might not want to dtd/ttc but I will talk to the surgeon and my gp/obgyn afterwards.
