Hi Girls,
Great to hear from you Kate...well done for doing so well babe. Keep going. Are you feeling bubs yet?
Chez, good to here you are still with us and keeping busy.
LnD, thank goodness it all went well and you are on the mend. When do you have to go for the follow up and discuss results etc? Take it easy hun.
MissB, I simply love having you around. Happy to live out your fantasies love. Are you TTCing again or leaving it for a bit longer.
Dory, hey hun, i can completely understand your mod choices to keep this place safe for you too. Sorry i have asked you questions re the mod...i get that you can talk about it. All good here. I am just so proud...it must take a little extra of you and i know that can be hard.
AFM- Renos happenign very slowly...bit by bit. I am very sore right now...yoga junky this week has meant that the smallest of things are hurting me LOL. Like putting my foot from the accelerator to the brake...ouch. So very funny and i can not wait for my muscles to catch up.
Anyway Dh is off today and tomorrow so i will be short. CD13...need i say more. Although not having any ov symptom just yet...might have to have some fun i my body can take it. xoxo
Sorry for those i have missed. Love to all and hope this month is a goer!
Just a quick one from me. Sorry for no persies.
NT scan went well. T21 risk is 1 in 6200 which is apparently the risk of a 15 year old. Very different to my maternal age risk of 1 in 140! Bub was bumping around. All looks normal so far, though it's too early to tell re: genetic issues. If the T21 risk had been 1 in 300 or lower, we would have gone for a cvs as we would have done that anyway. As it is, we'll skip it and keep hoping everything is OK.
Now I suppose we'll come out of the closet. How scary!
I know you ladies will understand - it's weird feeling happy about this and still grieving our little boy. We'll take the good news, but that sadness will always be there.
Tashybabe, great results hun!
Hi miss.b and kateo!
Hi everyone else too.
AFM, super excited about being so close to O time. still havent hot the go ahead from DF, but i always get what i want so its all good. Been having some period like cramping, am really hoping im not ovulating earlier than i should be :(
Girls are tring to kill each other, thnik theyre going stir crazy from being stuck here because theyre sick, Squid bit my inner arm yesterday and has left a pretty awesome look bruise!
Tash- Great news babe. Yep I can understand the happy sad feelings, makes complete sense to me. It will always be that way i think. ONe step at a time now and we will stay here hoping with you that al is fine. Those results are just awesome.
Sky- Go for it girl. bring home the BFP. The gates are open.....!!!!
Off to the shops, no food in the house. xoxo
Hi everyone,
CD5 for me, last clomid tablet tomorrow.. I feel good, no bloating or anything. I have to go to belly dancing tonight, I soooo can't be bothered but I will make myself go, I don't want to be lazy lol.. Looking forward to school hols coming up. I will try and get some extra shifts at work, I will hopefully work the public hols over Easter.. Double time baby!! I need the $$! I will try and have some days to relax too though.. We started palliative care as a subject today. I think it's going to be a heavy subject, all about death, grief, coping with grieving families etc.. It triggers when I was the grieving family.. Oh well, I'll get through it, I just hope it doesn't trigger too much.
Kate and tash: congrats :)
Blessed- where kinda cycle buddies this cycle!
I'm on cd4... 3rd clomid pill today. I've had headaches and dull cramps hot flushes in the face only??? Weird but ok.
2 more pills to go! Then daily bt's till they see the LH rise!
Hope everyone's well I want to see a bfp from you skybie! Xxx and all you gals!!

Kate, woohoo for 18.3 weeks hun!!!
Gigi, ouch about the muscle pain!! Yoga......brings bad memories here! hahaha. You look after yourself hun! Bring on the 'O' I say!!!!!!!
Blessed & LnD, GL in your clomid cycles ladies!! Have my fingers and toes crossed for you ladies!!!!!!! I CAN cross my toes, lol.
Skybie, you make me laugh hun. I usually get what I want from my DF here as well! lol. I usually threaten him with 'we're still not married' thing, and he just co operates! GL with your 'O' this month!!
Dory, BD'ing is for fun only here! hahaha. Not that I'm getting much these days ;) I think DF is slooooooooooooooooooooooooooowly warming up to the idea of a new cycle of IVF though........the other day we were at a shopping centre and a preggy woman was pushing a toddler in the pram, and he says, are you sure you're ready for another one! Hell yeah!!!!!! Does he EVER listen to me? :wall:
Big hugs and kisses to all and wishing everyone lots and lots of luck and babydust in your current cycle :crossfingers::goodluck:
Mwah!
ahhhh the vagina wins out again! he said yes ;)
Skybie - lol, of course it does!
Thanks Miss B, I too will have everything crossed.. Except my legs ;):
Blessed & LnD, GL in your clomid cycles ladies!! Have my fingers and toes crossed for you ladies!!!!!!! I CAN cross my toes, lol.

GRRRRRRRR so annoyed, that cramping i said i was having the past few days? i think i might be getting my period AGAIN!! TMI but i woke up this morning and have really really brown gritty blood. hoping its just left overs, but not feeling confident
Skybie, gotta hate bodies pitting you through that! :( it's prob just leftovers and your hormones getting back to normal. If I remember rightly after zach I bled for 5 weeks, then stopped then 2 weeks later I got what My period back, and then started spotting about 4 days post period! Gahhh
My doctor at the time said it was due to my hormones re regulating?
Hope it stops for you...
Maybe it's o spotting!? Have you got opks? Xx

Skybie, have you had AF come back since Jack? Do they feel like cramps or O pains? I only know the diff. looking where I am in the cycle. Mind you, with AF I tend to get sore back and (.)(.).
Blessed, you are funny :)
LnD you're welcome hun :)
yeh my bleeding stopped at 4 weeks, AF returned at 6 i'm CD 14 today will wait and see if it turns into something.
my first few cycles back from a baby i tend to get o pains, but nothing major so i'm not sure
I think my AF returned 6 weeks after Josh too, and then it was regular 29 day cycle thereafter . One thing I'm thankful for is spot on cycles. I'm not too sure but I might have ready somewhere to give the body 2 cycles after m/c (maybe it's different for normal birth) to try again? Not sure hun, but if it was me I'd just go for it since AF returned and just try around what you think O is......can you check with OPK like LnD said? Otherwise, if you're not 100% sure (I know how hard it is when you're just waiting for your body to get back to normal) you could see what happens this time (ie still BD now and if AF arrives, hope it doesn't though :p, see if it's AF is like a normal AF). Like LnD said, it's most probably hormones regulating themselves hun.
Tashy - excellent news my blossom.... excellent news. 15 yr old indeed.
Gi - you've not asked me anything that I am uncomfortable with :) Enjoy CD14+.... I'll scold you if you're in here too much.... LOL.
Blessed - GL with your new subject, it will be hard, but you will have some insight into grief and bereavement, but there are also different issues for families with loved ones in palliative care. You will get through this and you will grow even more as a person.
Skybie - FX for O.
Miss B - I am so sorry about my insensitive comment about BD'ing, I just totally forgot about the ivf journey and now feel a bit like a schmuck. Sorry. And men? They listen for a micro second then forget..... so ready to ttc here. Hope DH actually really listens soon to your heart and not just your words.
Not much to say here. No discernable signs of anything, except that I am a bit glum today. But I am going out to lunch with a friend so that should be nice - food and friendship both necessary for me to be a contented little fish.
Well looks like it is AF! BOOOOOOOO to her ah well not much i can do about, except whinge!!
Gigi, i thought you'd been quiet in here today! hope ur haviing fun catching that eggie!!
Hi everyone else!
Lysndan, hope ur ok hunny xxx
Noooooooooo not af :(

Big hugs to u darling !

thanks Gigi, sorry i took so long to reply. You pronounce his name Jo-sy-ah, sy same as my.
hope everyone is doing well. feeling a bit yuck today, i think it's from the pill? i vaguely remember doesn't the pill cause semi-pregnancy symptoms? just felt sick in the car today. DH has said i've been a bit moody as well haha. ah can't wait to get off it......i keep thinking i just want to come off it now, but in reality, if i get pregnant now i would have a baby before J's first birthday, and i just couldn't do that. i know a lot of people do, don't get me wrong, and i don't see anything wrong with it, but for me, i just don't think im ready. so in 3 months will be good.....but MAN i hate the pill!!!!
sorry AF returned again Skybie, that sucks!! but that's funny about DF, typical man, just can't resist LMAO. FX for the next month.
and everyone else....umm,looking forward to getting to know you all! will pop my head in occassionally and hopefully be here to stay in a few months :)
MD- Thanks, I like to try and think/say names right. Welcome.
Skybie, sorry your cycle is stuffing you around mate. What a bugger. I really can't remember mine. I know it was not really more than 10 days for me after DD was born- vaginal birth and no issues. But i don't think i had a period until it was due, thankfully. Sorry i can't help with that sort of thing.
Long couple of days which were eventful and i can laugh at it all now. Well i laughed then too, but it has been one speed bump after another. I still have not felt 100% from that night with the fever. I am fine but a bit of a sore throat and tired. Had my big neices here last night, and took care of my nephews with them. They 10 and 13yrs, have never held a baby so it was a big experience for them. So cute to watch them grow their maternal wings. One nearly dropped the baby nephew when he vomited it gave her such a fright. It is scarey how you get used to vomit after a while. He then proceded to cover me shoulder to toe in even more. Poor little man. It scared me a little as it just kept coming...hurl after hurl. 4 times and then a dry wretch...oh it was horrible. Little man had a second bath and then fell asleep on my chest as we said good bye to his mum and dad for the night. He was wasted!
But the eventfulness didn't start there. I ran out of petrol!! I have never run out of petrol before. I was in Bro/SIL's car and stopped on a hil to check out a map....clunk clunk clunk. It seems the petrol gauge is not all that accurate and what was left went to the back of the tank as i was parked on a hill. ANYWAY...it was pretty funy really. However it lead me to be 1hr late for the rest of the day and i really don't like being late if i can help it. I was fine but it played on my mind a bit and catching up was a challenge. Anyway really not that interesting for you guys.
All fine here, looking forward to a little more restful week if i can make it that way. xoxo
Gi - oh dear, how eventful. Sick again... blossom, that is just no good. I hope you bounce back soon. Your poor wee nephew and the mega hurl.... you are such a lovely aunty.... my niece and nephew never did the mega hurl on me, though my nephew managed to pee into his sister's mouth once... lol. That's a story for another time. My time will come huh? I am so sorry that you ran out of petrol.... I have once too .. same problem... dodgy gauge. And about being late, I don't like it either, though not that you'd be able to tell sometimes. :P
MD - it's odd how there are so many connected little moments - Josiah is one of the names that was on my list. So now I feel connected to your wee man.
AFM? Resisting the urge to test, to use up that last lonely little hpt, as I am thinking that my increased need to pee has to be a "p" sign and it can't possibly be because I just drank a lot of water.... oh the mind games we play with ourselves....
I got the bestest present yesterday, some really really nice memories. Isn't that just the best? When I think of them, they just make me smile with pure delight. Some things have been getting me down lately ( still trying to work out what exactly) but it's just so nice to have some moments of sunshine.
Is that the time? Oh my off to bed for me. Night.
Ha Dory, Love to you hun. Sending you the strength you need to be with the funk you are in and to avoid that HPT if you so choose. xoxo
Not too sick here, just a little off.
LOL, my washing basket has a bunch of clothes needing attention atm...other nephew did the same thing during the week. I swear i am not bouncing them after a feed. The looks on their faces as their bodies take over...kind of reminded me of birth in a way. That raw shock that your body has it's own intelligence and does what it needs to, involuntarily.
'bout to go and pick my man up. he has spent the last two hours firing someone...a very long, compassionate and constructive talk. Thank god, he was so worried about it. Thankfully the guy that has to go is really a nice guy...ironic.
Just popping in to give my gals some of these
I'll be back after my blood test.
Not really in a good frame of mind today. Sorry gals. Xx be back for persies!

Gigi, i would have been having a chuckle too! you're such a positive llittle miss, its fantastic, needs to be more people lilke you in the world.
Dory did u test???
Lysndan, hope ur pool gets finished today, hope the blood test is painless :(
Hi to everyone else, hope you're all doing well xxx
AFM, kids were kind enough to share their gastro with me over the weekend. atleast it was the weekend and DF was home to look after the kids while i wallowed in my AF/cold/gastro mysery! feeling alot better today, put some make up on, did my hair and have some nice clothes on, not going anywhere but wanted to feel like a functional member of society!
AF still here, hopefully its last day, better not come back in a fortnight i swear!
Thanks skybie honey.
Hope your feeling better.
The blood test itself didn't hurt so much. But my gosh. Can't move my arm! Oh dear! She used the smallest needle too! I hate blood tests. Why can't a sexy glittering vampire just take my blood. Anyway I get my results at 3pm ish today so will update. Xx love yas x
Sent from my iPhone (via Tapatalk) so please forgive the spelling mistakes...
LnD, glad that the test if over. . I am not a fan of blood tests either ...in a big way. i have the largest supply of numbing cream in my fridge it would make you laugh. Brave girl I am!!
Skybie, glad you are feeling a bit better and the end is nigh. What a weekend you have had. Thinking of you. I often do that to...dress mysefl up a bit for house work!
xoxo
Hello lovelies!!
Dory, your comment wasn't insensitive and you don't have to apologize hun! Silly you for stressing about it! Ooooh, I think I'm getting DF's head around number 3 soon........(I always count my beautiful angel :)) We're off to Jakarta for a few days in a couple of weeks to have a look where we'd be living if we went for 2 years, and popping into Bali for 3 or 4 days while we're there for a wee holiday (although after the bombings I am a bit weary.......) so looking forward to that. We still haven't discussed where we'd do a cycle, I would really preffer to do it at Monash here. Can't wait to TTC!
LnD, GL with your test hun! :crossfingers: Hopefully the surge is happening soon.
Skybie, you poor love!! Sorry silly AF arrived (and the cold and the gastro, thanks kiddlets!! lol) but I've got everything crossed for you in a few days time when O comes.....:crossfingers:
Gigi, OMG the poor wee mite! You are such an awsome auntie! Ha ha about your petrol adventure, I've done it twice and it wasn't purdy. Still haven't lived it down
Hi Ahurani, mummydreamer, blessed, anyone esle I missed? Hope there is some good news in here soon :crossfingers:
Just enyoing my man being back in the country :) And would you believe the bl***y perfect timing......the night he gets back AF decides to pay a visit ;) Grrrrrrrrr!
Lots of love, hugs and plenty of babydust to all :)
B xoxoxoxo
Don't know what these lab people are doing. They've done all three tests (e2, prog, and lh monitoring) on sat. And today they reckon they've only done the lh and progesterone?
Meh! Over it. They don't know what is going on! I dont think I'm going on monitored cycles anymore sick of it already. Only going to go for my progesterone levels at cd21 that's it!

LnD- How very frustrating Grrrrr. Thinking of you. xoxo
Just quickly - I caved and tested... LMAO, negative of course. But at least now it's not burning a hole in my sub conscience.
BBL
Aww big hugs dory

thats poo Dory!!!!! im so sorry :(
nah honestly - it's all good, but thanks.
Dorrs, bugger hun but it sounds like you are in a good space about it. Timing not perfect, I can only assume. Well...you have some space with it all until this time next month. Time to order some more sticks babe. xoxo
LnD, that is really frasturating. Sometimes I wonder if these medico people communicate with each other :shakehead:
Dory, I know you're thinking, it's no big deal, and that's you, you're a tough lil cookie! We'll all be hoping for a sticky eggie next time for you hun :crossfingers:
Hello to everyone else :hello:
Nah not tough... hard to be crushed when I have no cycle yet... so it's just really taking a mad stab in the dark... LOL ... and that's no reference to actual events.
Spreading some happiness and sprinkling some baby dust around. Toodles.
