I haven't - and am pretty excited about just having the one on board - but I have been a nanny for a lot of twin families, including one family who had fraternal [awesome] boys who were 19 months old when the identical boys came along. Their mum was amazing. Stuff I think she did well:
    - Keep a sense of humour about you
    - Relinquish control! (accept that some stuff is going to happen that you don't like, and work with it)
    - Prioritise!
    - Don't be afraid to ask for help

But, yeah, laughing seemed to be the most important thing. I remember her saying once "the little ones don't even bother crying - they know noone's gonna come!" Totally not true, but she used humour to deflect her frustration that she couldn't always get to every need of every child right on time.

    Good luck!

Congrats! Are your first set identical or unidentical? What about the second set?

I was going to post similar to what Ali did (we're sisters) but she beat me to it!
