Pregnant 10wks with twins. Dh want divorce n abortion

H was abusing the **** out of me today. He was saying our marry was fake, our wedding reception was fake he was only do it so he wouldn't lose face n our anni party every year was just go with the flow. Everything we did together is just comes along with a married. " why u deny it. Stop pretending u didn't know cos it's f***ing make me angry" he said.
He even tell me he was still with his ex 2 weeks before we get marry & I should have known better that he wasn't a marriage type.
I was crying and crying all day. I just couldn't believe it!! I didn't only lose him. I lose all the wonderful memories I had with him also.
What I thought we had together wasn't real.
If I knew he was with his ex, when I moved back from US to live here. I wouldn't marry him. I'm so mad and angry at myself! He told me he broke up with her b4 I moved back here again for him. ( I broke up with him n went back to US for year and a half )

    :'( heartless pig he is

It sounds like he's feeling backed into a corner and saying anything he can to hurt you. Don't buy into it or let him see how hurt you are, he's being a brat and having a rants because you aren't giving him his way.
Clearly he doesn't understand just how strong you are. Hold your own, you can do this.

H moved out today. Left me $15 on the table and he expected me to live with that to pay bills n foods myself. Sighhhhhhh!! Now I have to use my saving money for babies which not much at all until centrelink give me my newstart allowance payment. Arghhhhhh!!! Not easy!!
Plus he left me to look after two dogs myself.... He is Husband of the year

If you can't afford to look after the dogs or are not able to, tell him. Otherwise contact a rescue centre so they can collect them and rehome them.

He sounds like he is being an immature twat. Try and ignore him as he is losing the most important things he will ever have.

Yay! He moved out which means you don't have to find somewhere to live or have the stress of moving just yet! That's great!

Now time to regroup and think of your next plan now that he is gone..

I would suggest getting an order ready to sign that gives you sole responsibility - by the sounds of it he will sign it - and it means that he can't turn around and be too much or a prat later in life.

Im so glad he has left. He is being such an *******. It sucks right now. And it will be hard living on next to nothing but you and your babies will be SO much better off without that douchebag in your life.

If you tell centrelink that he left you with only $15 they will probably be able to give you an emergency advance. Pity its Friday do you have someone you can borrow money off for over the weekend? Do you have enough food to get by for a couple of days?

honey, Im so so sorry he is doing this to you.

I'm glad You have a place to stay for a while. As someone else mentioned tell centrelink you only have $15, to last until payments, they might refer you to salvos or they might give you advance/food stamps or something.
When you are ready to put together baby stuff I can send you some little baby clothes, mostly boy stuff but there are a few white, yellow or green things too. 0000 and 000 which my DS3 has grown out of already and I'm going to donate them to charity anyway. Just let me know what address.

I'm glad too that your DH has left, I agree with ringing Centrelink on Monday and let them know of your current situation. Take this opportunity to try and rest and sort things through in your head, without him there to cause you the emotional stress. You really are such a strong woman to be going through this, your babies are lucky to have you. Wish I could give you a big hug, be gentle on yourself .

    Regards,
    Dianne

I agree with what catastrophic said re: getting an order re: sole responsibility.
I'm not sure where you're at with legal side of things. Can you apply for legal aid re: sorting out the pre nup?

Glad that you can stay in the house til the bubs arrive. Not sure if somebody has already mentioned getting in contact with a student doula or student midwife to have some support through your pregnancy and there with you at the birth. Even if you end up having to have a c/section, it would still be great to have a support person in there with you, given your silly H won't be helping you. Even ask your current midwives at your next appt to help you find somebody, maybe sooner rather than later.

I hope Centrelink are able to help you on Monday

Hmm, HE has said you can stay in the house until baby arrives. That's just HIM saying that.
i would be interested in what a LAWYER would have to say about this issue. How long you can LEGALLY stay in that house.

$15 won't even cover dog food, from what i hear, it's expensive to pay for looking after pets, i think you need that $15 to pay for your own food, i would be contacting RSPCA about those dogs - think of your own survival first.

i suspect CL will tell you to contact local charities in the first instance. Once you are on CL payments, you might be able to get an interest free CL loan of a few hundred dollars, but i don't know that they are set up for emergency situations like yours.

Great to hear all the offers of support for baby stuff, for once the bubs arrive, but you need to get through your pregnancy first, financially survive, you are eating for three now.

What are the arrangements between you and your ex re the housekeys? ( this is rhetorical, you don't need to answer, just think about this stuff for your own benefit).
Does he still have housekeys to where you are living?
Is he planning to visit sometimes, has he spoken about ringing first?
I suspect there are issues here, that only a lawyer could walk you through - who gets to live in the home, who pays the mortgage, does the house have to be sold, possibility of locks being changed for your own peace of mind etc.

    utility bills
you will need to pay utility bills to keep electricity/gas/water connected, during your pregnancy.
whose name are those bills in right now?
who is going to pay those bills?
what about right now? if he is just moved out, is he going to pay the utility bills, as they stand, as of today?

is his idea, of getting a boarder in (to rent a room in your house), realistic, in your opinion?

i know you're angry, hurting, feeling like he tricked you - those are all very valid
turn those emotions into getting yourself immediate help - $15 is nothing
I hope your cupboards/fridge were reasonably well stocked before he left

do you have a credit card/bank card - anything like that, in joint names?
if he's left you in the lurch like that, i would buy up big on an online supermarket site that delivers, before he takes your name off it. loo paper, washing powder, tinned food, cereal, long life milk - stuff that will keep.

H moved back home this morning. He said he couldn't stand stay in share house. He will stay here until he can find apartment with one bedroom.
He will still pay the bills to the day he living here. When he moved out ,As soon as CL give me my newstart allowance I have to pay bills n foods myself.
Every bills is under his name n he is paying off mortgage. He want to rent out the whole house after I moved out. He just want to live in the city apartment by himself from now on.

Hopefully CL will process my application for payment soon. I don't have to worry about bills n foods while he still living here but living with him is kinda upsetting me. Last night he back home at 3-4am drunk ass n post **** on fb about buying all the chics drink at the bar. I know I shouldn't feel angry n sad but I still do.
I rather not know what time he comes home .

Your in perth Queenluxury!! See meant to be already I am in Floreat... I will help you as much as i can - my twins will be out of their Moses baskets (basinettes) before yours are born, I have enough clothing to fill the titanic and I have a great deal of experience in dealing with Dept of Housing so I am happy if you want the help - to help you find a place to live.

Your DHbsounds immature and selfish - but guess what you have TWO divine cherubs on their way to you - have you chosen a care provider etc are you going public or private etc?

Are your twins fraternal or identical? This can sometimes have a bearing on how your pregnancy is handled.

I would never push my own opinion regarding abortion on anyone - I am pro choice! So please remember this is YOUR choice. Frankly let him go and party, drink do whatever he wants - you deserve to be excited!! twins are a blessing.

If it would help you to actually set a set of young small twins, see how we live, whats involved - spend a day in the life so to speak - you would be welcome to come and meet my girls and spend somentime in our home. Again not forcing anything on you - but the offer is there.

For what it's worth I freaked out when I found out I was having twins - but it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me.

    Love Dan
I already send email to u
