I have a difficult hubby too! He's about to turn 30, become a dad for the first time, and we've been together 10 years soon. So 3 pretty big milestones in less than 2 months.

He doesn't wear a watch or any jewellery other than a wedding ring, he doesn't need wine/spirits (he's got some pretty nice bottles from the last few years), and is impossible to buy for.

I've gotten him concert tickets for his 30th, and a typical dad's day gift (socks, jocks, favourite chocs and a magazine - I always got my dad a crossword book, so thought a car mag would be the equivalent for hubby!!). I like the idea of 'experiences' gifts, but for our 10th anniversary, I really want to get something he can keep.

I'd appreciate any and all ideas

Ok so I ignored him and got a fab deal on red balloon with 11 laps in a supercar - 7 driving and 4 as a passenger. Sooo excited and am pretty sure he will be too - now just to keep the secret until September. I am going to try and make a storybook with the girls on Snapfish too. Thanks for your help everyone. So so so pleased! xxx

Other things I saw were naming a star, adopting a grape vine, cooking course/dinner combo and hot air balloon rides. Good luck!

    I hope he enjoys it!
