Anyone else boycotting Father's Day?

But as you said, 2 wrongs don't make a right so I will do one right thing and maybe go shopping with Sopdet on Father's Day and buy DP and I both a gift while he looks after the girls (as I know how much he dislikes shopping).

i hate the whole commercial aspect of both mother's day & father's day. but i do like the idea of getting together with family for lunch/dinner. although flowers are nice anytime

I've been doing this for years, I don't celebrate his birthday either because he always 'forgets' mine

My DH will be spending the day looking after our 2 big girls as I will be in hospital after just having my CS so no breakfast in bed either! But I will get a gift, if only I could think of one.

I get it though I didn't get a gift this year either
