    Calendula ointment is great for nipples or nappy rash. A nice wrap/sling as OP suggested.. Cloth pads are a great idea. Nursing beads? some more cloth nappies Maybe a custom one if bub has an in utero nick name?
    What are nursing beads???

    What about a rainbow scented organic candle? Or some Pixie Dust with a lucky charm attached?
