I agree on the jumping castle, our local Lions Club has one you can hire out.....it's great for parties & then free play. Kids just love all being around together, playing checking out new stuff etc. Then cake & lollie bags or what not they will love. Sometimes if the kids are too little it can be a lot to keep a game going or not leave someone upset. I don't think kids of such young age expect games.
depends if you have mainly 3s, mainly 2s or mainly 4s. 2's i wouldnt bother with games, 3's will need adult help but will find a simple game really fun, 4's should have the hang of games and will enjoy em.
if you do a game that involves a 'winner' have a bag of small lollies or ballons for everyone else to lucky dip from to avoid crying etc.
a jumping castle is a great activity though, i have been to a jumping castle party this year and the kids loved it.
