We eloped. That was meant to reduce the stress, but keeping it secret from my mother caused me a lot of stress, and the week before we left I came down with a really bad chest infection - was off work for three days, couldn't sleep, coughed up a lung. I reckon the wedding stress had something to do with it.
Take it easy, and have lots of Vit C! And enjoy it...
Yep, I got sick with some nasty cold/flu thing about 4 days before. I didn't even notice it on our wedding day, but I sure noticed it on our mid-winter honeymoon in Tasmania staying in a camper van....yeah, that lasted a total of ONE nights before we decided B & B's were the way to go!!!
I turned 12 weeks the day before my wedding so my morning sickness had subsided enough for me to enjoy my day, but on the second day of our honeymoon I got food poisoning from a quiche on Daydream Island! It passed quickly but violently and I was feeling better the next day.
I got a staph infection while on the honeymoon (long story, but thanks mum for the dodgy razor that caused it)
Was fine leading up to the wedding tho. Good luck!
