when am i entitled to one??

DH says after and eternity

around 50 years!!
i want one now, but what is the 'proper' time??

we've been married 7 years on monday

They say you get your eternity ring on your 1st wedding anniversary, or when your first baby is born

I say you qualify for yours whenever you want it now!!

I have heard you get an eternity ring for first anniversary or first baby.

DH and I have been married for almost 4 yrs and I am now carrying his 4th child... I'm still waiting for my eternity ring.
DH keeps telling me he will get me one eventually... I think I am entitled to at least a maternity ring! lol
I have a beautiful wedding ring with 10 princess cut diamonds in it... I want another like it for my eternity/maternity ring.

LOL if thats the case i should have got my eternity ring 4 months after we got married!

Nearly 3 yrs on im still waiting...but ill not be greedy..my wedding and engagement rings hurt the money pocket enough

My mum got hers after she had her last baby & I've also heard on your 10th anniversary, as well as first anniversary & first baby. So I guess it depends. We're up to nine years in August & still none for me yet.

I got mine when DD was born - it was passed down from MIL and belonged to the Bear's grandmother who has the same name as DD.... so it's very special! Sounds to me like you're overdue for one!
