It sounds like you've got a whole lot to think about! I don't blame you for stressing out a little. I soooo KWYM about not knowing if you could be away from Maya for three nights... My Natalie is 15 months and I don't reckon I could leave her. But everyone is different, and hey, perhaps if it were my honeymoon we were talking about it'd be a different story
IRT the feeding overnight... We didn't co-sleep, but Natty was fed frequently through the night until she was about 7.5 months. We night-weaned (and this involved a fair bit of crying, which I know is something that lots of people wouldn't do). She has never taken a bottle or a dummy, so I didn't feel that we had any other option (except just to keep on the way we were going). I think at 8 months you'll be really lucky if you're able to train your DD to take a bottle... Personally, I'd ditch the bottle idea and go straight for the cup.
I know there are people around the forums who've gotten married after having their bubs... Hopefully they'll drop in here soon and let you know what they did IRT having a night off for the honeymoon.
