    Is there any reason you don't want some at
    We are planning to have someone come in and do massages and facials in my house...due to space and the concept of the massages I'm not sure 20/25 people would be ok..

    I think in that case it would be perfectly acceptable to only invite those who are closest to the bride to the 'before' part and then invite everyone to the dinner afterwards.

    I did this just a month ago for my hen's night. I actually had my baby shower afternoon tea first, then the massages, facials, etc and dinner afterwards. I invited everyone to both but a lot of people- the 'oldies' and those with little kids to get home to- left after the baby shower, so we only had a small crowd for the beauty treatments...
