Me saying "I Do" at the wrong time (several times!)
DH almost putting my ring on the wrong hand
We were bumbling idiots...our ceremony was pretty relaxed though and we all had a good laugh about it.

After all the celebrations just chilling out together in our suite, that was nice.

    - My Dads speech - he kept breaking down (crying) which set me off.

Using funeral mourner cars as our bridal cars
Driving around the block so I would not be on time
We got married on a total eclipse day so when we walked out the church it went dark for a bit - got some great photos
We went to the motel in separate cars
When we got to the motel DH didn’t have the keys to our motel room. He had left the keys back at his parents house so we waited with our bridal party until someone found them then our bestman had to go get them

Kate and Will must've read this thread. They went for a spin in their car just like we did on our wedding day.

    Our Wedding was awesome to.

My most memorable moments were after the wedding DH had got a motel room with a spa. I'd been on a healthy kick for months and lost 11kilos. I remember getting into the spa with DH already in thinking how great I looked naked (in comparison to 6months earlier anyway) and been so happy that I almost looked how I wanted to and it was all for that moment. I was very proud of myself.

Another memorable moment was when the minister said "Let no one celebrate" he was suppose to say "let no one seperate". The whole church with over 100 people cracked up laughing including myself. It took x amount of time for everyone to stop laughing to continue with the ceremony. Although it was a bummer it was nice to go from silence to such laughter.

Also everyone commented on how DH speach was the best they had ever heard. People still talk about it now 3yrs on. The best part was when DH said how we met. We met briefly at a night club when DH was drunk and I was just leaving and he asked for my number. We met up a few days later at another pub (I would only meet in a public place) but as it was dark and DH was intoxicated the night he got my number he couldn't remember exactly what I looked like. In his speach he was describing how he was watching women come into the pub trying to remember me when another woman come in who he thought was me. He said she was considerably larger, older etc then the women he expected I was. And thought ooo oh he bloody hoped it wasn't me. I'd have to go play the speach to remember exactly what he said in his speach but again everyone was in fits of laughter. I guess it was the laughter of everyone that made it such a memorable moment. Definately not the dress and all the momey that was spent.

Wish I could marry him again. The been married part was more important to him then it was to me. It definately made me realise how much he loves me (or did then lol) his a man of few words and sometimes he doesn't make me realise he actually does care so it was lovely to have his love confirmed on so many different levels that night.
