    Hey there,

I got a really nice dress from Ripe for a wedding that I went to when I was about 20 weeks and have also worn to an engagement party that I attended 3 days before DD was born

They have boutiques in Melbourne only but there are two stockists in ACT:

    Stockists in Australian Capital Territory
    Mama Wear
    59 Wollongong Street
    Fyshwick ACT 2069
    02 6280 7736

    Motherly Instincts
Shop 17 Homeworld 150-180 Soward Way
    Tuggeranong ACT 2905
    02 6293 4452

Hope that helps! They have some lovely stuff so might be worth checking out, if you are close by!

I would wear a dress - doesn't have to be a flash dress - but I would dress it up with accessories!

Maternity Revolution have an online store and have great specials.

I found heaps of dresses that weren't maternity that were bump friendly though, so look around at all the cheaper chain stores first

I would check ebay too - ebay is great for maternity stuff!

yeah i was thinking a dress also, and i have to stay away from black so i have to find a colourful dress that will make me look nice rather than a whale.

I will check out ebay, also target had nice dresses last time i was there.. hmm so much to think about!

Empire lines are great for pg women. The maxi dresses that are out now may be a good option - you get some colourful prints and they'l be cool if it's really hot on the day.
