You don't have to wear a dress. But it is evening wear. So dressy pant & top etc would be fine. If you're not comfy in a dress don't do that or you'll feel out of place and out of sorts. Wear something that's "you" but in pants and an evening top.

You could still wear a maxi dress if you wanted. There are lots out there now that are made of more dressier material and slip on some sexy heels and off you go. I've even seen a gorgeous one shoulder maxi dress at Sheike. I agree with Inanna though - wear something thats you. Have fun shopping!

Well I do have a nice new pair of white pants. Might look around & see what dresses are out there & if I can't find one I'll wear the pants & top.
Need to be able to BF in it, so should be fun!

With the breastfeeding the pants and top will be easier (and more discreet ) so you can always just look for a sparkly, dressy top to go with the white pants.

Discretion isn't really a problem... she isn't allowed at the wedding We have to get a motel room across the road for the night & hope that SIL is happy to sit with her while I go back & forwards...
Only immediate family can have their kids there.

Atleast then you dont really have to have a breastfeeding friendly outfit cause you can just strip off in thehotel room if you have to
