Our first dance was Jack Johnson's "Better Together".
Clearly, we're WAYYY better apart![]()
I walked down the aisle to a beautiful instrumental piece from our church songbook. But for our first dance we danced to our song - Ben Harper's Ooh, how embarrassing, I don't know the title, you know "..... nothing can keep me from loving you, not fire, no-oo, not ice" Whatever that's called.
'Sex' by Berlin for the bridal waltz and 'Why Don't We Do it in the Road' by the Beatles to walk up the aisle.
(joking....dodged the whole marriage bullet so far :P)

Our wedding dance was to "For once in my life" but the big band that hubby plays in played it live for us which was really awesome.
We never had a first dance cause we had a jukebox and everyone else was cranking out tunes

I'm old-fashioned: I walked down the aisle to Handel's Arrival of the Queen of Sheba, up the aisle to Beethoven's Ode to Joy and danced to Louis Armstrong's We have all the time in the world
