WWYD if the party child was sick?

His eyes are glassy and he has almost no appetite and no energy. He didn't really have the cough when we went to the dr and I think I might have to go back before I send him to childcare next week. He had that cough for weeks last year too but as we seem to be at the beginning I think it's best to postpone for the tomorrow.
Ironically a few of the parents said their children woke this morning with coughs too must be something that is going around.
