I've actually decided to do a full report (therefore outlining my responsibilities!), and will address the pay issue at the end. I will offer a few solutions and they can choose what works for them.
I'm a bit wrapped in it emotionally because it is a great opportunity and we can do some magical things there. I just can't survive on this rate of pay....
