It's just so frustating because we don't want to move without a job to go to, just for security and peace of mind IYKWIM? I could probably get fulltime work but DP would not cope as a SAHD for more then a couple of days.

We go to the Vic Roads in Burwood and their turnover is pretty good.
Have you tried ringing a bus line in Vic and asking for advice from them. I am sure this is something they come across fairly often and also might be able to give you other advice you might need/want
We have sent resumes to about 4 companies, and one replied saying he needs a current vic licence, the accreditation and working with children check. I am thinking it might be easier to apply to the melbourne depot of his current company so at least he would still be employed while doing all this paperwork.
I would have thought the endorsements would just be changed over from one state to another with the licence is
Give Vic Roads a call tomorrow MIA. There are some things you need an appointment for otherwise they won't see you. I've always found that appts are on time.
