Thank you again everybody for your honest opinions and advice. I was offered the job and I decided to take it. It is in a field I am excited about, in an incredible organisation I never really thought I'd get to work in. Decided to embrace full time or at least see how it goes. On paper it all looks great so fingers crossed. Now to get my head around not being 'there' for my girls.
