Your accountant should be able to call the ATO on their special tax agent hotline thingy (they might even be able to do it online over the tax agent portal??) and request a copy, it will probably take about 7-14 days for them to send it out. If your accountant won't call them you should be able to... not sure what number you would call, the general one I guess? Should be able to find it on the website.

Make sure have lots of personal details on hand and be prepared to wait if you decide to call them... dealing with the ATO is a pain in the butt! LOL.
