Sounds like you're doing what you need to do, so well done. Try not to stress too hard and be gentle with yourself, it's the best way for you to get on top of things.
Once the weather warms up maybe you could do crt?
Hugs
BW, What a big decision for you. Hope you are feeling relieved now that it has beeen made.
Unfortunately, DSP is based on your partner's financial situation which may affect your eligibility. You may be able to earn some extra money through tutoring when you are feeling abit better.
I'm really sorry to hear you've been having such a hard time, BW. That is such a big decision to make, but I'm sure it's the right one and that it can only be good for the sake of your health. I hope you begin to see some physical improvements and enjoy spending lots more time with your beloved DS. I really hope that you are eligible for the disability support pension. Take care and
Kate, we've already looked into that side of things (thanks to BG). I won't get a full pension, but I will qualify for a part pension. Even if it's only a tiny amount, the health care card that comes along with it will be worth a lot more to us in reducing the costs of the ridiculous numbers of prescription medications I take.
Have woken up feeling a little funny about it all. I feel like resigning has meant that we will never be able to afford to give Sam a sibling. When those potential siblings are actually sitting in a freezer in an IVF clinic it's an entirely different prospect to just knowing that stopping contraception and trying again just isn't an option.
But, the reality is that I just can't do it any more. The school had been jumping up and down about how I wasn't meeting appropriate standards and if I hadn't resigned now it would only have been a matter of time before the school terminated my employment.
