    Job interview in one hour!

OK, I have left this really late to ask, but would love everyone's input on this:

What should I wear to the interview? Was planning on a blue/white quite feminine but bright number, but seek com says to avoid bright colours as they are too attention seeking. So might go with a black/grey outfit instead. What do you think?

Also - what should I take with me? My CV is only one page (double sided) and I don't really need to take any of my quals or anything with me. Should I take it as is, or in a folder, or what? Anything else you can recommend?

I am SO nervous as this is a bit of a dream job!

I'd go with the outfit that looks the most appropriate for the company - so it looks like you work there already you know?

And I keep my CV and qualifications in a folder - they never look at it - but its there if I need to back myself up...

    GOOD LUCK!!!

I would wear the darker grey outfit. It will look more professional IMO.

Generally, your resume would be presented in a folder but if it's only one page then a plastic sleeve would go the trick. I agree with Mel, they probably won't look at it and you would only use it to refer to if you need. They will have a copy of your resume from your application anyway.

    Good luck!!!

They don't have a copy, my application was one of those online forms, so my CV has never been submitted. I will get a nice folder happening.
I'm going with the grey. It's a community organisation, and the black/grey can go either way - it can look a bit funky or a bit professional.
God, my nails are a disaster!

If they don't have a copy of your CV I would take a copy in a folder. They will likely hang onto it.

Wack some nail polish remover on your nails, give them a bit of a file. Clean and tidy is the way to go. Don't worry about fussing with nail polish - especially if you're in a rush!
