Job interview - what to wear?

Thanks H, I have a large tattoo on my foot and lower leg so would rather avoid sandals but I think you're right about a wedge heel instead of flat. The dress doesn't really look right with a top under though, do you think it would look weird me wearing a 3/4 sleeve cardigan in summer?

No definitely not, I think it would look perfect. I was going to ask if you had any ink on your arms that would not be covered by 3/4 sleeve cardigan or one of those that come in between your elbow and shoulder in arm length.
