I am meeting with my old boss (who is actually a very good friend of mine on Tuesday and may also meet with HR)

I do realise that generally maternity payments are only made once the child is born and that if you are still working for the company but I am only concerned that due to my notice being discussed and partly put into writing to manager (not the one I am meeting on Tuesday) that this should have been looked into as well.

As mentioned there were several employees in my team who also faced redundancy and I don't believe that me being pregnant was a major issue.

Who knows...hopefully will get more answers on Tuesday.
