stupid hrs..
He works a 24/7 roster, so he jumps from one set of shifts to another.. there is no consistency to the shifts, just that it usually works around a 6 week rotation, so can plan a little, but he still has to ensure leave put in to save a weekend or weekdays in case they get rostered overtime..
