My store doesnt have air con and so it gets really warm, on really hot days we take turns in the cool room. But we have to drink lots of water.

Grrr one of the gyms I work in hasn't had working aircon for about 6 weeks and it gets bloody hot in the middle of the class - it's a hazard too because there is sweat all over the floor and anybody could slip and break their leg...makes me cranky because I have to deal with everybody moaning about it

I work in basically a tin shed on a construction site... there is about 7-9 aircons which pretty much go all day so the temp doesn't really go above 21 degrees... however walking outside to go to the toilet it can be 40+ depending on the day...
only reason we'd be sent home is if there is a major incident occur on site i.e. death

I work in a cafe, it is boiling! The kitchen gets over 42 on a 30 degree day. One girl last week almost fainted. The shop part is air conditioned so I go in there heaps or stand in the cool room for a bit.
