Who would you say is responsible?

Is it the employee or the managers responsibility to make a time for monthly supervision? Manager

Is it the role of the manager to remind employees to submit monthly reports, or should staff be responsible to ensure they are done? If its part of the job then the employees should be doing this & submitting it on time. They are all grown ups & should know when they are due & have them ready

Should the manager send out a reminder for when time sheets are due? Again, if its the employees responiblity to have it done then there shouldn't be a need but it would be courteous to send a reminder I guess

Is it the responsibility of the manager to approach staff to make a time for a performance appraisal, or should staff be responsible to approach the manager to make a time? Mangers responsibility to make times with the staff.

Any thoughts would be welcome
