Sign it, you have a while before you need to tell them and as pp's have said you would be working for at least half the contract anyway.
This is what I did. As it turns out my contract has now been terminated effective my mat leave date but I'm being replaced by a computer system in march/April so if I wasnt preg I would be terminated then anyway
