I always thought that American spelling was with the S so just so long as I used the S I could use the same word for both and justify by saying I used American spelling. Turns out that the American spelling is practiCe for both the verb and the noun- those tricky yanks.
Are you really confuded now? Lol.
Lots of linguists argue that we no longer have English we have Englishes that are going to become increasingly fractured just as Latin did. I'm feeling it right now.
