I took my time about getting the nappy on Emily cause she did a wee just b4 she decided it was bed time.... When I went in the I accidently woke her but she had a decent sleep anyway so I wasn't worried... no wees either

The Child carer at the gym is in her 60's and she said "I never knew I couldn't put EBM in the fridge!". So who knows how much breast milk she has spoilt putting it in the microwave!! SHe was a lovely lady tho... just a bit clueless... and it is for free... so I suppose it is ok for 45 mins.
