Fi, YAY on getting your ring. Well, nearly getting it anyway. Did the XW see you taking the pics? Happy Birthday for yesterday too. How's Jenna going?

Deb, the only way the choccie biscuits would las tin my house is if I hide them and forget about them. I love a good choccie bicscuit. Good to hear that Gabby likes shopping too, so she should, she is female afterall Hope that you have a great night out at the movies.

Zola, good to hear from you again. Gross at the spew in the mouth I guess it could be worse and come from the other end. Sounds like Bas is loving his food, typical male hey. Yay on your great weight loss too. Well done.

Dinky, yay on getting Hayleys pressie at such a good price. If it scans at that price they have to give it to you for that. Fantastic sleeps bub has been doing too, got to love that.

Sarah, yay on your great sleep again. Hope you are making tthe most of it.

Tanya, Yay for a great sleep for you guys too. It sounds like the farex done the trick. Did you mix it with bm? I agree, what the MCHN doesn't know won't hurt her. Anyway she's YOUR baby. Buggar about all that running around too. I hope that Alecia's mouth is feeling better.

Nell, great that you are fitting back into your old uniform. I think when we aren't stressing about loosing the weight it comes off easier. Hope that Matty is better now too.

Scarlett, Yummy @ spew in the ear. Now that's a different way to clean them out. Hopefully Emily is doing better today. If you feel really concerned about her or if she starts to go off her feeds then take her to the Dr. Generally there is nothing they will do for them that you can't do anyway, and if it is only a sniffle they won't give anti biotics for her - not that you want her on them this young anyway. If her nose gets blocked and she has trouble breathing use alittle Fess to clear it out for her.

Tehya went ok with her injections, after the first one went in she just stared open mouthed at the Dr for about 10 seconds. Long enough for the Dr to get the next one in at which time she let out a great scream then came the last shot and she bellowed. Only for a few minutes though. She wass great for the afternoon but overnight was a buggar. We were up way too many times and she had a slight temp. Thankfully she was ok on Thursday and has been pretty good today, other than pooing about 4 times so far.

Had a good night last night, she went down around 9.30pm, woke at 1.30am for a feed and again around 6ish. Thats a good night for Tehya so I'm happy with that. I would love it if she slept through the earlier feed but I'm not pushing it.

Hope that I haven't forgotten anyone in my monster catch up. Thats what happens when you don't post for nearly 2 days.

    Take care
    Trish

    Hey girls,
Fi, sounds like oyu need to get engaged ASAP, that will be good in the court room. As for picture taking being stalking... that isn't stalking, what about all the paparazzi chasing celebs around and there is nothing the celebs can do legally... she has no hope!!

Trish, I am glad Tehya is ok. Sounds like last night may have been a good one. I hope Noah is behaving for you.
I do mix the rice cereal with BM... I think it would have a farmiliar taste to her, and she would take it easier.

Have fun at the movies Deb!!

Took Em swimming today... now I am exhausted!! I had to run all over town. Mum came out to vist so we cooked her tea then she took Emily home with her. Emily was soooo excited! "Are you coming home with Nanny", "Yeeesss". "Hop in the car", "yeeheee... hehehehe". No goodbye or anything, she just wanted to go!!
Violet has been good, I left with thte childcarer at the gym while I took Em swimming... she was going to heat the EBM in the microwave!! Lucky I told her otherwise. I know Violet was only with her for about 45mins, but she didn't even change her nappy... mum was saying, she was busy, but I am not sure she would've been to busy to change her nappy! Anyway...

    Hi,

Just a quick note as I am making myself beautiful for a hens nigth (Well trying too.......) Desperately trying to find something sexy too wear that actually fits!!! I may have to repair my busted jeans zip and maybe take them up before too long..... And none of my push up bras fit these thumpers.
PLayed netball in the blizzards down here again today. Played GD, which is a new one for me! I'm not fit enough, and my foot/ankle were killing me by the time I came off. Time for a trip to the dr and physio. I think my body is finally catching up with my years and it might be giving up time soon. Umpiring and coaching could be me...

    Hope all are well.

    Hi folks,

Tanya - OMG at not changing nappy or putting EBM in microwave! Sounds like the swimming pool needs to do some serious training of staff there.

Trish - good on Tehya for doing well with needles. And her sleep last night, hopefully that continues.

Fi - you are so good at playing netball in sub zero conditions.I hope your ankle is okay - that's all your house needs - 2 cripples! Hope you had fun at the hen's night.

Ok folks, where are you all?

My uniform is a corporate non complusory uniform and I like wearing it so I don't have to figure out what to wear everyday. Also as they put an emblem on the uniform can claim it and the care of it on tax - which is a bonus.

Matty is fighting fit and you'd never know he has had a cold. He is 5 months tomorrow, where has the time gone?

Happy 5 months to Matty!! Good to hear he is well, Nell. I am with you on the uniform. I was disappointed that the school I was at last year didn't have any uniform pieces for teachers. Having to think of something to wear each day was a killer! At least with the school emblem on them, you can get away with trakies!!

Tanya - LOL @ Em going to Nanna's without so much as a goodbye. It's cute but I bet it was sad at the same time. They grow up quickly! I know Gab will be like that with her Nanna soon enough! Oh dear @ the carer @ the gym thinking you could microwave EBM. I guess she doesn't come across it that much. Probably just as well babies are only with her for a short time and not all day, hey?

Fi - I hope you had a good time last night and managed to find something to wear. As for playing netball yesterday.... brrrrrrrrrrr! Fricken freezing!!

Trish - awwww poor Tehya with her injections!! Good that she is sleeping ok tho. Hopefully she drops that early morning feed before too long.

I spent the day at a friend's house yesterday while Neil went to the football. The thought of hanging around the house all day just like most of the week was enough to drive me batty. I helped her put her pram together - she bought the same one as me but with the toddler seat. It's pretty nifty. The toddler seat can go on the front or on the back. I am going to buy one now because it will come in handy even with just 1 child. I sat Gabby in the toddler seat and she loved it. For some reason it doesn't sit as upright as the pram when it is sitting up and she is up higher so I think I will have to invest the extra $100 or so and get it.

Deb, I bet Neil enjoyed the footy . When is your friend due to have her baby? Did you get clucky looking at new baby stuff??

It has been really quiet in here. Where is everyone???

Fi, there is noway I'd be running around in a netball skirt in this weather - or any weather for that matter Hope that you found something nice and sexy to wear out to your hens night. Did you have a good night?

Deb, The toddler sseat sounds like a great idea, good to get one now too. If you wait til you really need it - like when you get pg again, they probably won't be around anymore. Sounds like you had fun at you gf's house, another baby to get clucky over soon.

Tanya, I would so much rather them going off smiling then having to tear them from your arms when you have to leave them. Good to hear the Em had a fun time at Nanna's house.

Nell, Happy 5 months to Matty for yesterday, gee thats gone fast hasn't it? Great that he's feeling much better now too.

Well Tehya's good sleep was very short lived. The last few nights have been shockers. Last night between 10.30pm and 5.30 am she was up 3 times, then she got up for good at 6.30am. Of course she is now asleep in her rocker after making sure that I was up and out of bed.

Mark's brother and his wife and kids came over yesterday. Their new baby Thaisen is huge. He was 10 lbs born, hc 37cm, lgth 57cm. He's 3 weeks old now (born the same day as Ned) and they said he'd already put on 600gms. OMG, he looks bigger than Tehya. His mum was giving him a feed on my lounge and he did the biggest poo everywhere, all out the back of his nappy and onto the lounge. She didn't even have any spare clothes for him, luckily I had a bag full of stuff here to give her and there were 2 warm suits in there. I gave him a bath in Tehya's baby bath, apparently he'd never had one like that before - always in the big tub and he screams for them. He loves it yesterday so they are going out to buy him a baby bath. Made me a bit clucky too. Too bad there will be no more babies coming from this body

    Take care
    Trish

LOL @ getting clucky, Trish. Tehya is still a baby!! Sorry to hear she hasn't been sleeping all that great. What a pain in the bum for you. I think you are right about me buying the toddler seat just in case. It will come in handy n e way - esp. if I babysit other kids.

Tanya - no cluckiness here when I chat with my friend about baby stuff. The voice in the back of my head says "Thank God it isn't me!!" LOL Neil did enjoy the footy. It was great that Geelong have finally got their form back. He came home on time tho so he is a good boy Maybe Emily will get better @ sleeping @ Nan's as she gets more used to it? I am hoping Gabby will be good for her Nanna the first time she sleeps over there.

Another nothing day today. I have to clean the house for mother's group tomorrow but I am not going to go too nuts. I have decided that people are gonna have to accept me for the messy person that I am and not stress out every time I have people coming over. I don't have a car today as Neil's ute decided to die. Hopefully the weather stays ok so I can go on a walk.

Morning all, wow so much to catch up on I will be here forever.

Thanks for all the advice re Emily's cold. She is heaps better today and has stopped coughing at night. We ended up not taking her to the fr as it didn't seem to be bothering her at all and a friend of ours little boy has the same thing and they just told him to go home so figured I would save the money. We have a humidifier in her room so that has helped hugely.

Had an interesting weekend, completly lost my voice - could not make any noise at all. It is making for interesting teaching let me tell you. But fortunately Kev ordered me off to bed so I got to spend two days reading Harry Potter. Which ended with me in tears and him reminding me it was only fiction.

Emily thought me not being able to talk was very funny, she is almost crawling on all fours but has the commando crawl down pat.

Anyway had better get back to work. Will try and do personals later.

Poor Tehya not having a good night after her injections Trish, Zander gets his next Tuesday & I'm hoping he's as good as last time. LOL at being clucky too! You never know you could have another.....

How annoying about the carer at the gym Tanya. Makes you wonder where they got trained hey?

How did the hen's night go Fi?

Happy 5months to Matty for yesterday Nell.

Good thinking on the toddler seat Deb, sounds like it might be worth it. Bumma about the ute packing it in, is it dead dead or able to be fixed?

Yay at Emily commando crawling, that's so cool!! How weird about your voice going too!

Had our ECHN checkup this morning. Zander is now 7.1kg & 59.5cm long (although I thought he was more like 61!). She was a bit concerned about the excessive spewing in the last two weeks & the fact that he doesn't cry tears yet, so I have to talk to the Dr about it next Tuesday.

Other than that all is good here. Aaron & the boys cleaned up our backyard yesterday & it looks amazing. Kinda expensive for me though as I had to feed between 5 & 10 people for 2 days.

    Afternoon All!!

Scarlett, it's good to hear that Emily is doing better. I have never lost my voice, it must be a funny feeling not being able to talk!!

Trish... Oh no @ Tehya not sleeping well again!! Eewwww @ the big poo!!

Deb, the toddler seats are good, I have one in front of my Valco... tis great!!

Took Em to Playgroup today... we were late cause we all slept in... I woke Emily at 9:45!!!! She is back in bed now... I didn't put a nappy on her cause I didn't think she really wanted to go (she asked to go), but she is asleep!! I will go in in a minute to put a nappy on her.
I think I am going to put Violets seat forward, every time you put her in it she pushes forward trying to sit up more, so I think I will put it forward for her. Even when you lay her on the couch she'll push up... I think I am going to have to put a Brick on her!

Sarah, wow @ Znder being 7.1 kg!! I put Violet on the bathroom scales and it says she is only 5kg... but that can't be right cause she was over 5kg a month ago...
Great that you have a clean back yard... hopefully you can get out there when the weather warms up with Zander

Sarah, yay that you got your yard cleaned up, bummer that you had to feed everyone thouh. Whenever we have a working bee someone usually just goes and grabs hot chips , bread rolls and soft drink, nice greasy, sugary food to get them going again Hopefully Zander goes well with his needles tomorrow. Sounds like he's growing nicely too despite all the spewing. Don't stress about him not crying tears yet, Tehya is only just starting to and that's only when she's really upset. No chance on me having any more bubbas either. Mark says if I want more I have to find someone else. Hmmmmm.........

Tanya, don't you hate having to put a nappy on after their asleep, always the risk of waking them up. Hopefully Em slept well for you. Noah only had a short nap today, fingers crossed that means he will go down early tonight.

Scarlett, I hope that your voice comes back soon. Think there's only been once when I lost mine, the house was happy 8-[ Yay on Emily commando crawling too, not long now til she does it right. I told Mum that I wanted to grab the new HP for Brandon's birthday on Friday and she was out shopping today and got it for him. Knew I should have kept my mouth shut, there goes another bday present idea.

Feeling like crap today. Both of my boobs was getting sore last night and had a red patch - blocked. I decided I will hand express alittle out to see if I could make it feel better. Got out about 50 mls or so just as Tehya was waking up. Mark fed it to her and she drank it from the bottle. YAY. Anyway, today when I woke up my left bb is killing me, I am feeling really achey, so hoping it's not the start of mastitis, I have been putting Tehya on it trying to drain but the blockage is still there. Ouchies....

    Take care
    Trish

    Hi girls,

Yay at nice clean backyard Sarah. Bummer feeding that many people, I can see why that could cost so much, hope you had help with Zander. Yay at his weight gain, nice and healthy.

Wow at the sleep in Tanya! Great stuff. I get chuffed at sleeping in until 7am these days - even on a weekend!

Oh Trish - sorry to hear bb's are sore. Fingers crossed they don't worse on you. I hope Noah goes down early for you as well.

Scarlett - great to hear from you. Yay on Emily's commando crawling!

Deb - glad you had a good weekend and I forgot to mention yay at Neil's contract at work. How is Gabby? Great idea on getting the toddler seat.

Hi everyone else! Thanks for the well wishes for Matty.

Must the day for MCHN check ups. Matty has his 5 month one. I am happy as he is 6430gms (he was 5850gms last month) and is 66cms long. He has done 2 explosive poo's today - love-ly!

    Hi all,

Been a busy couple of days here! The hens night was smokey and drunken, and filled with male nudity, so I left at about 9pm. I couldn't be bothered with my lovely Saturday night wasted that way, so I canme home and had a lovely hot bath with a glass or port. Fab.
Shane gave Jenna a bottle, I left him about 180mls, and she drank the lot, and absolutely no spewing. So we have pretty much decided that Jenna's chucking is related to my letdown and some reflux. Shame the MCHN is an idiot and wont help me on it. I just couldn't be bothered expressing full time, so I guess we are stuck wth a chucky baby.
Also weighed Jenna today - 5.74kg at 14weeks. Very happy mummy.

Sarah - Hope the drs goes OK for you. I've decided Jenna's sticky eyes started when her tear ducts began working, cause she's cried real tears since then. Yay on the back yard, and food is cheap when you are thinking about labour!! I'm sure they appreciated you doing the right thing and feeding them all. Its the beers afterwards that make it really expensive!!

Deb - bummer about the ute. Jo gave me her money for you, so I'll have to get that to you somehow. Wednesday may be oout for a walk depending on how the court goes. Hope mothers group goes well for you! I'm sure your house will be very well received.

Trish - The clothes weremn't that sexy, but it didn't matter as I was only showing them to 30-odd women in a garage. I will definitly have to go shoppping before these weddings in August! maybe with my tax money - apparently I will get about $4k back! Yay for bathing the newborn. You are funny being clucky again!

Nell - glad to hear Matty has got better, and happy 5 months for him! We claim some uniform anyway for work, regardless of the logo. Engineers can usually get away with it as we have to wear trousers and shirts on a production plant. One day I will ahev a job that I can wear high heels!!! I'm going to visiti the shoe shop first, and if it doesn't help, then off to the dr. My ankle is a long term injury that I resprain every so often - usually drunk or I havent strapped it to play. I think I've just done too much damage to it over the years, but dont think there is anything I can do to fix it!

Tanya - OMG on the childcare worker!!!!! That would make me so nervous. Maybe she didn't know it was EBM? I get really nervous about childcare at these places, but I checked out the centre at netball last week, and they seem pretty good. And only $1.30 per half hour, hard to beat really.

Scarlett - hope you are feeling better. And I take it that the latest installment is a good one?? I know nothing about it, I plan to buy it sometime this week. Hopefully tomorrow...... Yay on the crawling! How excitement!

Righto - better get back to it all, I dont know where my time is goin gat the mo.....

Oh no Trish!! I hope your bb don't get any worse!! I remember when I was O'ing when breast feeding Em my bb's would get sore... But if they are red... ouchies!!
I took my time about getting the nappy on Emily cause she did a wee just b4 she decided it was bed time.... When I went in the I accidently woke her but she had a decent sleep anyway so I wasn't worried... no wees either

Nell, yay at Matty being over 6kg!! yucky at the poos tho!!

Fi, you poor broken old wonam...j/k. I hope your ankle isn't giving you too much grief. Jenna is getting big!! I wouldn't be surprised if she is bigger than Violet... I get her weighed on Wed.
The Child carer at the gym is in her 60's and she said "I never knew I couldn't put EBM in the fridge!". So who knows how much breast milk she has spoilt putting it in the microwave!! SHe was a lovely lady tho... just a bit clueless... and it is for free... so I suppose it is ok for 45 mins.
Bluh @ naked men... YUCK. Although I am hetero, not a fan of men dancing around naked!
Woohoo on a big Tax return too... Lucky you!!

Wato just called he is going to be home tomorrow night, so he'll have been away for 11days... was good for a break, I better tidy up b4 he gets here 8-[
