Forgot to mention another thing I had going on. When fully BFing I would get hot flushes, sweats & other typically menopausal symptoms. I saw the GP about it b/c I would stink I sweat so much. At night I'd wake up dripping with sweat too. GP said some women get these symptoms when they lactate. Has anyone else experienced similar?
Yes! In the first 12wks or so, everytime I went to feed Cole (and Lucy too from memory) my temp would rise a few degrees. I always had to take my jumper off, or if it was a hot day, would take my t-shirt off too (not in public though ) I would sweat heaps too, it was really annoying. It has calmed down now, I dont always feel my whole body heat up beforehand, but I'm flustered or busy it still does. You're not alone!
