hi there
footy on and hawthorn is playing so nothing from dh tonight lol. thought i would check out what was happening on bb.
von we will all be in 1 big group in the next forum - sorry but everytime i see your name i think of von from all saints lmao. you are lucky to have only 30 people for natasha's first birthday. my dh is planning a grand event lol (at one stage he was talking pony rides in the block next door ](*,) ) we estimate around 100 people and will hire a jumping castle for all the bigger kids (and adults) only reason we are going out big is that there are alot of people who have helped us physically, emotionally and financially over the past few years and it will be a celebration of our gift from our angel and also a huge thank you (even my dh's bosses and their families are being invited) dunno where we will put everyone probably in the garage with roller door up and a marquis attached.
we i am off to see if any babies are on there way - am still waiting to hear from bil and sil re their bubs she is 1wk over and i know they had an ante natal visit last night but i don't want to ring all the time as that can be soooooo annoying lol.
okay i'm off
night night
-
Mooshie-I am nothing like Von from All Saints that's for sure.
I was wanting to get a pony, a petting farm and a jumping castle as well but dh said no. So maybe next year[/b]
-
sorry von
hope i didn't offend you there - i am sure you are nothing like her.
after lani's big 1st birthday party we are going to only have a party for the kids every 2nd yr with there friends, of course we will have a family party every year but this year for my son's 5th birthday he wanted to invite all 28 kids from kinder plus 12 friends he has known since playgroup days at $15 per head i put the limit to 10 lol. mcdonalds parties have gotta be the best value tho, ds had a maccas party for his 2nd, 3rd and 4th birthdays lol - this year was a mini golf one and i can imagine it will get more elaborate as he gets older.
forgot to mention today - lani had a chocking incident - i remember posting how scared i am of choking after michelle's jessica choked a while back. today i was in my bedroom changing to go out and i heard lani making a terrible noise so i ran out and she was head down on the ground going all red and trying to cough and breathe omg i picked her up and whacked her on the back and she coughed up and had a little vomit then cry i was so frightened and shaken - it was a piece of plastic that had come off the old clothes horse which i hadn't used for ages but needed to as i had a full washing line and dryer and needed stuff dry - i won't be using that again - i explained to ds how important it was not to leave little bits around cause this is what can happen - he told me he heard her making a funny noise and i said next time please run and get mummy. phew what a scary situation.
-
Mooshie- No offence taken it takes a lot to offend me. That is one of the downs of internet you can't tell if someone is offended.
OMG about lani chocking that is scary, I have my first aid certificate but I still think I would panic if that was my dd. It is amazing how they have hawke eyes for little things like that. And it just goes to show how quick things can go terriblie wrong. Glad Lani is ok.
-
Oh Michelle I so know exactly how you felt, thank goodness she vomited it up, it is so scary, we did the same explaining to our other 3 but jessica still manages to find stuff to put in her mouth, today it was a bread tie, a couple of receipts, a pizza crust, and that's just what I was able to retrieve.
Von- welcome again and it is sometimes hard to keep up but it prob won't take long. Lots of girls are about to leave here and that means it will be easier to keep up, but once we get into the 1 yr forum there are lots of people, but it doesn't seem to be as busy, maybe bc we are so busy once our bubs turn 1.
30 people at a bday party is my dream too, we also have over 100, and that is mostly just family. Jemma turned 1 last yr and the party cost about $300. So we are expecting the same for Jessica's and we are not hiring a jumping castle or anything quite so exciting. But we don't do the full family party very often, really only for 1st bdays and then i reckon ithe next big one will be Jordans 13th, but as she is not 11 yet we have awhile to wait. I always let the kids have a little friends party once they are in kinder and school, but Jordan's last yr was just 3 friends for a sleepover and that was great.
Anyway must keep moving so I get through all the notifications in the inbox. have a great weekend everyone.
Oh almost forgot, jessica stood alone for at least 10 seconds tonight, and she was clapping as she was doing it, we got some pics. I will let you know if I ever get any of them on the website, I still haven't put the professionsl shots on, from 2 mths ago. Just so busy!
Cheers Michelle
-
omg at jessica standing michelle - she is doing everything so quickly typical when you don't want it to happen lol. lani is no where near standing when i pull her up to standing she is amazed and looks down at her feet gigling. she is still slugging around the house although tonight got on all fours and moved a little like that.
she is cheeky at putting stuff in the mouth she will rip a piece of paper and come slugging over to me smiling and holding it in one hand stop look at me grin then go to put it in her mouth - cheeky monkey, i told her the other night she will go into the naughty corner (i was joking of course) but i think jay thought it was wonderful that she will soon be getting punished lol
maybe i should hit the sack - hawthorn must be going good NOT lol paul has fallen asleep in front of the telly lol.
-
Hey Michelle- is Paul a Hawks supporter? I gather they are losing cos i can't hear Arron screaming and he didn't pick Hawks, or he's asleep too. LOL That is a big possibility. And yes Jessica is a bugger, she is also pushing the hippo walker across the loungeroom, running into the wall and then screaming the place down until someone turns it around for her. Where has my baby gone?
I saw in the 6mth forum you were having trouble with Lani rolling over and waking up crying. I too had that and that was when I started using sleeping bags, I don't know if you are already using them but if not maybe that will help. I found Jessica was cold and that was part of the crying and also that it was harder to roll over with the sleeping bag on. Would you be interested in getting together on the holidays, meeting for lunch say at a McDonalds near you or something? I would really like to meet you and Jay and Lani. Let me know!
Anyway, gotta go and get off here, kids are still up and I am getting tired. Loads on this weekend, Jordan has netball tomorrow and a tournament on Sunday from 9am to 4pm, plus Josh has Auskick on Sunday. plus Arron is playing footy tomorrow, first week back after 6weeks injured, and I am minding my niece Olivia, so Jemma and her should fight all day, she is 3 mths younger than Jemma, she just turned 2. Busy busy busy as usual.
Hope yo have a good one
Best wishes Michelle
-
hi again i really should go to bed but am not tired #-o
i have been using the sleeping bags on lani for a while now but i didn't last week when she was sick cause she had a fever of around 39 for 2 or 3 days so i didn't want her to get to hot, this is when she did the rolling over in the cot thing to - i guess she was kinda restless. touch wood all is back to normal now and she is sleeping well - with no rollover feed woohoo. at her naps during the day i don't use the sleeping bag and she sleeps for 2hrs and i quite often don't know she is awake i go and check on her and she is crawling around the cot playing - looking like a tiger in a cage.
i am collecting the heinz labels (i only use the deserts tho) i think you need 165 for the hippo which is what i want for lani don't think i will get there tho so will probably end up buying it i think it will be her birthday present.
it would be good to catch up, i was thinking of the meet up at kidz digz just have to see how long it will take me to get to hoppers crossing - at this stage i am thinking we will go along as jay doesn't get to go to playcentres much anymore.
well i really better go to bed now or i will be cursing myself in the morning.
night

Happy Birthday Matilda
Hope you had a wonderful day and were spoilt rotten.
Hugs and kisses from your friend Asha :)
-
Happy Birthday Asha !!!!!!!!!
I hope you have a wonderful day.
Love
-
Natasha took her 1st unaided steps today. She stands really well now so I though I would encourage her to walk to me and she took 2 steps and then collapsed into my arms with a huge smile on her face. Now she wants to do this all day long. Natsaha also has a toy that she walks behind and if it gets stuck on furniture she will show us her temper. I thought i would not be getting temper tantrums until she was at least 2.
In regards to sleeping bags. I went to Myer and brought a snug a bug sleeping bag that had feet in them. It cost %50 (rather expensive). Got it home washed it put it on her and she screamed until I took it off. She over heats really easily just like her daddy. So I guess that is money wasted as usual #-o I had tried her in the actual bag ones but she hated not being able to stand up in her cot and play.
The last 2 nights she has been waking up at 5am I have no idea why, I will leave her play for an hour until she gets winge then I will go in wrap her up put the dummy in and leave, obviously she goes back to sleep as I don't hear her until 8am. I just wish I knew why she was waking up at the time. Her room is warm as the heater is on, although she does kick her blamkets off but that is something she has always done so I guess it is just going to be one of those things that will remain a mystery.
opps sorry just kept ramberling
-
happy birthday to Asha! Hope the party goes well Kelly and I'll see you in the `12mths forum.
Michelle- that would be great if you came to Kidz Digz. We had a lovely day last time and the kids just went off and played, AHHH! No stress! I fyou don't end up coming we will try to organise something else.
Von- Rambling is what we do here, ask Michelle! LOL I think you are born with it, I know I was! Yay for natasha's first steps! Clever girl. And I hear you with the walker and the cracking up. jessica has decided she will walk with the trolley, and gets up by herself, takes off, runs into stuff and then screams for help, she can get very shirty too. She is fairly strong though cos she actually lifts the back when she can't push it forwards to try and make it move. bugger about the sleeping bag, you should try to sell it on ebay, esp if its brand new! Re waking up, I guess if she's happy to play then there is no way to make her sleep longer, maybe she's just had enough sleep by then. What time does she go to bed at night?
And what were you doing in Kilmore Von? LOL It is funny but just occasionally we find people who know where we live. Actually at xmas we went away to Porepunkah (near Bright) and there were Kilmore people next door and also about 3 other people in the caravan park who were from Kilmore.
Well we have had netball, Jordan's team won, 12 to 0, so she was happy, Arron took himself off to footy and my niece arrived just after 12. Everyone had lunch and I put Jemma and Olivia down to bed once jessica woke up, so I have time to come on here till they wake up. jessica and Jordan are in the lounge room and Josh is playing in his room, although he is sposed to be cleaning it. I am so sick of messy bedrooms.
Hope you are all having a nice Saturday.
-
Mitch4now-I was at the Kilmore racers up there my father is a horse man and I guess it has rubbed off onto me, my father and I were also up there looking at some race horses he seused to have shares in.
Natasha usually goes to sleep about 7-8pm. So I don't think her morning wakining is because she has had enough sleep...I know I sure haven't had enough sleep at that time  .
Oh well I guess as long as she goes back to sleep until 8am I can't complain.
My Sunday has started off horrible dh and i have had a fight and I have kicked him out of the house.....I hope he comes back [-o<
I hope everyone else is having a good Sunday
-
HI Von- I should of guessed it was racing cos that's what we're famous for.
Hope your DH comes back soon, sounds a bit like my place this morning but Arron never left we just had lots of words.
Funny how 5am is such a bad wake up time. I actually thought about going to a pilates class at the leisure centre here, and then did the working out, class starts at 6.15-7am so I have to get up at 5.30am, YEAH RIGHT! not gonna happen, instead I am trying to get my gf to run a class once a fnight at her place in the night, she is a gym instructor. At least there would be no childcare etc, and it's sort of social as well.
Well Jessica is doing way more standing, up to 10 secs with clapping at the same time, she thinks she's very clever. Plus she got to be a giant today, cos Arron and Josh set up the racetrack in the loungeroom. Why they thought that was a good idea I don't know, cos jessica cahsed the cars round the track laughing her head off and then kept sitting on the track which would mean she would catch the cars and get to chew them. LOL it was very funny. She has also been looking for dead flies on the window sill cos Jordan locked her out of her room while she cleaned, and she was also sitting at the door singing and dancing to the music Jordan was playing.
Anyway it is going to be a cold old night here so I am about to close all the curtains and pump up the heat, then go to the supermarket, for essentials, formula and napopies.
Cheers Michelle
-
Sounds like you had a good day Michelle. What is the story with the dead flies :) .
DH came back home with mother and baby magazine and a box of chocies. Not happy with the chocies though as I have eaten them all 8-[ .
This office is frezzing i have to go and warm up my hands...They are turning blue
-
hi there
wow at natasha taking her first steps wtg =D> and i can imagine jessica standing up and clapping how clever. we used to have a little boy a playgroup and when he first started standing up he would put his arms up aswell saying hooray - too cute lol.
lani is standing for around 5 seconds whilst holding onto my hands really tight - it has only been the last few days where she hasn't buckled her legs lol.
after lani's bath tonight i stood her on the bench in front of the mirror she thought it was fantastic kissing the mirror and talking to it she was so amazed - it was hilarious glad she's a featherweight and i could hold her there lol.
i have a hugely busy week this week so may not be around that much, starting off with kinder duty tommorrow - oh happy happy joy joy lol, truely i wouldn't mind it if i was on my own but it is hard now with lani and everytime i seem to do kinder duty they don't do anything exciting, other times they cook, learns songs in other languages or have incursions - why do i get the boring normal days lol. had a newsletter the other day outling all the things planned for term 3 and it mentioned their last day of term 3 would be september 15th i started crying, cause lani will be 1 omg it goes so quick.
dh has to drive up to albury and back tommorrow for a 2hr meeting gosh i hate when he has the long drives i will be a bag of nerves all day.
still waiting on sil's baby to arrive - she is now 9 days over and going really well, she is still enjoying being pg and is in no hurry - i think she is going for monitoring on monday and wednesday then they will discuss with her probably further on what action to take - hoping everything will be okay as she is high risk - but going to a major hospital so [-o< everything will turn out fine - am sure it will. the hospital is where our dd was when she was diagnosed so we have made a decision that we will all go and visit togther as a family and deal with the emotions of walking through the doors and up the lift it will be hard but as it is a big hospital there will be times in the future we may need to go there (hopefully for nothing serious) and to go on a happy occassion first time since we were there with jess will be another tiny step forward.
am off to quickly check the other forums then to bed.
have a good week
-
Mooshie- I can't wait until I have to do kinder duty...although I am sure when my time comes around I will not be so excited :) .
I hope all goes well for your sil, I am sure it will...positive thoughts sent her way.
Have a good busy week.
-
Von- The dead fly thing was just that, she was sitting at the window looking for things to put in her mouth, she is one of those kids that is always chewing on something, and choking on something too. Glad to see you and Dh made up and good job he brought a pressie, that doesn't happen around here LOL
I did enjoy kinder duty with Joshua, didn't get to do it with Jordan as I had Joshua and then went straight back to work that yr. It was hard though cos I was pg with Jessica and Jemma was 1 at the start of the yr, which meant that I had to chase her all around the room, to stop her from painting everything. After I had Jessica in Sept I couldn't find the time to get in with the 2 babies, so I didn't. I have been into Josh's classroom 4 or 5 times this term, and as I am a primary teacher it just feels like I am back at work. But I do enjoy it..Jemma is pretty good and Jessica usually sleeps in the pram, so I can watch and help while the teacher gets around to help indvidiual kids or test etc.
Michelle- I hope your SIL goes soon, it is so exciting to be waiting for a new member of the family, esp when you don't have to go through the labour LOL. Good on you for making the decision about the hospital, I know it must be hard, but baby steps are the wtg. And it is a great reason to go in too. Why is your SIL pg high risk? I hope you have a good week, all be it busy. Sometimes those are the best ones. How gorgeous of Lani in the mirror Michelle, they do love the mirror baby don't they? And looks like she is gaining strength in those legs. It usually doesn't take long.
Jessica almost took a step towards me tonight, she is just so loving and cuddly atm and I just love it.
Anyway gotta hurry up and finish here, seeems lots of people have been on today after a quiet weekend.
Cheers Michelle
-
hello
did i say i was busy - yes i am but had to come on anyway lol
kinder duty was okay - i do enjoy it but it is better with a baby to look after as well - all 28 kids and no outside play, so the morning dragged on and miss lani decided she wouldn't sleep in the pram just watch the kids, she kept wanting to crawl around but it was too hard - she was nearly stepped on and gosh the choking hazards where everywhere lol. we got home gave her lunch and she was in bed at 1pm then slept till 4.30pm so that was nice.
michelle my sil has a blood disorder called factor 5 it makes the blood clot - if she needs a caeser it might be a bit scary but as i said before she is in a major hospital fully equiped etc - from memory i think her mum had around 7 miscarriages and a still birth and she has the same disorder so it has been hairy but she is really well and healthy, she told me tonight that bubs has sort of engaged, the midwives can still feel movement tho and also it is posterior, apparently there is not as much fluid around but they are happy with what is there - she had monitoring and u/sounds today and will again on wednesday they will then make the decision - so the baby should be here by end of the week - oh no am going to be sooooooooo clucky lol.
well i am tired - dh has been in bed for hours, he had to go to albury today for a meeting so 8 hrs driving and a 2hr meeting he is stuffed.
good night.
-
LOL Michelle- seems we always find time for the important things. I bet Paul snores his head off, that's a big day.
Hope everything goes well for your SIl at least they know what they are dealing with which could save her from getting into big trouble couldn't it! How exciting for you to be an aunty, how many nieces/nephews do you have?
i only have one official niece, and she has a half brother who I call my nephew, and my cousin has 3 kiddies, but they don't call me auntie. My sister is yet to have kids as she is only 24 and my SIL and BIL, well who knows. As my SIl is a total **** head (sorry about that), I am hoping that the reason she hasn't fallen pg so far is because she can't. SHe has had medication since she was anewborn as she was born hyrdocaephalu, (fluid on the brain). She had to have a shunt inserted and the fluid damaged the brain so that she has always had epileptic seizures and so is on medication daily. She is very promiscuous and has been trying to get pg to one loser or another fro the past 4 yrs or so and so far no pg, I don't think she would be a good mother, cos as much as she would love a baby she would not be good as a role model or as a responsible parent. Plus I'm sure she'd train her kids to hate me as we don't really get along too well. My BIL is on the **** atm and has a gf but isn't ready yet, he's just turned 28.
Anyway alsmost finished here, I want to go sit at the heater bf I go to bed cos I am so cold.
Anyway have a good day
Michelle
-
hi there
yes michelle we do seem to make the time for important things like bb - like right now jay is at kinder, lani is asleep and i have a mountain of washing plus bathrooms to clean and floors to sweep etc and what am i doing lol ](*,)
you have some il's a bit like mine lol all up i have 7 nieces and nephews with of course one due now and another in august. i only have 1 brother and he has a 2yr old the rest are from paul's side of the family - he is one of 5 (3 different fathers lol) his sister has 2kids, brother 3, another brother - due now and younger sister 1 with 1 on the way.
i don't want to say to much about one in particular cause you never know who is lurking around, i get a bit nervy sometimes when i think she could be on here as a lurker lol - so i better be careful lets just say we have one in that lot that is quite a golden child and has far as the other kiddies including mine - well to some they don't exist unless something major is happening.
(my mil is a lovely lady - i won't say much more ykwim lol)
well i better do all these jobs then i have to take jay to a birthday party, then do some groceries etc .
have a good day.
-
Hi michelle-
IKWYM and I understand the situation. LOL can't go anywhere for a ***** hey? LOL
Hope jay has fun at this bday party.
It is very quiet atm, looks like it is just you and I now that all the others have graduated to 12mths forum. Kellee is around here somewhere, hope she's ok without her DH.
KELLEE- Where are you?
Not much happening here, had a friend drop in, one of josh's friends mum's for coffee. She was telling me about her stillborn aby and then we were talking about other stuff and I mentioned my experience when the psychic told me a little boy was standing behind me telling me it was ok and she was crying, I felt terrible, cos I didn't want to upset her. I was worried that I was being really insensitive. I ended up texting her to make sure she was ok and she said she was so I am feeling a little less guilty. It is very hard I guess to know when things may hurt/affect others. She texted me and said she was fine and like dspeaking to me that she was comfortable with me, so hopefully things aren't bad.
Gotta go and get Jordan from school now.
See ya after
Michelle

My goodness!! You women can chat!!
Hey I am still here- no more couple of days and then no return- well I hope ;)
Yay for the clapping and standing! What a clever girl Jessica is!
Oh I missed the 1st birthdays- HAPPY BIRTHDAY Asha and Matilda- we'll miss you and your Mummy's from this forum. I hope all the days turned out Great!!
Ryley is going to have a theme party- Superheroes I have decided on. He will have the bouncy castle (for the adults as there will be no other kiddies there) a pinata and lots of lollies and people. We are expecting about 50- so in the middle of every one else.
Thanks everyone for the reassurance with Ryley's sleeping. All is good now- he is a very determined little boy- too clever for his own good- but his Mummy- well she is just as strong and determined! He has taken up to 40 minutes to go to sleep but now is doing pretty well. Thank goodness.
Perth has been freezing so he has been sleeping in a sleeping bag and he loves it. He can still stand up in it too- go figure!!
Anyway sorry for the epic- I am doing exams at the moment for the next week so i will be MIA for a while.
Take care
-
Hi Pee- glad you are still here. I think it's so cute to see the babies in their sleeping bags crawling all around, they look like little caterpillars. Jessica usually has hers on for awhile after she gets out of bed and she does everything the same as if she didn't have it on.
Grr at my dial up connection it keeps dropping out and takes forever to do what I need to do in the bank.
Well another rainy day here and Joshua is home although itried to send him but he is sleeping on the couch so I am glad he didn't go, cos he must really be unwell. Maybe his teacher will have to test him again after the holidays.
Anyway may pop back later, if I don't get into cleaning mode that is...LOL hmmm we'll see about that.
Cheers Michelle
-
hi there everyone
just a quickie (very unusual for me lol) and i will try and get back on tonight.
as you know i have been anxiously waiting on my sil first baby - 12 days overdue, ring my mil before to find out what was going on and all i can say is MY MIL IS A RIGHT ***** - she only cares about one person out of all her children - she has a golden child and a golden grandchild - you wouldn't know she had any others and she thrives on anything that can be news to spread around iykwim.
btw i still don't know what is happening, whether baby is here (am sure sil and bil would have rung tho they are lovely) i thought i would ring mil so as not to bother them with all those phonecalls - anyway i don't really want to say much cause i have a feeling another sil may be a lurker (she is the golden child)
anyway that feels better
did i say this was going to be short lmao.
-
Arghhh I have a toothache!!
I should go to the dentist but i am too much of a sook.
I am up studying and i dont want to so i thought i would come on here...
Hi ladies!!
-
Naughty girl Pee for procrastinating about the studying, but with a sroe tooth you can't be expected to study. I too am a woose about the dentist. I am sure I have holes in all 4 wisdom teeth but I know they'll say they want to take them and that's bad so I stay away. Mind you I had my first filling at 23 and have had none since, so I have had no really bad experiences with the dentist, just don't want to go.
Well Josh and Jemma are sick and then I heard A little cough from Jessica, fingers crossed she doesn't wake up all croaky like jemma, I am very close to taking her to the drs cos she ounds terrible, will see how she wakes u. I am even tempted to put her in my bed just so I can hear her. Of course I won't sleep but there are more important things.
Hope everyone is well
Michelle
-
Michelle isnt it crazy how a Mum can survive on 1-2 hours sleep!! Poor little things all being sick- Poor Mummy with them all being sick!!
I know I am dodgy for not studying- turned out i knew more than i thought anyway!! One more tomorrow and I will be finished- hooray!!
Ryley has decided it is great to have little tantrums every now and then but they are just random... :-s He will be chatting to himself and then whammo he is going RARARARARARAAAAA.... screaming at the toy or table or something. It is cute but bizarre :)
He is alot better from his cold now thank goodness. He had some infant Demazin and it cleared up really quickly.
Another wierd thing- he has 7 teeth but the last one is taking forever to come out.
Lastly- lol- he LOVES Avocado and Rockmelon. He goes crazy for rockmelon.
Me and my sore tooth are going to bed now- take care :)
-
Pee, Matilda started having tantrums around 9 months... apparently some babies go through a separation anxiety phase and others have "mini tantrums" or so the ECHN told me ;) She would get so frustrated with not being able to reach something and then would fall on the floor & throw her head back & scream... I tried super nanny techniques and set up a play pen with heaps of quilts down to soften the blows and put her in them because anytime I touched her she would scream louder & push me away... BUT once she started walking her tantrums decreased heaps. She has had one in the past month which is fantastic.
I hope your tooth feels better & you are able to concentrate & study... I was terrible during uni & never studied...who knows how I passed :-s
Michelle I hope everyone starts feeling better soon, I barely survived one sick little girl, let alone a whole household!
Grrr at your MIL Mooshie/Michelle LOL....its so frustrating & hard. I hope you SIL had an easy time of it & a beautiful bubs by now :)
-
hi everyone
pee - ouch at the sore tooth - i am another that hates the dentist.
michelle - poor kiddies being sick - i hope they don't have what my two had it was not a nice virus at all. i put baby balsam vicks on the kids feet b4 bed then put socks on them , i know it sounds bizaree but it seems to keep the colds a bit shorter - dunno if it works, if i feel like i am getting a cold i do it then i feel good when i wake up.
well still no baby and i am one up on my mil - after her rude phone conversation on wednesday, i have started screening all calls lol, yesterday arvo not one call from the witch so i started to get worried, based on the very brief convo with mil on wednesday my sil was in hospital waters broken and labour close. well i rang sil yesterday she is still home and everything is okay apart from bubs being prosterior ouchie (also with her condition she can't have an epidural arrhhh) anyway we had a big ***** session about mil - thank god us to can see through the old witch lol - sil is being induced either today or tommorrow she is 14days over today, but hospital is very busy so basically waiting for a bed - and i have promised sil i will not let the evil mil know lol - i am not even going to speak to her silly moo cow.
gotta go lani is after a bottle and nap
-
Michelle- I missed the MIL post, what a *****, maybe you should just bypass her when you can, why bother having arguments with her.
Hope your SIl goes well and can't wait to hear the news either.
Pee I can't believe Ryley has so many teeth, Jessica still only has 2 LOL. Great news on the exam, bet you'll be rapt when they are all over. And as for Tantrums, Jessica hjas them too, and does a great job, she has a very loud scream and when the kids take stuff off her I know about it, and also she does the throw back thing when she is angry, that is the one I hate the most.
I think Jemma is a little better today, Jessica had a slight temp this morning and she has a cough and a runny nose ,but I am thinking it is sort of teeth related as the top gums are very swollen. Josh is also better though still coughing and so far Jordan is doing well to be fine.
i am out tonight to a wall buddies party/jewellery party combined. But I am taking the kids to a party tomorrow so that makes up for it. Then I am out Sunday and Arron is having all the kids. Won't that be fun for him! He just came in having a sook about how the house wasn't clean and none of it was his, and I pointed out none of it was mine. And I also pointed out that he was home 2 days playing fishing games on the xbox and had done nothing to help so he can go jump. LOL I am over cleaning atm. And school hols means 4 kids inside all day long, yeah right the house will stay clean anyway, what do I look like, stupid or something, I need to conserve energy not waste it LOL.
Anyway have a nice Friday night everyone.
Best wishes Michelle

Hi Ladies,
I have one of those weeks I think. 1st the comp mouse broke, 2nd fil ended up in hospital, 3rd DD had been waking up at 2am and staying awake until about 5am so I am soooo tired. 4th my neighbours do wakes me up at 1am with it's barking and 5th we have new neighbours and i am so stressed to see if they will be quite, although right now there dog is barking arrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhh...I just can't handole this. We are considering moving to provincial Vistoria for peace and quite. In case you are wondering we have had really bad experiences with BAD NEIGHBOURS in the past.
On top of all this Natasha's birthday on 7 July and I have sent out the invite 20+ people coming 8-[ no idea what to do in regards to food and just hope it does not rain as we do not have out outdoor entertaining area covered at the moment as dh decided he wanted to put new lazerlight sheeting on it but still waiting and probably will still be waiting this time next year MEN.
Went to a party shop yesterday to buy some party hats and lollie bags and some hullium ballons I could not believe that they wanted $2 for 1 ballon I think that is redicoulous. I spent $5 on a no.1 candle wich is also pretty redicoulous I think.
Anyway I think I have complained enough, I hope all of you are doing well. I noticed someone said something about mil I think I have the worse one in the world I will tell you about it another time I am frezzing at the moment and need to warm up before frost bite sets in.

Hello ladies!
Long time no write. So much has happened in here - I can hardly keep up! Crazy stuff. Hello to Von - I don't think we've met, and it doesn't look like you'll be in here for long (they grow up too fast, huh?) but hello anyway! Sorry about your tooth Pee - I have similar problems at the moment (5 dentist's visits in 6 weeks... ugh...) but, and you won't like this, I am URGING you to go to the dentist if it hurts - I left two teeth until it was too late and the pain was excrutiating. You poor thing. Hey Mitch and mooshie! All back together again - hooray! I missed Asha and Matilda's birthdays too - sorry ladies - hope they went well and the Mums didn't get too sad at their little angels growing up so fast.
Well, I'm sorry I haven't posted for so long. I tried to keep myself really busy while DH was away and ended up being TOO busy, so by the time he got back I was exhausted and I hadn't posted on BellyBelly in two weeks! That's two weeks too long if you asked me - I missed everyone here! Not much has happened - DH is back, obviously, and had more problems with his flights... Because they were booked to fly in and out of South instead of North Carolina, there were problems with their return trips. The airline said they would void their whole return tickets if they didn't fly out of South Carolina, which was CRAP because that's not where they were and it wasn't their fault, so they had to drive to a different city and sort it out and it was a total mess! I won't go into it now because it's too long... suffice to say, though it was stressful, everything worked out in the end, and Charlie and I are both very happy to have him back. The only other thing is that I have created a family website with pictures and news and a guestbook, so if you'd like to visit and leave a message, feel free.
Charlie is being gorgeous, as usual. He says 'bub bub bub' on cue now, and says a version of "Moo" when you ask "What does the moo cow say?" It's very cute. He hasn't been sleeping well lately because it's been FREEZING so we've put a heater in his room - we hope that helps. Anyway, I think I should go to bed. I've been sitting up for ages because it's taking far too long to upload pictures onto my website (DH thinks I'm nuts for putting so many on, but I just can't decide between all the ones of Charlie - they're so cute!)... now I know why! It's taking forever! Anwyay, I hope that I can chat with you all more regularly now that things are returning to normal. Hope you're all well.

Congrats Mooshie!! Danial with an a is a different way to spell it. He was a good size too.

I just have to commiserate with Von Matilda's been up for a minimum of 2 hours in the middle of the night for two weeks now... it really does your head in (or it did mine in!) *hugs* Last night was the best so far, we were up 3 times and the longest was only 30 minutes, YAY! I think we are getting somewhere...
-
Oh Cristy I know what you mean by doing your head in. Last night it was just once that she woke up at 2am I am trying to not give her a feed anymore but just wrapping her back up and putting the dummy in and leaving her she usually whinges for a while but goes back to sleep...Thank god, who knows what tonight is going to hold. Hopefully we all get a straight through 8 hour sleep tonight....well we can hope anyway.
12 days until Natasha's s 1st birthday, I don't know if I should be happy or sad. The other day I put all her little cloths into those vacum seal bags and I just could not believe how much she has grown and then the tears started dh really thought I was going mad.
-
Hello again,
Sorry that Matilda and Natasha are being nocturnal. You poor buggers... I'm sure it's just a stage that will pass. Charlie has had periods like that too - for a week or so - where he wakes up a lot, but then the period passes and he's back to "normal" again, whatever that means. So I hope that you both get some sleep soon! In the meantime, ask for help wherever you can (maybe some supportive mothers/MILs?) if you're tired through the day. Big hugs to you.
Don't worry about the tears, Von. Every other week I have to put away more items of clothing that are too small for Charlie and I get emotional too. I'd better hurry up and get pregnant or I'll get sad!
Congrats, mooshie! Try not to get too clucky... what would DH think?! I bet he's just gorgeous. I saw an eight week old the other day, and she looked about 1 week... you just forget how small they can be.
Good girl for having the guts to go to the dentist, Pee. I hope that there aren't too many complications. I actually need to go back too - he did some work on one the other week and now it hurts more than before. Not good. FYI, our family website is
http://www.thegreenhouse.150m.com
There is a Charlie page (not much on there yet) and LOTS of photos in the "media" section.
Anyway, not much to report. Had a nice day out today - MIL was supposed to babysit so that DH and I could go to the movies (for the first time since Charlie came along, excluding one "Babes In Arms" session), but then she had to cancel :smt022 so we all went out for lunch instead. Charlie was a good boy and had lunch then went to sleep in the pram. I think that people must think we're mad - we're all over each other when we have a chance because we hardly get to see each other, so we were all lovey dovey today and everyone was looking at us strangely. Oh well, just because they're not getting any... LOL tmi, sorry!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend.

hi girls
well i am officially definately clucky as i can get lol. the baby is georgeous i can't believe his tiny little face i kept looking at lani and thinking no way she was this little (well she was 1lb heavier by ykwim) i could of just put him under my jacket and come home lol - i am going to be shocking i have another sil due in august and a good friend in october my golly my poor dh and all my talk about babies lol. he is fine with it tho i think he has resigned to the fact the we will have another.
anyway those personals let me try and think back
von - am sorry about natasha being a night owl lately it is hard isn't it, the last few mornings miss lani has cried out around 5am but i don't get up to her and i fall back to sleep so i guess after a couple of minutes she goes back. dunno what to suggest. the other morning lani woke around 5am and i got straight up to her (i think i was dreaming she was crying) then she woke so i thought oh she has been crying for a while so i picked her up and gave her a cuddle and put her into our bed but she wanted to play so i put her back in her cot - she protested for 5mins max then slept till 8am so that was good. it is annoying when they wake and you can't work out why.
michelle - all geared up for holidays. i am actually looking forward to not rushing around everywhere and i am committed to get miss lani to eat more and not rely on the bottles - i tend to give her a bottle too much cause it's easier iykwim and she has really dropped off on her food intake. hope the kiddies are feeling better it was josh and jemma that weren't well wasn't it? hope they kept it to themselves and not shared it around like jay did lol.
pee - good luck with the tooth - ouchie. fantastic on deciding to buy a house i hope you find what you are looking for. it's good to see you back.
kellee - bet you're glad that dh is back sounds like a heap of mucking around with all the travel etc. charlie is sounding cute as (gees i love his name). what movie were you planning on seeing? we had gold class tickets given to us and we went and saw a movie when lani was a couple of months old and mum babysat it was wonderful - first time i had seen a movie with dh since titanic lol. i go to the pics alot with my g/friends cause i like the girly movies lol.
i am going to be doing heaps these holidays have so much on, lunch with friends, shopping dates, going out with dh, movies with the kids, might even venture into the city with mum and the kids. am even going out to see - wait for it (brian mannix, scott cairn and pheusdo echo) can't wait i am an 80's girl - well i am 36 so that was really what i was into way back then lol - the tube skirts, fluro socks and belts, lace gloves, teased hair etc etc you name it i was a fashion victim to it but i soooooo love the 80's and i just love watching chartbusting 80's on channel 31 arhhh i getting all nostaligic know. i am off to see what geneva has to say on big brother.
have a good week all
night night
