Unfortunately Christy I have quit and gone back so many times. It only takes 1 and I'm history, which is why if Arron starts up again it is almost inevitable that I will too, and actually most of the times I have started again were bcos of him, good excuse hey?LOL
I do so want not to smoke though, everytime I had one I would say I hated it but I still did it. Will power alone just doesn't cut it anymore and so the patches are good, and it has been much easier to quit this time that's for sure.
