Bel- cool new pics, like the pic of him sitting on the car thing, can he actually push himself along that yet? Nixon's still getting his confidence up with sitting so havent been game to put him on anything like that yet.

Nickers I took it - I actually took about 50 pictures that day both color and b&W and they all came out great I am getting 3 of the B&W ones blown up and framed all with different expressions on his face put the same pose or what ever!

Not much happening here, he's asleep after we went to Bunnings and I spent my xmas vouchers on stuff for the house (paint/stain for the outdoor setting; gutter guard - big gum tree next door clogs up one the gutters and when it rains the water comes in the window of the garage., ie my theatre room; + a couple of other bits and pieces). Tis very warm outside, so Jen is working on her parents finances for the last financial year before sending them to the accountant - she doesnt know I haven't done mine either

abs - hope Jordy feels better soon. We had a monster poo ourselves this morning. It was all up his back and all on the carpet. It was so gross & semi solid too, so bits everywhere - disgusting! He of course thought it was hilarious.
Nickers - he can sit on the car really well, and Janae pushes him around the house on it without him toppling over, but his feet aren't quite flat on the floor to push himself yet.
It's been a lovely day here, went for a walk along the beach with our friends who have just moved here from the UK (as in, they arrived yesterday :)) Just about to get Josiah ready for bed & have dinner.

Wow on Jordy Abs, yeah Holly has just started that (takin a step or 2 closer), when she's standing against 1 of her toys, she puts too much weight on it & it starts moving across the floor, so she goes with it & a couple of times she's grabbed my hands & moved a bit closer. There's gonna be so much more running around when they walk I reckon, yikes, hehe. She hasn't started walkin round furniture though. Great pics too.
Ooh could be teeth Abs, when Holly teethed, she was doing runny poos every nappy change. Holly had her first sit in a trolley yesterday, on a towel & she just loved it.
Haha Nickers, yep I was thinkin the same thing, I feel like I already look more preggas now, yikes. Yeah I'd like to. Oooh yeah Nickers, that has snuck up quick, 1mth away for u.

Amanda, I've just recently started trying to give Holly whole bananas, took her a few nana's to get used to it, but now she takes little bites & swallows it. Today I let her have a chew on my apple & she bit little pieces off. I'm using the solids food list from pg1. :)
Haha Mitch, Holly was the opposite, she'd say dada & buba but not muma, except 3days ago she started repeating muma. Soo cute. :) Ooh sounds great Mitch, I'm sure u'll have a lovely hol.
Thnx Kelli, Olivia is a cutey too. Holly got that rockNroll musical toy for xmas. Her hair's really lightened up too, can't wait til Holly's hair grows more. :)

Yikes Bel, on the carpet too, eeek, hehe. Wow Josiah looks so grown up now too. Holly's little dinky (from Mum) looks very similar, but doesn't have the very handy back saving handle on the back.
Clothes, Holly is mostly in 0, only a few 00 & even using a few 1's even though a bit big.
It REALLY sucks not havin broadband (too far from xchng), I tried 3-4 'internet speed tests' & all recorded 29kpbs & dialup is capable of 56kpbs, how crappy, takes ages for some pics to load.

Abs - Charlie loves the shoppong trolley - sits up the whole way round now. he hates iot when i put him in one of those baby capsule things - cracks them big time!!!
Nickers - I showed Gav your professional photo's you got done and he thought they were great - especialy the one you are using for your ticker!
Shell - I am on to giving charlie bannanas also - he has learnt to eat the whole thing now - just takes little bite. I'm with you i can't wait till charlie actually grows some solid hair!
Becky - love the photos - he has ssoooooo much hair!

Well very eventful day here for the piergrosse family - really did nothing! Charlie is cutting his 2 top teeth at the moment - those front ones just look sooo big and painful!
Earlier today I posted that it was pi$$ing down with rain well our back room got flooded and our front yard - i understand the front yard - but the back room!! go figure - i'm married to a bl@@dy plumber - surely he could of stopped that!!!

oh forgot to add - charlie is totally in size 1 and he no longer firts into jumpsuits - seeing they only go up to a 1 he is now in normal pyjamas - just way to long for jumpsuits - trying to get one without feet - if anyone sees any can you let me know and i will give you money to get some for me
How's everyones health kick going? I was good all week, went to the gym 4 times, ate lots of fruit and veg, but last ngiht we had a bbq and ppl over. i drank a fair bit of wine as well as some chicken wings, pasta & potato salad.....ive lost almost 1kg from when dh and i started (Tuesday 2nd) but nothing from the weight i started with BB (Thursday 4th) so really i lost the first lil bit the first day or two, i better get my but in gear over the next few days i dont wanna be the one who doesn't loose anything!
Abs- i havent tried nixon in the front of the trolly yet, ive thought about it a couple of times so must try it next time.
Jacci- do u usually just sit Charlie in it or do you put something in it incase its dirty? bugger about the back room..... atleast dh should be able to fix it!
we didnt get rain till about 10pm last night and it really didnt last long. hoping today is better we've had 4-5 days straight of 35+ degree days here.
Nickers - They have these wipes that are used at the smelter here in portland there called ISO Wipes - they are alcohol wipes that sterelise - we hvae boxes of them here and i have some in my car - when i go to the supermarket i wipe the bit that charlie is going to be in with them then i put a small blanket were he is going to be sitting.
Weightloss - I was also doing really well with the weightloss till last night and i had a few scotch cans and went to a bbq! so this morning i got up and DH went to work and charlie and i went for a walk - It was pi$$ing down! charlie was fine coz he was in the rain cover - he slept the whole way. it was me that got drenched - i was the only person walking today normally i see heaps of people!

Have you tried the bonds suits? The ones without feet? They're nice and stretchy & great for summer coz they're lightweight. I'm pretty sure they go up to a 2 as well. If you can't get any there, I could send you a couple - they're very cute.

Morning guys! I'm sorry I'm not contributing much. I'm reading just not replying! Charlie has become Velcro kid lately and wants to be with me every minute of the day. Doesn't give me much chance to get anything done.
But wanted to post that he's taken his first few crawls forward! He's not very good and falls onto his tum after one or two 'steps' forward but he's got the right actions going, so it'll be no time before he's got it all together!
And he was stuck with his legs caught in the bars of his cot a few days ago and all I heard was 'Muuuuummmmmm!' over and over again! He won't say it when I ask him to, just when he's distressed or when he's crying!
And he loves riding in the trolly too. I've got a cover thing for it and he spent over an hour in it the other day when I was doing my grocery shopping.
Abs, hope Jordy's upset tummy has eased over the weekend.
Becky - the photos are great!
Jacci - we just went shopping for new clothes for Charlie too. He's in 1s for his tops and between a 0 and 1 for pants. His 0 tops are not too small per se, but are difficult to get his arms through IYKWIM. He's much smaller than your Charlie though. I think he's only about 9kgs and about 70+cm now.
Qsn: how often does your baby eat? Charlie has a biscuit and a tub of baby yoghurt when he wakes, about 4 heaped tablespoons of lumpy food for lunch, toast for arvo tea, and another 4 heaped tablespoons for dinner. This is on top of BFing him about 4-5 times a day. In fact, if he doesn't get to eat something solid at those times, he cracks it big time. Plus he will snack on bread or fruit throughout the day. I sometimes wonder where it all goes?!

Abs - I hope Jordy is feeling better, Tyron has the opposite problem, we have been up half the night as he is trying to go but it is stuck!!
Oh and for those that asked what my word it,,, it is totally made up but I call it a buttemsky, he wont be able to say that for a while!

hehe, yeah his bottom is operating normally now, just still a bit red raw - and now he has taken to rolling just as you are putting the new nappy on... both of us will yell out for help to the other for help at that point in time... almost need to pin his shoulders down :frown:
Sush & Lisa, no problem about only reading for a while - we all have busy periods when all we can do scrape enough time to just keep up
As for eating Sush, Jordy normally gets a bottle when he first wakes somewhere between 4.30-6 - eventually back to bed
Then brekkie around 7.30-9am - couple of mouthfuls of bottle, then fruit & yoghurt for brekkie, maybe a little toast or his new fave pikelets (store bought pack of 8 etc - he loves these, will have maybe half of one cut into 1cm or squares) and finally some more bottle before bed again 2hrs after he woke
Depending on waking time, maybe a snack - lunch, something similar to brekkie (I think)
Maybe some arvo tea
Dinner around 6pm - mix of food pre-prepared... but can be a wide range of things. Jen does most of the food prep so I can't really answer this question properly, but thats roughly what he has
The fact he is still BFing would surely cut down what Charlie is eating compared to others ??
Lisa, we gave Jordy some prunes cut up a week or two ago as he was a little constipated too. Did the trick

Sush - awesome on charlie crawling!!! my charlie is 11.5kg and about 78cm long.(last check up) I know what you mean about the arm holes!!
Eating - Charlie has breakfast at about 8 - normally farrex or weetbix - then he has a bottle about 10am then sandwich and a bannana for lunch at 12.30 -1 then about 4.30 some yoghurt then he has tea - which is normally a fair amount and some pureed fruit. Then he has a bottle and goes to bed - he only has 3 bottles a day.
Dancing - Charlie has started dancing - i kill myself laughing at it - in the morning when he's watching ABC a song will come on and he starts squealing and bouncing up and down ti the music - he does this no matter what he was doing at the time - if he was standing playing with a toy then he stands there boppig - looks sooo cute!!
Bonds Suits - I have tried every were in portland ( well there is only a Target Country and a baby shop and Safeway) but i looked there and the biggest i can find is a 1.
Weightloss - how you all going??? I'm not doing too bad - not perfect - but thats ok.
Well best be off - i can hear the feral playing in his cot!better go make him some lunch

That is so cute Charlie dancing, Tyron is still having trouble pulling himself up, I think he weighs to much!!!
Lunch - I give him toast with vegemite and cheese, I haven't really tried a sandwich, he still wont chew properly and ends up choking on things which freaks me out!!
Weighttloss as of this morning I was 700g lighter than Thursday, so hopefullyyI continue on this road!

Gavin just rang and told me that one of the guys at work has just split up with his wife coz she had been sleeping with his best mate for 2 years!!!! OMG!! 2 years - who could do that for that long!

I give Tyron wholemeal at the moment I don't think you are supposaed to give them grains until they are 1?? I get Bakers Delight bread as it has no preservatives!
I don't know how anyone could be unfaithful, I mean I know if you aren't happy etc.. but get out of what you are in first, before you start something else! I just don't know where I would find the time and energy at the moment either!
As of the new year i stopped bf, Nixon has 3 x 200ml bottles a day. has the morning one when he first wakes up then mid is an hr or so after lunch and last one is about 7pm.
Breakky he either has a weetbix or yoghurt & fruit (about 4 tbl spoons) then half a pc of vegemite toast with the crust cut off.
Morning tea arrowruit bikky or rusk
Lunch depending on what he had for breakky might have fruit peices like rockmelon,watermelon as well as custard or something.
Afternoon tea- cheese stick or bikky offer some water
dinner he has about 4tbl spoons of vegies and meat
Havent tried a sanwhich yet so maybe give that a go soon, do u cut the crsusts off?
weight loss. well i am also down 700g but that was my weigh in from Tuesday when dh and i started. still no loss from thursday so better get my last chance work outs to make a difference! went to the gym thismorning with dh for a pump class and put Nix on Chreche, worked out well he crashed in the car on the way home.
... I am naughty... still have to get my scales!!!!! havent really eaten properly all weekend.. so probably wont see a change this week : ( naughty girl....
Nickers - I wish my DH wuld come to gym! He rides his bike heaps and doesn't like the gym. Gav has lost 5 kilo's in 3 weeks! bugger him! he is already skinny. Hope Nixon liked the creche - ours doesn't re open at the gym till the 15th. I'm going to pump tonight at 5.30. went to attack last night and did a 12klm walk this morning. I excercise heaps but i eat crap! Also - i let charlie have the crusts - he sucks on them for ages!
Lisa - one of each colour would be great! I use the bakers delight wholemeal bread too.
I'm with you on the fact that you should finish the first one first then if you still want to get with the other person then do it - also i wouldn't have the time or the energy! plus i really couldn't be bothered learning another persons habits all over again - took me years to work out gavins!
Declan has a bottle (only drinks about 100mls)when he wakes up then about an hour later he has some iron enriched porridge baby ceral and or pureed apples then 2 hours after that he has a bottle then down for a nap when he wakes has 100mls bottle hour later has vegies / fruit then 2 hours later bottle nap wakes 100ml bottle vegies with meat and yogart or something then maybe another 100mls and then a bottle before bed
Oh no Jacci, sounds like DH has some work to do. Yeah Holly just recently started bopping, to her musical toys, it is such a classic. Oh that's terrible & his best mate too.
Hehe, velcro kid, never heard that one b4 Sush. WTG Charlie on the crawling. Holly eats solids usually 3times daily & usually 4 (up to 200ml) bottles.

Teeth: When I was changing Holly's nappy last night, she was laughing at DH & I noticed she now has 6 teeth, 2 more top teeth are 2mm through, hence the occasional grizzles & acidic teething poos & nappy rash. Speaking of poos, she just squeezed out a runny noisy one, yuukkk.
shell - hehehe - have fun cleaning that one! I hate when they make the runny noise!!!
Bruises - since crawling charlie looks like a bashed little baby!! he has a cut on one side of his forehead - then a huge bruise on the other side and his legs always have heaps of bruises on then - i reckon he smacks his head about 5 times a day - no matter how much i try to stop him!
12km walk geez Jacci are a tri althlete or something!! And Attack, that class is a killer! i used to do it a few yrs ago but havent been game to go back to it just yet, was easing my way back in.... hmm maybe i will TRY an attack clas this week... i did a combat one last week, was a good workout (upper back killing me the next day) but felt a bit silly punching nothing!
Shell- how are you feeling?? any morning sickness or anything? when do u have your first ultrasound?
Nickers - I feel stupid doing punches and kicks too at combat - i am going to try a spin class this week on the bikes.

Jacci- you motivated me to try an attack class so i got up and went to do one thismorning 9.10am, only to find out today the NEW timetable started and it wasnt on. doh! i had picked up a new one just yesterday but when looking at it last night i looked at the old one, anyway been on a walk with all the kiddies (dogs included) instead.
You girls all put me to shame, I ride my bike, but I am so unfit I only make it about 5km!!!
Nickers - I noticed on yuor ticker that you are TTC soon, can I ask a rude question, is that because it took you a while last time or because you want you babies close together??
Tyron still only has 2 teeth!! How is this for an old wife's tale, my friend's Mum who is greek said that the later they get their teeth the smarter they will be!

Didn't take long at all TTC Nixon, actually we wernt activly trying when it happened, we were going to start TTC after our wedding and i end up being 6weeks pg on our wedding day. I'd like a reasonably close gap, like within 2 years so hoping it doesn't take too long to conceive this time.
Nickers- I am so sore after Pump last night!!! felt like nothing at the time - thought i could of done another class - but today - just sitting down to go to the toilet hurt! Went for a walk also this morning. Going to try a step class tomorrow - never done step - i'm very unco with all arms and legs!!

Well i can't get charlie to eat a single thing today - he only wants bottles - so i looked in his mouth and his two top teeth have come thru - are they meant to come thru at the same time??

step class is good, but its easy to get out of time when u dont know the routine! Ive only just started it back from a like gap so i felt a bit silly everyone knows when to change direction etc and id be a few beats behind. Gonna try attack on Friday instead.
5km is good Lisa, i wanna get back on my bike, bought a cruiser back from hawaii a few yrs ago and ridden it once! but its such a cool bike i dunno why i dont ride more.
Nixon cut his bottom two teeth with 3 days of each other, then top 2 were within a few weeks.
Jacci - My DH, like your rides all the time, he rides 42km to work etc.. and was like come for a ride with me, is he kidding, I would be dead before we hit the main ride, but like you said I have to start somewhere!!!
Nickers - Tyron quite liked the nose but he kept pulling it and I was frightened that the elastic would break and it would come smacking back into his face so I took it off, he is such a poser though, loves to have his photo taken!! Good luck with the TTC are you trying for a certain sex or don't you mind what the next baby wil be! It is funny those of you who have spoken to me from the start will remember that I was very upset when I fgound out I was having a boy, now I am so happy with my little man. I think I will have a boy next t ime around as well!!
The only bike my DH rides is one with a motor LOL.... & my bike has 2 flat tyres hehehe.... Going to get my stepper out so I can use that while Lexy is bouncing in her jolly jumper !!... welll at least that is the plan!!!!!
