nic, I wouldn't worry about giving in to cuddles too much at this age - this is when they need it!! I spend a lot of the day cuddling both my kids while I can - I have to go back to work too soon - although it's hard when Janae wants cuddles at the same time as bubs. Josiah does the same thing as Nixon, waking up screaming in between feeds, but settling as soon as I pick him up. I think sometimes they just get a pain in their belly and can't change position to move it. I find a lot of the time Josiah will just go straight back to sleep once I've moved him.

Sush - Hope Charlie's rash clears up in time for his christening! Josiah wakes every 2-4 hours as well. Haven't had him weighed since just after we got home from hospital, but he's definitely getting rounder and taller - put him in the baby carrier today and his head was poking out over the top - when I last used it he was so little snuggled in there that apart from his legs sticking out you would have thought I was wearing an empty baby bjorn around the shops!

Lisa - sorry to hear you're still having troubles with Tyron - I hope the doc can give you some good news. Try not to worry too much - babies do things at different rates - and the little man has probably been so busy trying to cope with his reflux he hasn't had time to 'practice' anything else. Anyway, praying that everything is ok with him and that things settle for you soon.
