Amy... Sounds like you have been busy, and happy 6 month bday to declan.
Jacci... Abbey still looks surprised when she goes under the water, but is starting to like it more. And we have a fake tree here,less mess,but we used to get real ones when we were kids, it was fun going to pick it.
Shell... Apple is one of the safe foods on the list I have, but it could be what is causing it, but it could be just food in general, the nurse warned that Abbey would probably have a flare up when we started solids. I would also look at trying a different cream if she screams when you put it on. Abbey gets grumpy after a while when i am putting cream on, but not like she is in pain. I had to keep trying different creams until we found one that worked for her. I would also give a cortisone cream a try,in the long run I have ended up putting heaps lessof that cream on her then others because it works that much better. We are using a sigmacort ointment atm. oh and Yay! on holly saying dada
Sush... I so know what you mean. Abbey is being so exhausting atm too. I just can't leave her alone or she gets into mischeif. We arelooking into getting her a playpen.

Quick update on us: Abbey had her first official swimming lesson this morning which went really well. She was the youngest there, but still had lots of fun. We also had her 6 month checkup. She is now 6.72kg, 64.5cm long, HC of 42.8cm. She has only put on 400g in 2 months but the nurse isn't too worried, she was good with us not starting solids yet and gave us a heap of info on introducing solids to babies who may be prone to allergies. We are going to be starting solids in the next week or two. She still is getting up on her hands and knees and hands and feet but can't quite work out how to move forward. She can sit up for ages, unless she tries to reach too far.
