    Hi!

Well, I've had a super lazy couple of days...today shouldn't be too bad either other than doing the food shopping. Dh has the next 4 days off as well which will be great!
We're so tired though...Dylan woke almost every hour last night which is doing my head in...He just wants a drink or a dummy but it's just too much - and knowing bubs will be making an arrival in the next few weeks just worries me! once or twice a night I can handle but not every hour!! Little bugger...I have no idea why...I think maybe we're getting up to him to quickly now that we've got the monitor in our room...??

Mel - Poor Olivia - I hope she's feeling better now...

Kaz - Hmmm well, I probably wouldn't have taken Dylan just on his own...it really was more for Louis...You could probably hold out another year or so for Pip...but then again - if you want to do then just go! The park was great and Dylan still really enjoyed it, but just probably would have enjoyed any day out with mum and dad iywkim?
It's a big day walking around expo's thats for sure - yeah at your dh having pip for the day and giving you a break! I'm hoping I get a day like that on the long weekend...

Kel - Bugger at being so tired - you sound well though! Sounds like you've been keeping busy!
I'm sure Lily loves the "plain old parks!" my kids rarely even get that at the moment other than weekends - and with our activities stopped we're home every day...starting to get a little tedious other than they have a lot more room to run around and they don't get so bored with the house!

Von - LOl at being late for kinder - I'm thinking when Louis starts next year I'll go and do the food shopping which is across the road and then I shouldn't be late - I can only imagine if I went home that I would be late back - LOL! I'm late for everything!
Poor James being sick...glad he is all better now - but I'm sure thats the last think you felt like doing in the middle of the night!

Hello from the windy water! Gee - zus its bad here! Its been like this for two days and I am over it - we dashed up to the park for a half hour when it was fine before and we both got saturated on the way home - it just comes out of nowhere here! Beau was crying because mum didint have the wet weather cover! Bad mummy bad mummy!

Mmm what else? Glad my marathon job in the city is over and I get the whole weekend with my boys - DH looked after B on Sat/Sun and Tues this week - and he was an "angel" for him - I complianed last night that B was a whinger all day (2nd day inside for him tho) and he says "Are you silly with him in the day? He likes that." Can you beleive that? Ahhh dude - I clean, wash and cook AND entertain/teach him - not just play indoor soccor and make faces all day like you! Hilarious! It peed me off tho!

Kris - You do heaps of activities with the boys! You are PG too you know! My GF went on a date with Carl Barron so I always bug her about it - she is so embarrased!
Von - Sorry James was sick - he seems to react the cows milk then huh?
Kaz -Yep still like it - cept when its windy like this - its so scary. No more flashes of very white bits tho! How do you get PIp to eat so much fruit?
Kel - Cheeky bugger with the couches - Beau hasnt got to excited with the climbing yet thankgod. Hope you enjoy your nap and Dh being home yay! Hope Lils ears improve.
Mel - Happy Birthday!!! Glad you got a bit spoilt! Sorry Olvia is sick and you didnt get your date! Hope her AB's kick in. DH is bringing home SATC movie so he can see it on the weekend finally (he secretly likes it too) and we are having yum aged t-bones for an inhouse date!!! Sad huh?
Dis - Oh I hear you on the not going back to sleep - you have an excuse but, I think its the bodies way of preparing for the new bub and disturbed sleep. Once you have a bub mums grow bat ears too and that doesnt help!
Ok I am going to watch some dumb tv and trawl ebay while the mans asleep.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, I did have a great day and am hoping to get my massage tomorrow and relieve my aching back!!!! Am also going to the pacific brands factory outlet in Cheltenham to get some cheap bras and baby clothes....maybe some shoes too!!!

Olivia is on the mend, still on ABs though. Shes been horrible at night and horrible during the day. She chucks major wobblies and sounds a lot like the girl screaming in the poltigist!!! (sp?) But when we are out, shes so cute to everyone!!!! So well behaved! Oh well. I have bad hay fever and my nose is running like a tap and they eyes are itchy. I would take some Polaramine, but it sends me to sleep...need to be awake for the moo. Oh and shes starting to join words...moo cow and her new one today after finding her soaking wet from the dogs water is......cheeky girl!!! Yes, very cheeky!!

Jen- yep I know what you mean about the DHs thinking thats all that needs to be done...oh the fairy comes in to cook and clean while we play...mmmmm.

Kristie...youre always on the go, makes me tired listening. I wish I had as much energy. Not long for you now.

Kel- I hope you got your nap. Lil sounds like Olivia, so it scares me!!! Liam is already 2 months old...wheres the time gone?

Von- hope James is feeling much better. We had chuck last week...blah! Theres not much time to do much in between 3 year old kinder...I would be late too.

Kaz- fruit is great. How did you enjoy the expo??? I got one of those back pack/leashes for Olivia and we walked the expo...simply coz she wouldnt stay in the pram and I was on my own!!

Ok, hope I havent missed anyone, but am going to go and thinking about pulling out an icecream from the freezer!!!!!!

Jen - we're just lucky that he likes fruit! He didn't like strawberries for a while, until we were at the supermarket and they were doing "tastings" of the Qld strawbs and choc dipping sauce ... I had some and he didn't, then I'd 'marinate' the cut strawbs in icing sugar to make them sweet ... cut back on the icing sugar and now he has them straight. Mangoes took a while to get used to too .. I put slices into the porridge to sweeten it without sugar ... he loves his nanas ... but he doesn't like meat! He won't eat it sometimes, so fruit is a godsend.

Mel - very busy! I wanted one of those leashes, didn't see them. I did get some AI2s (itty bitty d'lish) and some PUL BB covers and a "little squirt" to rinse the poo off nappies.

Von - erk, what a horrid night for you. I'm lucky we haven't had that yet ... I'm lucky that our CC organises the 3yr-old-kinder if we go to the kinder next door ...

Jen - ya gotta love it, all the men do is mind the baby, nothing else, and they think its a breeze!!!!!

Us - well today I took Pip on his first shopping centre ride, very exciting!!!! I think he was terrified, but I was excited! We also got our CC photos back, we bought the entire set + a spare set for my mum & dad and some photos for his aunt & uncle.

Anyhows, time to look at a few more posts before my bedtime. Isn't it strange - I had the fire going yesterday, and today its quite warm!

    Hello ladies,

Von, yep, we had to go dairy free for Lily's ears apparently there is a small percentage of children who react to dairy, getting bad ears. The ENT specialist said to try it first cause it's non invasive, and if it doesn't work then she has to have grommets put in. He said that he thinks she'll need grommets though cause her ears are pretty bad. We go back on the 30th I think!

Kris, I'm glad to hear you're having some lazy days. Don't feel bad for not doing much with the boys, you're heavily pg, I don't expect you'd have all that much energy. I didn't and didn't do much with Lily at that stage in my pg either, she's no worse off for it!
I hoep Dylans sleeping better. I can sympathise with you getting so little sleep.

Jen, LOL @ getting caught in the rain. You'll have to get him a rain coat and boots so he can jump in the puddles .

Mel, glad you had a good bday. Now you can go forth a shop!!! Lucky you, I haven't brought any nice things for myself for AAAAGGGEEEEESSSS! But you need money to buy stuff.... Enjoy your massage too, how lovely.
I hope Olivia is feeling better. I hear you on her being nice when out and nasty when home, so is Lil. Everyone is telling me how cute she is and lovely and how beautiful, but OMG at home she's a little devil. Yeah it can be full on with her being so monstrous, but I have stopped stressing so much. If I kept on telling her no that would be all she hears all day. I just move her away and try to distract her. If I'm feeding then I do it when Liam's finished and I can get to her. It was hard for me the first month or so, but now things have really settled and if I go out a few times a week I feel better for it, even if it's just to mums. You'll be fine but I know how scary it is.

Kaz, LOL @ pip's first ride. Lily had hers a few weeks ago. She loved it! Now I can't walk past one without her pointing and babbling about it.

Well, we have had a lovely day, we went to Mt Annan Botanic gardens. It was really nice. A beautiful day, not too hot or cold. Lily had an absolute ball running around in all the free space, and there was a lovely little playground for her to play in. She had a great time with some other kids chasing her and slimbing on stuff she's allowed to climb on, LOL. Liam was really good and just slept most of the time.
Ok gotta go, hope everyone has a great weekend.

    Hi!

I'm sooo sleepy! Did the food shopping, which thankfully I was able to do on my own today cos dh is home, but Dylan was in my bed last night and has come down with something...he had a high temp last night and dh gave him panadol and then brought him in and he tossed and turned all night (dh slept on the couch!) Not sure if maybe it's a reaction to his needles on Monday?? He's super grumpy and clingy today though although does seem to have perked up a bit this afternoon...I accidentally fell asleep reading my who trash magazine tonight and dh was watching a movie so when I woke up from the kids climbing all over me it was 6.20pm! Whoops! Needless to say it was a quick pasta for dinner and off to bed...Dylans already woken up about 4 times though...it's going to be a looonnnggg night...

JenSam - Bugger about the bad weather! LOL at dh...they just don't get it sometimes do they?? Ha at your friend going on a date with Carl Barron - what a crack up - I wonder what he'd be like in that situation?? He's such a funny fellow!

Mel - hope you had a great massage and shopping trip! Woohoo! Glad to hear Olivias on the mend - yeah at her words - especially considering she hasn't been well!
Ooh I've been on the icecream lately as well - I had a big bowl last night and am thinking I might have some again tonight - why not?? I've only put on about 9 kg with this p/g so I don't care! LOL! Although in saying that my tummy's bigger because I have new stretchmarks - how on earth can you get even more 3rd time around??? Gosh...they're so awful...might need a tummy tuck one day...LOL!

Kaz - My boys love fruit as well - they would eat it all day...Louis doesn't like fresh pineapple much but otherwise I think they pretty much eat everything! LOL!
Louis won't eat meat either although Dylan eats a bit...Louis says now he doesn't like it but I think he see's that I don't eat it (I'm vegetarian) so who knows...He does eat things like chicken nuggets and sausage rolls though - things were he doesn't really know it's meat as such - LOL...although it's mostly unhealthy stuff so he doesn't get much of it!
Yeah at gorgeous photos! LOL at the first shopping ride - my boys have been on a couple and love it but I rarely pay for it!! Most of the time they're just happy to climb on it and sit there! hehe.

Kel - Good luck having your appt for Lily...
I really have no energy at all at the moment...or I go through bursts of it and then need a day or two of nothing - LOL!
Yeah at having such a gorgeous day today! We're hoping to do something altogether on Sunday...

Well, I'm off to try and get an early night I think...I've got a wedding to go to tomorrow which is outdoors and is meant to be 30 degrees here in melb so I think I'm going to be buggered. Dh is only coming to the ceremony with me as he's got his school reunion in the evening so I'm staying at my brothers and SIL house rather than come home on my own. They're having the kids as well so I'll be sharing a double bed with the boys! LOL - So I'm definitely sure their will be no sleep tomorrow night either!
Hope you all have a great weekend!

Wow no wonder its so quiet in here...everyone off enjoying the sunshine! Such a gorgeous weekend - everything is going well here - went to the local markets and did food shopping today and Beau was utterly surprisingly well behaved and quite chatty and cute overall! Good outing - of course then you come home to the bombsite weekend house and have to put all the groceries away!!!
