Kel - Big big hugs!! I remember only to well those days when dh would get home and we were both crying! It does make it so much more difficult to cope when the partners go back to work and you have a difficult day/night...Glad things are better today...
Dylan went 5 hours between feeds last night!!! Omg - I'm in shock too as he's decided he only wants to feed one side at a time!!! Pity it was from 6pm-11pm and not later but I still managed to get a nap in on the couch for an 1 1/2 before he woke up!
He seems to be in a little bit of a pattern...unsettled and often up for 1 1/2-2h in the morning and feeding 2-3hourly and then by the arvo he usually goes 4 hours and sleeps really really well. Then he is usually unsettled at around his 2am ish feed and it takes me a while to get him back down...If we can just push that 4-5h time back a little it will be perfect! (he probably won't do it again now - lol!) So yesterday he only had 7 feeds...I'm not sure if he'll make up for it today with an extra but at least overnight I managed 8 hours sleep (broken of course)
I tried feeding him off both sides this morning and he proceeded to just throw up everywhere so he obviously just doesn't need it at the moment...
