Hi All,
Sounds like we've all had a difficult time lately.
I'm exhausted!! Jorja spent the last 2 nights awake most of the night. I think i've had about 4 hours sleep each night! I'd love for DF to get up to her up feel guilty if he does as he is the one who has to go out to work each day. So I do it, even if it means sleeping in the spare room to settle her...
Jorja is starting to smile now and it's soooo cute I could watch her all day!
We've set a date for the wedding and now have the stress of organising the rest of it. But hey, it can be fun too!
Charmalea - how funny and yes i do know how hard it is cleaning up suds. I had my younger brother here for a wk and he did a similar thing!
I'll be back later to write more, Jorja has woken up wanting boobie time
ok , so i get on to post , and now have to go out again to take dh to physio ..
but a long story short , Gab IS getting better on her reflux medication , but in the last 2 days startedto progetile vomiting and chucking up again ...
not fun at all .. and danielle i kwym about being stingy with smiles, Gab is too
had a wonderful day on sunday , it was the naming ceremmony and nixons birthday .. cept gab screamed through it all !!

Beth rolled over today for the first time!!! Even better, I actually caught it on video. I will post the link when DH puts it on youtube!
She was looking so cute during 'tummy time' yesterday that I thought I would tape her today so that family and friends in Oz could see how big she is getting. And wouldn?t you know it, about a minute in she rolled onto her back. I was so surprised that I almost dropped the video camera! She was surprised too but took it very calmly! According to my mum I was an early roller too, so brilliance obviously runs in the family! To test it wasn?t a fluke I put her back on her tummy a couple of times and she rolled over again each time. Then she cracked it with me and started fussing so I stopped trying to make her my performing monkey!
She was too tired to do it again when DH got home from work but I loved showing him the videos i had taken.
I hope everyone's bubs is letting them get some sleep. I feel so lucky (guilty almost) that Beth is such a good sleeper. She is doing 8 to 12 hour stints at night which is just wonderful. I usually wake to express around 5am if she hasn't woken for a feed.
Hard to believe that she is nine weeks old. It has just flown by!!

jjj, sorry to hear jorja isn't sleeping so well, I hope it has improved. I can sympathise with you. Both of mine are up through the night.
Good luck organising your wedding, it will be fun. It doesn't have to be stressful. I had a great time organising mine! Sooo long ago now though.....
Lea, glad to hear the naming day and Nix's bday went well.
I hoep the medicine is still working for gabriella and that your bf'ing is going good. Have you managed to sort out your problems?
Erin, what a clever little chicken Beth is rolling already! Lucky you had the video camera out!
I love your ticker pic too its so cute!
Tasha, good luck with the camping I hope the crappy weather improves! You're brave taking a new born camping, LOL!! I thought I was doing well taking Liam to a friends place for the weekend!! I hope you have a good time.
Well, we have had a lovely day, we went to Mt Annan Botanic gardens. It was really nice. A beautiful day, not too hot or cold. Lily had an absolute ball running around in all the free space, and there was a lovely little playground for her to play in. She had a great time with some other kids chasing her and slimbing on stuff she's allowed to climb on, LOL. Liam was really good and just slept most of the time.
Ok gotta go, hope everyone has a great weekend.
had my 6 week check with MW yesterday... bit late lol.
Thomas is now 6.3kg and 67cm long.....what a boofa.
Had a great night last night, still waiting for the girls to wake after 12hrs (was up to evie twice but she resettled quickly) Thomas slept well too but i have no idea when he feeds lol, so glad i can sleep through it. Went to a photographer yesterday to get the newborn and family shots, hope they work out.
lea: glad the naming day went well!
DH away as usual so have a busy day ahead, Grace ballet the both girls start swimming lessions today
Better get started, hope everyone is well
Well im about to go insane ..Nixon is regressing to wanting a dummy and is chucking tantrums every second of the day , by the time DH get home i am in tears and so is nixon , it just seems he is for ever in "time out " or im rasing my voice at him , its so depressing as i hate feeling so negative toward him ... but his whinging and tantrums really get to me ... ive never hit him but boy i'd like to throttle him somethimes , i knew the terrible 2s were bad , but this is sheer hell ... for both nix and me . poor thing he is growing and learning so fast that it must be overwhelming to him and as a result i get tanties ... makes me feel like crapola when i cant calm him down ..
Gabriella is getting happier each day and is starting to talk and not be so clingy .... today i didnt give her Zoton as we were in a rush , and i have noticed although she has been relativley calm , she has vomited heaps ...
Breastfeeding is still the same , nothing much has changed , pain in left nipple/boob still there and she is slowly starting to stretch out her feed im luck to get an hour between feeds now ....
I have a "day stay" on tuesday at the health plaza , where the nurses will help me with feeding and settleing ,as the only settleing i do is on the boob ( nothing much else works, once she starts she cant calm her self down ) so im looking forward to that ..
Gab has been great at sleeping long stretches at night , i suppose its because her day sleeps are only short , nixon makes too much noise and she always startles .... DH alwyays puts her in the cradle when he comes to bed and the past 2 nights i have woken about 4 and paincked when i couldnt find her in the bed next to me , then i find her in the cradle and panic that shes been asleep too long and get chicken, and dont want to look in there JIC .... kwim ...
apart from that ... I got my hair cut short and i love it !! i rarely love a hair cut because i have very curly hair , but i feel so much nicer with it like this !!
I hope your all having a great week end , im about to upload pics , so check out the gallery !!
Hi All - Have joined weightwatchers....should be fun, started last wednesday so ill let you know how i go. I normally lose weight when pregnant but this time, oh no
Its online as well so yet another computer thing to keep me away from the housework LOL
Have just been reading other birth stories, i have just read the ones that said "warning" as i knew i wasnt up to reading these while pregnant.
WE are all so lucky with the births we had, thank goodness it all worked out well for ALL of us. The physical pain means nothing when you think about what some families have been through emotionally!
make me think about if i really want to risk having another one, i have been so lucky so far......
I'm here Milly, been having computer probs though.
I feel so crazy atm, DH & I are now thinking of having another baby after I swore I wouldn't only weeks ago. This is prob TMI but we had unprotected BD last night & I hadn't thought about timing of my cycle. AF came back on the 15th October so not sure if it's during fertile time or not. I think I must be crazy after the terrible time I had last pregnancy!! DH seems to really want another, he keeps saying "There might be another little baby in your belly right now!" with a big smile LOL
Yes we are all so very lucky to have had the births we did & especially resulting with healthy babies!
I took some video of Tobias smiling today, will put it on my facebook page later as I haven't been able to get onto facebook today (Damn computer) He still makes it hard for me to get smile photos but at least he let me get it on video hehe
hey ladies
camping was fantasic...not so scary after all, but we kinda went camping in style nice clean caravan park and lucy was soooo good.
milly, ive been reading some birth stories too and i read the same one as you i think and omg did i cry, it makes me feel so lucky for the experience i had with my kids else it would make me think twice about going for number 3, ive been going to ww for 7 weeks now and have lost 3.4kgs so far.
lea, hope the day stay goes well and poor you with the terrible twos
kristi, what an amazing journey you have had.
about a year ago someone very close to me did something horrible to me but i have come to the realisation that life is too short to hold grudjes(spelling?) and we are meeting tomorrow for coffee so i hope it goes well
bye for now
Tasha
Hehe, no milly you're not the only one...I'm just feeling reeeeaaaly lazy Well that and Lil's sick again and clingy.
Liam had his 6wk check up today (a little late!). He's now 6.6kg!! And 64 1/2cm tall. He's getting sooo big.
Milly, I have done ww, just before I fell pg with Lily, and I lost 10kgs on it. I found it really good. Though I went to meetings not the online one. Good luck with it
