I know what you mean squidipa - I left the flat twice today - once to take out the rubbish, once to hang the sheets on the line. didn't take longer than five minutes either time. Both times Beth was asleep when I left, and screaming by the time I came back! She hasn't been herself today... hope she feels better tomorrow.
MT lucky you with Jett staying asleep between the car, cot and pram. DD wakes up every time. Wasn't much fun for her yesterday when we got her in and out of the car half a dozen times.

Pixie - maybe Beth's just recovering from the full on weekend you guys had?? I know Veygas gets a bit over it when we are full on for one day ... and golly gee, when Khaemon was a bub, we couldn't even drive down to Penrith without him having a hissy fit before we were half way there!!

Kel - yeah that bloody printer LOL! well, with having a baby and then him having to have a operation, I kinda didn't have time to fiddle with it, and now it's being temperamental with letting the ink settle :rolleyes: HA! Technology!

PMSL... well since the majority are here in Queensland - I say we have it here.. PMSL!!! But yeah, depending on where it is, I may be interested!!! DH can get time off but I have to work for a while to accrue some leave.

Pixie - I hope Beth goes back to her normal angelic self soon for you - maybe she is going through a growth spurt or something? She's nearly 12 weeks yeah? That's the next one.

Squidipa - you are not a bad mummy if you let him cry while you do something for yourself... I call it self-preservation myself!!!!!! I let Miss M cry .. not hysterically or anything like that, but just whinging and stuff while I quickly do something with DS or around the house - she knows when I'm coming cos she hears my footsteps on the timber floors and shuts up.. lol...

DS is sick at the moment - have no idea what is wrong with him - his temp was 40 today - but doc said nothing is wrong with him :rolleyes:

Hopefully we aren't in for a rough night tonight. (I say we will be though!!)

Better go get ready for bed then since I'm expecting a rough one (from the toddler!!!)

BTW - I soooo can't believe my baby is 12 weeks already... thats SCARY how quickly it is going by this time... :o Definitely have to have another.. lol

I'm happy to travel to wherever for a meet up. I didn't think it would be this year as it is fast running out, but we can certainly start to plan it and give ourselves something to look forward to.

Guess what? I THINK the nighttime routine is working! Seven fed at 11.20 after her bath etc, then slept until 4.50! Thats 5 1/2hrs without a feed! I haven't had that solid a sleep for ages that when I was awake to feed her, I couldn't go back to sleep! ARGH!
So, I am happy, but not counting my chickens til they are hatched! We have only been doing 'the routine' for 4 days. Although, I think she may have been expecting it last night because at about 9.30, when I normally do 'the routine' she started getting grumpy coz we weren't doing it then - DF and I were working out Wedding music.

So: The Routine = 3 vs Seven = 1 WOOHOOO

Mel ~ I hope Aricyn was ok for you last night. OMG @ wanting another one already! Are you NUTS? LOL. 12 weeks, wow!

MT ~ Yay for cosleeping. Seven and I start off just next to each other, but when I wake up I find her curled into my body and nuzzling! She manages to worm her way over to me to get to the boob!!! I am waiting for the day I wake up to find a 'hicky' like scenario on my chest or arm where she has missed her mark! LOL

Vic ~ Dummy still working! HOORAH for cheapies!!!!!

Hope you all have a fantastic day. Im off to the newsagent to return the 2009 diary I bought yesterday. Would you believe, June is completely missing and we only have 1/2 of May next year apparently?!?!?!

Squidipa- The girls are fine Allegra has been a little grizzly. We took Cadence in the shower with us a lot but for some reason we have only done it once with Allegra. I can't believe how slippery they are they remond me of little frogs. Does your 3 year old change clothes severel times a day?

Yes he does change alot getting soo independent creates loads of washing as he is a messy eater too. And we use those food saving scoop out bibs. Our shower was slippery too but bought some fish and fro suck on grippers and thats helped heaps.

well last night was a braking point with me just flat tack all day and bacically falling into bed every night just wanting to sleep for 100 years. that and stress Hubbies new job is only 20 hours a week at moment and a ya can imagine thats hard for us. then It was a comment that just tottally broke the camels back.

When i go to work and come home and when i do do cleaning and then go back to work when i come home in evening i just want to unwind. I said i could totally understand that. But said if i am still flat out i think its fair you should help too. YES you do heaps during day but i am still working constantly i go to bed after you and up before you i wake several times in morning to do dummie and to every sound josh makes. I am making milk constantly and have him screaming and hanging off me all day feeding about every 2 hours at 40 mins a time plus expressing then burping settling and all the rest. and trying to keep on top of house and do all the finances and run a house hold and watch 3 other kids must weeks dont ya think i should have time too to unwind. he said yes take the time in the evening. i said its not an option as thats the only time josh sleeps so i ave do everything else then.

i was highly offended got my self worked up went to room only to feel dizzy/ light headed couldnt feel face it was all tingly and tight chested had asthma attack and fainted after about 2 hours i was sorta back to good but still warn out but even more. Hubbie found me and said sorry i offended it i didn't mean to or to take light of what u do. Dunno whats with him i think it work and ego this is sooooo unlike him and yes ive asked him whats up he has just said stress.
then i had to eat tea you dont eat you dont make milk, do washing and steralising feed josh then after feed he crapped big time, to have to settle him off put him back down then i couldn't sleep so at 1 i forced my self to bed laying there thinking "what a day!":wall:

i can't do anything till after 8pm at night.:doh:

ive just finished p*ss*** my self laughing here:ROFL: i was sitting in bed joshie in a football hold feeding him, other boob out, expressing legs tapping and dancing on the bed with my top half attached to pump and josh singing "wake me up before you go go" :lol: how funny i must have looked i thought hehe:lol: boobs bouncing joshie getting a milkshake and me expressing.

Afternoon guys!

Well what a morning!! DS is still sick - temps all above 38 - and has been so lethargic and won't let me out of his sight - he fell asleep on me this morning - then I had to rock him to sleep just before - and he's still asleep so I hope whatever he has its going to leave his system soon.

Kell - yay for the routine working!!! WOOOOT!!! Good girl Seven.. and NOOO no June? Ahhh well.. guess I won't be turning 32 next year then.. lol

Squidipa - I'm sorry your hubby is less than understanding about how difficult your days are!!!!! Craig sometimes says comments like that, and I just have to shoot him a look, and he backtracks realll quick... I am quite scary though.. ;)

I guess I should do things around the house since both kids are asleep. I'm sure Miss M will wake up soon - she was due for a feed at 1.30 - so her belly would be growling I'm sure!!!!!
