Yup! Unbelievable hey?? LOL!
 don't knock it mountain mummy, it can't be any more crazy than the plan for today.... the Bear is waiting for confirmation that the car settlement went through... he is going to call me, we will book flights and a rental car, I am supposed to pack a bag and baby stuff and he will come and get me and then we will go to Melbourne.... what could possibly go wrong?
Around here it's what we call a Bear-brained scheme....
hey everyone sorry no time for personals just wanna say you girls CRACK me up I'm sitting here spitting out my coffee reading your posts!
I am procrastinating.. i should be packing.. so much to do so little time... so much to laugh at in this crazy thread!!!
Pixie... Good luck with the car pick up!! I think there is something going on with the state of Victoria and crazy plans!!!
Squidipa... Good on you for sticking to your guns with the dr... I hope you find out whats going on with j soon.
Mel... No wonder i couldnt live in QLD- i am too lazy to use my legs while driving!!!
Rach... So sorry and sad to hear about your little friend. Her mum and dad will need all the support you can give them in the coming days, weeks, months and years xoxox
OK time to pack.. really i am going to.... bye for now!!
Thanks Rach, you dont make me as paranoid now about K's weight hehe 2 weeks ago he was 66cm long and 7.98kg.
Big  to you hun re: your friends little girl. So so terrible to happen to such a precious girl but rest assured I'm sure she will have plenty of angels looking after her!
:cheer: Kye has had another sleep through :cheer: . He went to bed at 8:15pm and slept till 5:15am :hooray:
Anyways off to get him weighed..... I'm predicting about 400 grams for the fortnight, wish me luck hehe

SB good luck packing hope u get it all sorted soon.
sasha good to read another sleep threw yay!
Joshie lost 70 grams since Wednesday :'( he s feeding this week 7 or 8 feeds daily, i am on those tablets but it seems that my left boob feels fuller some what than right hrmmm any thoughts?
Vic josh is below the 3rd percentile line in weight, when i realized this last night i started freaking out he weighs 4700 and is 15 weeks!!! i am glad tests are being done but sooo freaking out as he is below and they didnt see that at the pead or maybe they did the second pead did say some thing to first pead about keeping him in hospital then looked at me and said but she has other kids so go figure are they really concerned too??? what would happen if they did admit him????
Hi again!
Well went and had K weighed this morning - a gain of 440 grams in two weeks, right on what I thought it would be.
The past week I have been documenting his feeds just to keep track and he has never had any more than about 1000ml a day and he still puts on 200 grams a week LMFAO....
Hes off the chart for everything now - length, height and head circumfrence
I am starting to realise he aint ever gonna fall into the "average" baby category hahaha
Anyways must go as he is cranky...dunno why; hes just had a 220ml bottle... little piggie!
ETA KYE NOW WEIGHS 8.3 KG
Hi all,
I'm answering posts in the order they're posted in, so bear with me! :nahnah:
Pixie - good luck with organising and packing with a baby!! Go the Bear-brained scheme!! LOL!
Kel - pmsl ... yeah, Mel and I were a bit crazy last night ....
SB - good luck with YOUR packing etc with a baby!! And hope the move goes smoothly for you ...
Sasha - good luck with the weigh in! And don't be paranoid - you guys are tall!!
Pixie - hhmmmmmm my secret past .... well it just kinda slipped out when I was chatting to Mel ... but when I was younger (so much younger than today ... but I digress) anyways, when I was ALOT younger, I used to be one of those chickys on the other end of the phone on the numbers that mainly desperate guys ring LOL! But hey, it paid the bills, and all I had to do was talk on the phone!! LOL!
Squidipa - when Master V was admitted for his surgery, I stayed a) because of breastfeeding and b) because we live so far away from the Children's hossie. However there was one bub about the same age who was there all by himself and it was so sad - for the 3 days we were in there, I saw his mum twice for about 15 mins each time :( Don't know what he was in for though :dunno:
Sasha - what is average anyways???
Mel - I'm having that typing prob we were talking about last night! ;) LOL!
As for me, I have spent the day dragging two littlies around a myriad of houses (yes house hunting by myself sucks hard!) and had to be back in time to get the other two!! And it was 30+ degrees all day everywhere I went!
Anyways, must start getting the kiddies ready for baths and bed! WOOOHOOOO and hopefully I can sleep (and not still be awake at 2.30am in the morning!)
Big hellos to everyone else!
Mwah xxxx
should i be freaking out guys about joshies weight below the last line???
also josh has pooed 3 times today and thats not normal]and also on Tuesday night normally he poo's every 4-5 days could it be a reaction to these tablets?? do u think he could loose weight cause of it? since Wednesday the scales are already down 70 grams:o and that was before 2 of the poos today he was weighed  i hope he is k as i said i am freaking out!!!
edit
and another real watery poo!
end of edit
Squidipa - Miss M poos at least twice a day, sometimes 3. I don't think its abnormal for babies to poo that often.
MM - how did the house hunting go?!!?! Did you find something??? We might move down there if the meeting with the IL's goes really crappy tomorrow.. hehe... I doubt there would be jobs down in your area for us though ;)
Sasha - well done mate - woohoo!!!! great going
Better get to bed i suppose - DH is hounding me to go to bed - don't think it has anything to do with ME specifically, more the fact he wants to sleep in the new bed!!!!! typical...
lol
Hello all,
I've been reading, can't for the life of me remember what has been said though, except...
squidipa, I really hope they find what is causing Joshie's slow/no weight gain.
Jazz poos 2-3 times a day (except yesterday, when she did one... Josh must have gotten her poo vibes!), so not abnormal. We gave her panadol the other day WOAH yuck, we got some icky messes to clean after that! Most babies have that reaction though don't they? Gross slimey greenish poo (because, of course, you all wanted to know ).
Ok, I have a question. I kept a sleep diary for Jazz the past few days... she is sleeping 10-11 hours out of 24. What do your babise sleep? 8-9 of those hours are between 8pm and 8am, the other 2-3 hours are during the day time (which means one MEGA cranky baby!). What the heck do I do? Should she be sleeping more? Yesterday I was in tears with her she was just so tired but wouldn't sleep and I was banging against brick walls with everything I tried... I wanted to yell (not at her, but just yell), I ended up growling (not at her, but just in general you know) but it scared her and then she screamed louder  :wall:
She's not sleeping at night again. For the past two weeks shes only slept through twice... (and even then 'sleeping through' means waking at 4am), all the other nights have been 1-2am wake-ups, but she doesnt even give me a sleep n, its back up at 4.30-5ish :o So thats not helping me stay calm, I'm absolutely frazzled (along with Shel telling me I should do more during the day  so she can come home to a clean house...). So I'm stressed because she thinks I'm not doing anything.
Well, the conversation went like this...
Jazz was screaming (a regular occurance these days) and I was hiding from her (also, fairly regular when Shel is home)... Shel got the absolute *****s (after holding her for 10 minutes, if that) and came in and said "look, would you take her and settle her down" and so I said "well why can't you do it!" and so she starts getting angry, saying "look, I just want 10 minutes to myself, I've been at work all day (!!!!) and I just want to relax and all she's donig is f---ing screaming at me, just take her", so I took her and said "i don't think its fair that you get frustrated at her screaming for 10 minutes when I am listening to it all day (slight exageration ), and then you just pass her to me, don't you think I'd like a break?" so she said "well I don't think its fair that I work all day and you stay home all day and I really can't see what you do all day!"
:o
Oh no she didn't! *imagine me one hand on my hip, the other hand out with my finger pointing... like some woman no the Jerry Springer show!*
EXCUSE ME, SEE THIS, THIS IS OUR DAUGHTER AND SHES STILL ALIVE, THATS WHAT I DO ALL DAY
so I said "well I'm supermum or super housewife, I can't do both" so then she starts on "if I was home all day BLAH BLAH BLAH" (tuned out as I was trying not to throw everything i sight at her).
BTW, being supermum means being a super housewife, in case anyone is wondering (according to Shel...).
Ok, so I could possibley do more. But now I'm stressed, because instead of being able to sit down in quiet while Jazz is not screaming her head off during the day I feel like I need to clean. Of course, I still come on BB, but I feel like I should be cleaning. So now I feel like a slack mummy
A stupid door to door saleperson came round... Jazz was crying and I had just finished crying so obviously looked a mess.. I opened the door and was polite and said "hi, i'm sorry but if you're selling something I'm not interested" and he goes "oh, well, I'm not really selling anything...", so I say "look, whatever it is, now isn't a good time" and he goes, "well, I'm from Intergral Energy and I could save you money, I see you're a low energy using household...", dunno what else he said cos i just shut my door on him and then the curtain. What a d!ckhead! I tried to be nice... he's just lucky I showed restraint, because my patience was just about zero... There were a few words I consdered using... mostly norti words lol... Should have yelled at him but I was scared that Jazz would scream louder...
Steve Irwin Day at the zoo today, everyone wish for rain so its not too busy for Shel! If she comes home with the *****s today and decides she needs lots of "quiet alone without Jazz or me time" I'll probably end up killing her.
(Don't get me wrong shes allowed "alone time", as long as i get exactly the same amount... which I never do).
Hmmmm, vent much? Sorry guys, just needed to get it out!
 Leash - its not easy to keep a clean house and look after a baby. And I'm all for procrastinating!!!
How about you try to get a system in place that works for you, so the place looks neat? I don't know about you - but I have a bag in the lounge room aand one in the kitchen that i throw junk in that doesn't belong in that area. If I get a chance at the end of the day, I'll put some crap away. But tthe fact is, the areas look neater cos there is nothing just lying around.
As for Shel's alone/wind down time - why doesn't she put her mp3 player (or equivalent) with headphones on - put Jazz in the pram - and go for a walk. She won't hear the screaming and the walk would do her good. Just a couple of suggestions?
Oh - and for the sleep - Miss M sleeps around 10/11 hours at night - and has naps after each feed - so probably 4 hours on average during the day, separated into 1 hour blocks. I usually put her down 1.5 hours after a feed, and she goes to sleep without too much trouble.
:comfort: I'm sorry you are having a rough time at the moment. I can always come over and look after Jazz if you wanted to - say - RELAX or CHILL OUT - without doing the housework ;)
Tell Shel that she lives there too - so if the place isn't clean enough for her high standards - perhaps she should start lifting her own fingers to help. Or I could come over and tell her that for you ;)
OK what else is happening... DS has woken up with a chesty cough and a high temp this morning (is currently on my lap so I'm typing with one hand) also his doodle is really red and looks a bit swollen... something ain't right down there.... think I have to take him to the docs this morning. DH is having a sleep in this morning - DD is waking up, I can hear her hiccups from the loungeroom where I am...lol
See yas all later - Leash - let me know if I can be of any assistance - cleaning/minding/Shel bashing - whatever ;)
Morning!
Leash - big  to you hun. I think Shell needs to pull her head in a little bit and put herself in your shoes. It is tough going during the day to get things done - some days I am lucky if I manage to have a shower  Ya know you could always reverse roles for a day - you could go out to work and make Shel stay home with Jasmine - I can guarantee she will have a totally different persepective if that happened hehe
I guess you could say that I'm in the same position. My parents live with us and my dad does all the housework and sometimes *****es to mum about me not helping out but thing is he has an over active thyroid; tends to do all my jobs before I can get to them :wall: It really annoys me cause I would like to do MY washing. He even does all K's washing which pi$$es me off cause I love doing his washing and hanging all his stuff out on the line. Does his bottles too even if I tell him to leave them. Him having an OAT (over active thyroid) drives me insane most days, he's at home 'thinking' of jobs to do because he is just hypo and cant sit still.....
Squid - :grouphug: I truly, truly hope they can get to the bottom of things for Joshie. You have the right attitude hun, if something aint right IYO dont give up - keep searching until you have the answers you need!
Well its a beautiful day here today. 5:50am and I am already cookin'. Looks like it's gonna be a day of swimming
Brought K another pair of swimmers yesterday. Going to the pool shop this morning to buy him one of those floatee things they sit in with the sunshade over the top to give my arm a little bit of a break  He is 8.3kg now and man is my arm copping it hehe
Anyways the man has just woken up so must go.... enjoy ya sunday!
Sash - its a hot one here today too - not in temp - but the humidity is 94% at the moment, and its sooo muggy.. no wonder my cloth nappies take 5 days to dry!!!!! (Luckily I have 5 days worth for both children. hehe)
Leash - I hope I wasn't too harsh with what I wrote yesterday  I'm thinking of you ... (oh and btw, I read that out to DH and he was disgusted that a chick was acting like a man.. lol)
Not much else going on.... hugs to all....
Can't remember what else I was going to say.. DS is still sick... Miss M is still perfect ... hmmm.. might be getting a fish for DS today - he loves watching them.. hopefully I won't kill it like I have done every other time...
Wow! This thread went crazy for a little bit there!
I tried to get on here the other night but the internet wouldn't let me on here - soooooooo frustrating!
Ok, I have caught up but as usual can't really remember what I have read so I will do my best!!
SB - I hope the packing is going well. Tough gig with a bub, I would be procrastinating too!
Rach - Great to hear Eli is thriving!! I can't even imagine what it would be like carrying him as Jett is only just over 5kgs! I find him heavy enough. I haven't kept up with your friends blog, it was heartbreaking reading it last time, but my thoughts and prayers are with them and family.
Shel - Yay for Kye - he is doing so well! I can't wait to take Jett swimming, but not just yet, don't really want to put him in the public pool just yet. Mmmmm - band-aid soup!
Squidipa - My left boob always feels fuller and produces more milk and flows faster too. It is completely normal to have one side that functions better than the other. Some babies even refuse to feed from the dodgy side, or show preference to the good side cos it isn't as much hard work for them. Jett poos quite regularly - usually 3-5 good poos each day. When he wasn't gaining much weight that dropped down to only 1 poo which was an indication for us that he wasn't getting enough food. I didn't realise it at the time though. I'm not saying this is the same with your case cos all bubs are different, but the best thing is to just note any changes that are not normal for your bub and go from there. I so hope you can work with your paed and find a solution to Joshies slow weight gain. And that you don't have to see that first paed again.
Leash - Big hugs! :comfort: DH is being a bit like that at the moment, not nearly as bad, and I know some mothers in my mothers group have been going through the same thing as well. I wonder if it is because our babies are 3 months now and def no longer nb babies so they figure that it must be easy now, we should have a routine and life should go on as normal. They just seem to have no idea how challenging this is. No sooner do you think you have their routine figured out then they go and change it on you! I know what you mean about the tears, I had a few of them last week too while Jett cried. But I'll tell you what I do... I call DH at work when Jett is at the height of his screaming frenzy with him in my arms while I try to talk to him. Of course I can't hear a word he is saying so I just keep repeating "I can't hear you, I have no idea what you are saying, you are going to have to shout, etc". Just give him a little taste of what is going on at home when he isn't here! Although to be fair, DH is very supportive and understanding, just seems to forget when all is going well and starts to give me a hard time by saying stuff like I've been working all day....blah blah blah. Oh and the other comment I like to fire back at him is "I don't get to go to work all day and leave the baby with someone else like you do". I hope Shel realises soon that it really isn't as easy as it appears on the surface and all we really need is the support of our partners and families.
Mel - I hope DS's doodle issue is now sorted... Did you get him a fish? Did he name it?
Pixie - Did you and Bear get to pick up your car? Pity I missed you if you did. Otherwise I can pick it up for you and drive it to you...hehe
Mell - Wedding was today wasn't it? How'd it go? I bet you looked just stunning!
Vic - Sorry I have been missing our expressing parties over the last few nights!
Now I am sure I have forgotton someone but I apologise, it is not deliberate I assure you... so big hugs! :loveshower:
So my news....hmmm.... Jett has been moody over the last week. Not sure if it is feeding/my supply issue or what. I think he has now learnt "If I cry they will come" cos he cries like there is something really wrong, then I pick him up and he shuts up and goes all happy again. Trouble with a capital 'T' I say! I have noticed huge changes in him over the last week though... he is reaching and grabbing toys with the greatest of ease. He has really started "chatting" (he was before, but now it seems to be deliberate sounds if that makes sense) and his sitting and standing is becoming his greatest strength. He even rolled over from his tummy to his back the other day. I think it was an accident though, but he did seem determined that he was having none of tummy time! Oh and today he laughed for the first time! It was very funny, because he was being held by someone who is about to become a father for the first time next year and is still a little shy of the whole nappy/poo thing. And of course Jett let rip and there was poo everywhere - the worst he has ever done. It leaked out of his nappy, out of his bodysuit and his jeans. Dripped down his legs and over his socks on to this guys shirt, pants and armchair! He had that look on his face :wtf: while Jett just looked relieved (it was the first poo of the day!!) and when I put Jett on the change table he just wriggled and giggled like it was the funniest thing ever! Awesome!
We have another weigh in tomorrow so we'll see how his weight gain has gone over the last week. I am not convinced it has gone brilliantly as I feel like my supply has been up and down like a yo-yo over the last week. But only time will tell and we can figure it out from there.
Hey, is anyone suddenly feeling more tired and less energy now than when bubs was newborn? Suddenly I am finding myself needing that afternoon nap whereas I didn't before. Oh, well, it is late now so I had better get to bed before I turn in to a pumpkin!
Mwah!
sorry no time here
think i need to clear SOME THING UP... josh normally poo's every 4 or 5 days... its irregular to poo more than once in the week! so thats why i became concerned :)
bye gotta scoot!!
MT - we did manage to pick up the car, but the timing ended up being so tight we just had to scoot out of Melbourne and head north(ish) - We will be back, with a more relaxed schedule!
The flight out of Sydney on Friday got caught up in the thunderstorms, so it eventually left 3 hours late, which meant that we didn't get settled into our hotel until gone 2am. We had a slow start to the day, did a little shopping, had some breakfast before picking up the car and heading out to the east - we spent the night on a farm stay in East Gippsland just north of a town called "Seldom Seen" then set off again on Sunday morning through Little River Gorge, over McKillop's bridge towards Bonang where we picked up the tarmac roads again towards Cooma and Canberra.
This made for a long weekend in the car, which Beth tolerated amazingly well - probably better than we did...still it's nice to be home now!
Gotta go get ready for work - hope you all have a good one!
kel, leasha how did ya go with the storm???
got some large branches down in bk yard pool has not that much mess and the washing line is bent and buckled and the metal bars are snapped.
two palms down on next doors fence, few leaning tree's and shrubs the shrubs near drive way have had to get cut now as i am blocked in enough just to be annoying with the car gotta scoot hope ur all k
No real damage just garden damage really.
Bear and Pixie - I completely understand about the whirlwind visit... sometimes these things are hard to coordinate so don't stress! But I will hold you to the visit next time though! ;)
Squidipa - Are you able to talk to your paed over the phone about these things? It sounds like this needs to be sorted out sooner rather than later, especially if Joshie is losing weight still. You as his mother will instinctively know when something is not right and you and Joshie deserve answers. :comfort: Stick to you guns and persevere, we are all right behind you!
MT - K has just started doing this too the past couple of days. He cries really hard and I always think its wind - most times it actually is. He cracked a tanty this morning -
I gave him Infants friend, water, walked around the house with him for ages and he just kept going and going. As a last resort I thought I'll try him in his rocker so I put him down and started rocking him gently, he went quiet and started smiling and laughing at me the little bugger!! So im guessin' its an 'age' thing.
Good luck with your weigh in today - sending 'gain' vibes your way!
Well on saturday I went and brought a few things for K from Toys r Us. One item was one of those wedge things so you can position them on their sides etc
Its one that has the mat with the two removable cylinder like pads and a headrest aswell, its really cool cause you can position the pads wherever you like, so handy!!
I used it when I put K down at 9:45am and he is hasnt woken up yet :hooray: It's no doubt because he feels secure and snug, why didnt I think of this weeks ago hahahaha
He has been sleeping so good the past few nights. Goes down between 8:00-8:30pm and has been sleeping right through until 5:30-6:00am
In saying that even his sleeps during the day are much better. Yesterday afternoon he slept from 2:30pm till 4:15pm and this morning when he went back to bed after his bottle he slept for an hour and a half; so not like him, usually his max is about 45 minutes so I am really happy with how he's going at the moment!
Its a miserable day here today. I think most of the week is going to be sadly. Was meant to go out walking this morning with a friend but yeah decided not to as the weather is just too unpredictable.
I also set myself a goal starting today - I'm on the mission to lose 5kg before Xmas, that will get me to what I was before I had K.
Ideally I would like to get to 60kg again but yeah one step at a time PMSL
Hi everyone
Well the big moe has been postponed for at least a few days- it is absolutely pouring and wet and windy- not the best time for traveling with all our worldly possessions in a trailer!! So i am free to take my time!!! I got a big job out of the way yesterday- went through all of our "paper stuff" i am a hoarder so it was a tough job- but i am quite proud- my throw away pile was alot bigger than my keep pile!!
Now i have to do the same with my clothes....... :o
Squidipa.... Keep onto those drs.. did you take your record book to show them??? You have been doing a great job keeping track of everything like your feeding patterns and weight gain/loss results- surely if they get a look at those they will see there is something going on.
Shanes poo's are quite irregular, some days none for a few days in a row- then other days 2 or 3 in one day. but loads of wet nappies!! What did they actually test for?
Leasha.... :hug:Where is that frypan??????????? You are not alone in being overwhelmed with mummy duties and house wife duties.... since shane started sleeping all night he is awake ALOT more during the day, i used to get a few good blocks of time to get things done- but now i am constantly entertaining or feeding him and i barely have time to scratch my arse let alone clean up. And yes like you i still have time for the computer coz i can do this one handed while feeding as i am doing right now- its a fair bit harder to do dishes with one hand!!! oh and you are lucky Shel only asks for 10 minutes.. DH asks for half an hourof him time to unwind (even though he is a good hours drive from work- thought that could count as a bit of unwind time) or he pulls the excuse that he is filthy dirty from work and cant even hold shane till he has had a shower. Mind you i do have it good when it comes to him understanding about house work not being done- he knows he has to help alot- or it simply just doesnt get done. Mind you on the weekends i often ask him to look after shane to do dishes etc and he usually comes back within a few minutes and says- i'll do those- you take him... and i take shane and the dishes dont get done for hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway- just wanted you to know your not alone and maybe you and shel need to negotiate your chore lists... i.e. hers isnt allowed to be empty while yours is full!!!
MT... Yes i am getting far more tired these days!!! Shane has been sleeping throught the night (until last night) and while i thought getting the extra sleep at night would do me good- its made it worse i think!!! There just doesnt seem to be enough hours int he day- when he does go to sleep i feel like i should do things i havent had a chance to do all day (like have a shower- have a hot cuppa- eat etc) but i just fall in a heap on the couch and fall asleep!! And i have been taking to feeding him laying down in bed in the sfternoons and having a snooze with him- i love the laying down feeds!!! We both just snooze- he snacks- its really good!!!
and  at the poo explosion!!! Great introdction to nappy changing!!!!!
Pixie and The Bear.... :bluecheer: on the successful car collection!!!
Sacha... I took shane for his first swim the other day!! He thought it was great!! Didnt whinge at all!! But yeah- my arms got a bit sore after a while!!!
Mel... Hope DS gets better soon.
:hello:To anyone i missed!!! Hope everyone is enjoying the wet cool day!!!
MT - that is so funny with Jett pooping on that guy! Awesome, you'll have to remind him that's his first laugh when he's older hehe. E pooped yesterday for the first time in 6 days (he'd pooped every day of his life before that!!) Yesterday was the first time I've had a day nap in ages, I desperately needed it too and was soo groggy when I woke up.
Hi everyone else.. I'm kinda sleepy again today so will check in again soon!
Hi everyone
Sorry I have been MIA all weekend ... and then some! LOL! Looked at a few houses on Friday, but because they are so far away (like an hour from where we currently live) it made for a long day with the two little ones in tow! I feel like the agent didn't even listen to me (I know it's her job to sell her clients houses, but ....) She asked what was important and I told her - 4b/r minimum, a LARGE backyard (among other things) and she was showing me places that had NO backyard, and were not very 'child-friendly' at all.
Then on Saturday, we had our application meeting with the finance people to get our pre-approval, and on Sunday, IL's came up (arriving at 9am :wtf:!!!!!!) So yeah, the whole day was pretty much a write off!
One good thing about moving though is that we will actually have a screen door which can STAY LOCKED meaning that no-one can just walk in like here ...
Sorry for the "me" post, I've fallen a little behind, but will try to do personals a little later!
HI guys
DS has early stage pneumonia and is bugging the crap out of me at the moment for dora so will be back later for personals.
Well, we survived our Bear-brained scheme as you can see from the Bear's post above..... to give you some idea this is what I posted about it in the 'where did you BF today' thread
:yeahthat::
This made for a long weekend in the car, which Beth tolerated amazingly well - probably better than we did...still it's nice to be home now!
I think I am still traumatised but I have run out of chocolate and can't be bothered to go and buy more... I think Beth is traumatised too because every time I put her in her rocker she screams ...... she must think it's the car seat! And to top it all off we got home to find the fridge had been somehow unplugged all weekend so had to chuck out a bunch of stuff........
but anyway moving on

Pixie - I stopped breastfeeding weeks ago LOL ..... hence why K is stacking the weight, good ol' formula hehe
Mel - hope your DS doesn't get pneumonia :( Take care of yourself too.
sasha - while K is on formula I reckon some babies are just bigger than others.. I don't feel so bad knowing E is so big when I remember there's other babies like K out there :)
Hi everyone!!
Guess what!!!! The next Belly Buddies thread to become a sticky at the top will be ours (July 16-31 is up there now!!)!! What an amazing 12 months it has been, it was only 12 months ago we were all about to be UTD - WOW!!!!!!
Sorry I have been MIA for the last few days, been quite busy with work, playgroups, play dates, family and jobs around the house... and I have finally updated my blog!! There are new photos and heaps of new posts and it made me realise that there is a big gap between photos!! Reminding me to take more while I remember!!
The Mastermans
Just going to try a few personals...
MT ~ I wasn't on for our little expressing meetings either!! Back tonight though
Sasha ~ Congrats on the small gain :) yay on the sleeping through, that is fantastic!!
Pixie ~ Glad you got to Melbourne and back to Sydney safe and sound, hope Beth will settle back into her rocker again soon!
MM ~ Where are you looking at houses, I thought you were making a sun, sea and fun change!!!
Rachel ~ Big hugs to you, it is lucky that you know about Kye and don't feel alone, both boys will probably lose it all when they get to crawling and toddlering about!! Also for little Kya, she's a courageous little fighter and I struggle to comprehend how amazing her family is. I hope she saw the christmas tree, and was amazed when she past 500 days
SB ~ I am glad you have a reprieve on the big move!! I think there is more rain coming too!!
The Bear ~ Sounds like a lovely but speedy trip!
Squidipa ~ Did you go back to the Paed yet, have you any test results? Hope you are going okay, thinking of you Hun
Leasha ~ GRRRRR at Shell!!! Why do they just not get it!! It is easier now then when they were newborns but still they take a lot of time and effort!!! I hopw she didn't come home from SID in a crappy mood!!

SB - thanks babe.. we need em.
He was up every half hour last night - Miss M slept through it all.. but feel like my eyes are popping out of my head this morning. Should go have another cup of coffee. Hopefully my mum comes to visit today - that'll cheer him up. I feel sorry for DH - he got up to him all night - I stayed in bed, but didn't go back to sleep incase I was needed as well - and then DS wouldn't go back to sleep at around 4am - so he got into bed with us, snorted and sniffled for 45 minutes then started to push me out of bed to get up. DH got up with him and rested a little in the loungeroom whilst I caught up on sleep till 6.45 - then DD was awake as well. Hopefully he will conk out for a bit this morning... he looks pretty comfy in his thomas sofa watching diego..
Vic - I can't believe how much you get done during the day!!!! I took a pic of a HUGE weed in our yard on sunday, I was going to put it on facebook just for you.. lol.. I think you would be impressed, its like a tree!!! LOL
Sash - its actually BFing that usually makes babies gain weight quick - bit of a old wives tale that its formula that makes them fat... cos both of mine have been formula fed - and they definitely aren't fat.. its just the baby I think... ;)
Better go make a coffee.
Hello to everyone - you know I love yas ;)
Leash - glad I had good timing last night for ya!!!! ;)
Hi Everyone!
Just in here super quick to tell you all that I am now hitched! I have posted a few pics of the wedding if you want to take a look, but there are heaps on my facebook!
Have so much to do, so no time for personals. I am sorry. I hope everyone is well!
Love & Hugs
Vic, loving your house photos!! How big is the floorspace, looks huge.
CM4E - YAY CONGRATS!!! do I have you on FB? Would love to see pics.
E has been soo hungry yesterday and today, like wanting food every hour!!!! He woke up at 4am both days, which he hasn't done for over a month. Is it a growth spurt or does he need solids? I am so confused... he has been staring at the food we eat too, plus he's over 9kg but he's not 4 months yet and the guides all seem to say no solids before then. Any ideas?
I'd say a growth spurt for sure babe...
I dont' know what everyone else is doing - but we wont' start solids until 6 months at least. Then it will be baby led solids - cos I got so sick of cooking stuff and pureeing it for DS.. lol
