Wow Squiipa March next year!!! Good Luck!! I'm not going to be ready then I don't think!!
It was huge - haha!! But it shows that massive difference in weight with poo'ing and pee'ing!!! Especially when little Miss is holding them in for days now!
Oh thanks for your comments about her clothes, I don't think I will be selling them though, waiting to see what we have in the future! She has a lot of "brand" clothing but if I buy it, it is never full price, usually half price of less, and mroe often cheaper than the non brand stuff! I am a bargain hunter!
*EDIT, HIGHCHAIR PICTURES ARE ON OUR BLOG NOW!* LINK BELOW IN SIG.
Must go back to jobs!!
Mel - Funny you say this as I was thinking on Friday it must just about be time to change K's teat. I checked out the packet in the chemist (been using Pigeon brand) and actually noticed the 'small' teat says 2-3mnth+ .... do you HAVE to change teats as they get older... I'm guessing you would as why else would they make em???
Whats the difference?
Re: routines - K's is still good. He is still sleeping through the night :hooray: Most nights is usually in bed by 8:30pm and sleeps through until between 5 and 6am
He had another swim in our pool yesterday, he is so good in the water. I had a hold of him under his armpits and was lifting him up out of the water then lowering him back down and he was cracking up laughing, was sooo cute!! I'm so pleased he hasnt cracked it but I guess being a waterbirth baby he's semi used to it hehe
I've also been looking around to try and find a baby swim class, have found a few but now just need to ring up and enquire as to days, times etc
Anyways the man is asleep so I'm gonna grab something to eat while I can LOL
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
EDIT: I added a pic of Kye taken the other day to my album, i think its such a cute one of him!! https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...hp?photo=10993
Sash - difference is the flow - so as they get older, the newborn teats are apparently too slow for them and they get frustrated with it. Which is what we thought was happening cos she's been off her bottles a bit lately - even daycare thought so too - but NOPE.. still newborn for her.
I wouldn't switch his teats until you think he is getting fussy with the flow. We replace ours every 2 months as well, saves them from getting old and slipping into the bottle neck when they suck (we use the pigeon ones too)
Vic - no babies in march for you huh ;) We'll start trying in June.... well.. we'll see what happens if we move or not
Better go have lunch and check on Miss M... just as I wrote up her normal routine before- she has gone and bloody changed it on me today.. lol
hey all- sorry i have been mia.. busy busy busy- we are heading off in a week- will try and get some more computer time in- but will see how i go!!!
Squidipa... i guess 150grams!! Goodluck!!!
Nah, not just yet, I need to take into consideration that I am high risk :(
I have a 50% of have a prem, 33% chance it will be between 31-35 weeks. So I need to be in a position to be able to deal with that should it happen (although hoping that we get to go FT!!!). There are so many complicaitons that come with a prem, will depends on how early, care required, time in hospital, having another bub to look after etc. So we have to take all of that into consideration.
Awesome Sasha, hope it continues!!!:
Re: routines - K's is still good. He is still sleeping through the night Most nights is usually in bed by 8:30pm and sleeps through until between 5 and 6am
Goodluck packing SB, hope you move goes well :)
Must run, my lamb roast is cooked!!!
Hey folks!
Busy in here today.... I just got back from my day spa treatment the Bear got me as a birthday present.... it was great! so relaxing, felt very pampered! The Bear looked after Beth, but unfortunately we haven't given her a bottle for a while and little miss seems to have forgotten milk comes in bottles as well as boobies! the Bear had a bit of a battle on his hands apparently! Then he gave her all the milk in the fridge - about 240mls! :o Will have to make sure we give her a bottle every week or so so she doesn't forget again!
anyway Bear is in Singapore next week so it will just be me & DD from tuesday til friday.
Beema woah on the poo - that was huge! you should have named it! LOL
SB ... good luck with the packing and moving!
Mel, Squiddy you're all so keen on the TTC.... not planning the second one - Mel I think I am like you, I'm scared the next one won't be as good as DD! Beema I know what you mean about being high risk, even though we only had that issue with DD not breathing when she was born, and it is unlikely to happen again it still gives me pause when thinking about TTC another one. Well just wait for the mood to strike I guess!
Sash cute pic of Kye, and great that he is sleeping through..... Last night was a good one for DD after all that, last feed at 9.55 and didn't wake up till nearly 8am! :leap:
:hello: to MM Rach MT and everyone.... gotta run, baby grizzling!
thanks for your guesses on joshies weight,
squidipa - my guess is 200g :)
sasha - love that pic of kye, he and e have such similar builds! they even look a teeny bit similar to me in that pic :)
thepixie - aww yay for a spa treatment!! i have been looking at getting a massage or something as a treat. i am experiencing the same sagas with e trying to take a EBM bottle right now - haven't done one in ages (oops) and he's not taking them now :( tried twice with no luck. i really really want to go watch beckham play on dec 6 so will keep trying.
vic - lol at weighing n's poop! e has gone 6 days and then massive poop, then another 6 days and two massive poops. We're on day 3 again now lol.
hi everyone else, hope you had a fantastic weekend.. and thanks for all your birthday wishes on FB. had a fab bbq at our place with about 20 friends.
AND.... a year ago today i found out i was pregnant! we were in london on our round-the-world trip. i snuck out from our hotel and got a test because my bb had been a bit sore and i was wondering (no other signs tho). i remember buying the test cos it was so expensive! did the test in the hotel bathroom and then came out and told dh (who was watching tv). we were happy but more reserved than when i got my first positive test (which ended in a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks) but it was so nice to have that news a couple of days after my birthday.
when/how did you find out you were pregnant?
Good Morning :)
Rach I was reading your status on FB and I went back to my blog to see the dates when I found out :) Here is my blog post from the 11th December, my first post, slightly edited (but it was a private blog until I got to 12 weeks) :) He he for the every 6 days, I really must take more notice of the days, but it has seemed to be be Saturday afternoons/early evening ;)
"After waiting for quite some time DH and I decided that we couldn't be bothered waiting for out new house to be built that we would just give TTC a shot and see how we go, it can take a long time so we thought yeah this could take a few months or more so we'll be right!!
After the first month of TTC I met with my Dr about a month before for the dreaded PS, and spoke with her about us TTC and she just asked about what supplements I was taking and we also spoke about my gym work - as I was worried that I could push it too hard and do some damage. So after reassuring me the everything we were doing was fine, month 2 of TTC started.
I was a bit more relaxed, but when the TWW arrived I got myself so stressed out, wrote myself off and told myself that it wasn't going to happen this month, and went and spent the day at Victor with friends (I wasn't the chirpiest of people, but I don't think anyone noticed!!). It was a great distraction - but deep down I was shattered, kinda hard not to get caught up!!
I had been burping since the 29th of November, not just the occassional burp - a lot, and it was kinda funny!! Then cramps and got woken up one night with sharp pain in my BBS, and was a little nauseaus, but I said to Roy and myself nope, not this month.
Anyway I thought I would prepare for the testing - decided that I would test 2 days early as I wanted to do at least one POAS - it is fun!!! So on the Monday I bought supplies to cover all bases - good and bad!!
After writing myself off during month two of TTC I was absolutely shocked to find that I had a big bright BFP!! I had convinced myself that I was not UTD, and couldn't believe my eyes when at 5:50am on the 4.12.07 2 lines showed up straight away - OMG!!!
YEAH!!!!
So I quickly booked an appointment with my Dr that day as my Dr told me there is a massive shortage of OB's in Adelaide and I could end up waiting a long time for an appointment, (unfortunately my Dr was on leave and had to see another Dr), and appointment was 45 minutes late - not helping my nerves.
When I told the Dr so was very excited - more than me it was beautiful, she rang the office of Dr A B (OB) to see if she was available on my expected date, and great for me she was, so with the referral letter and phone numbers in hand I left the Dr's in a little daze, jumped in my car and rang the OB office straight away to book all of my appoinments in. First Midwife appoinment with S is on Monday 7th January, and my first OB appointment is on 8th February four our first US - yeah!!!!
In the meantime we are taking care of our little Jelly Bean, and sending lots of love.
Ahh.... We are on Cloud 9
xxoo"
 for your angel baby Rach
Pixie - Yay for the sleep-in and the spa treatment!! Which reminds me I must book in for my facial and use the voucher before it runs out very shortly!!!
Well must go and have a shower and do some more work while Nakita has gone down for her sleep. :shhh:
:hello:Hello all
WOW it has been a year already since we were all clutching our :bfp: and racing onto BB with our pants still around our ankles to tell everyone, how time flies
Squidipa- hugs chicky and I guess hmmm 200g too
Vic- I hope everything goes well with baby number 2 I have a friend who had a baby the same gestation as you had miss N and her second was two weeks over due.
Poor Daddy geting covered in poo I hope he has a strong stomach hee hee
Kiwigirl- Just looked at the pic I took of my BFP and the date says the 7th of December but I think I tested earlier and got an extremely faint cross. I had only slight AF cramping no other signs oh except my due date which I worked out to be 13/08/08 when my first born was due on the 13/05/05 I knew it was a sign what were the chances of having dates like that! :D
Sorry to hear of your loss :grouphug:
The pixie- The day spa sounds sooooooo nice. LOL about the bottle confusion Allegra does the same thing then gives me this real cranky look to say noooo thats not what I want MUM!
Mel- I bought 2 new larger bottles with a faster flow teat and Allegra cracked me up when she was pulling faces while trying to keep up with the flow the first few times. How is Miss M going in childcare? I have an enrolement form for Allegra as I may need it in February back to work YAY YAY.
Sasha- WOW what a great routine you have K in I'll give you my number and he can baby chat to Allegra and tell her to do the same hee hee. Thats great he loves swimming
MM- sounds like you have a real mummies boy there (makes the most of it remember they grow up and don't really like giving too many cuddles)
Hello to everyone I missed
We cleaned up Cadences Highchair yesterday and Allegra loves it she sits up high and looks down on Cadence and the cat. She has been ok with sleeping lately but my routine of going to bed at 10:30 has gone right out the window as someone still wants to party till midnight.
I have had Allegra on both boob and formula for a bit now and she's doing alright she's not packing on the weight like I thought she would be.
Better go and start to get organised for my orthodontist appointment ouchie ouchie!
Take care everyone

I am really hoping we get to go to term - don't think I will be too thrilled about going 2 weeks over  What was caused your friends bub to come early?
Daddy doesn't have the strongest stomach, and he was yelping out holding Nakita up in the air and poo dripping everywhere, I just wanted to look and enjoy laughing at him for a while, but as it was going to get the couch I have to get a towel
 I still don't know how I didn't blurt it out at work, i must have had the hugest grin on my face!!:
racing onto BB with our pants still around our ankles to tell everyone, how time flies
Hope the orthodontist app goes well!!
Got a good amount of work done today, and if N stays asleep a little longer I will get more done!! So better run!
not sure but my friend smoked heavily during her pregnancy :dunno:
you did soooooo well to hide your pregnancy AND the sex of miss N
my orthodontist made my day he said once a gap is closed in my teeth we'll talk about them coming off :leap:
thank u for ur messages i am exhausted and am resting!
The appointment took it out of me but i am determined if possible it be my last. It took 3 hours and loads of tears. I am wrecked physically and emotionally can wait for it to be over. I already knew i had and have post traumatic stress disorder thanks to my EX the *@#$ twit, well i hope this is the end of this chapter. Just resting up and processing!!
thanks again
Hi All
Hehe KelIt was tricky, but in the end I just had to smile at everyone's guesses, sooooo many people were certain it was a boy cos of the way I was carrying!! Little did they know!:
you did soooooo well to hide your pregnancy AND the sex of miss N
Yay about the gap closing, did he say how long that might take?
Glad to hear you got through your appointment Squidipa, :grouphug: hopefully you can now move forward and leave all this behind :)
I am buggered, went to work for 3 hours, worked at home, flew into the city to doa few jobs and then went to yoga, got home about 8.30pm, and my lovely DH was cleaning the floors :)
So I cooked up some lovely Veal Schnitzels from the farmers markets with a mountain of vegies (I love my vegies atm, have to eat a lot of them :)) I am off to do my evening express and then get an earlish night as I have an 8am meeting, with the national Landscape Design Manager for Delfin Lend Lease, so I have to be on the ball
Huge Hi to everyone else, hope you had a good day and havn't come down with a dose of Mondayitis!!!
Cheers!
Hey Everyone!
Sorry I have also been MIA. Been busy out and about - I haven't even been on BB to read posts let alone actually post! Normally I get the reading in at least!
Squidipa - :comfort: I hope it is your last appt too and things only go onwards and upwards from here. Oh and my guess for Joshies weight is 195gms. But I hope you get more!
Kel - Yay for getting braces off soon! :leap:
Rach - Thanks for prompting us to share our BFP stories. I remember being so excited... so it is good to remember it all again!
SB - Good luck with the move if you don't manage to get on here beforehand!
Mel - Wishing Aricyn a speedy recovery from here! And yay for you have the perfect baby... whenever I think I have Jett's routine figured out he goes and changes it on me so I have just given up now and go with the flow! The only thing that is hasn't changed is that once the last feed is done (around midnight) then he will sleep through to morning. Usually about 7-7.30, but sometimes earlier and sometimes later!
Sasha - Kye is just doing so well and that pic is just gorgeous! What a spunky boy!
Pixie - spa treatment sounds lovely! There is a lovely day spa here that I go to (they have a hair salon attached which is where I get my hair done) and they do the best pedicures, absolutely amazing. I would love to try some of their other treatments but I feel so self-indulgent so I don't. I keep dropping hints that it would be lovely but nada! Funny thing is that when we are stuck for ideas for presents DH often suggests getting a voucher from there for people!!! I just wish he would think of getting me one too!! Oh well  So kudos to The Bear!
MM - I know how you feel with the clingy bub, Jett has been like that over the weekend too. I am wondering if he is beginning to teethe too. He is really chewing and gnawing on things - his fists, his thumb, his dummy, my fingers... but he has no other signs so I just don't know! He keeps shoving his dummy in to the side of his mouth and going to town on it! And when he grabs my hand or finger OMG I can't believe how hard he gnaws!
:hello: to everyone else I have missed... Leasha, Kell.... and anyone else my poor brain has forgotten!
Last year DH and I decided that it was time to start TTC and so I went to the doctors to have the dreaded PS which I hadn't had done for 5 years (oops!) and while I was there I discussed my plans with my doc and she gave me some great advice and sent me for blood tests to make sure everything was set to go for the journey, along with the advice that this often takes some time and to prepare to not get a positive result for up to 12 months. So after that visit we decided that we would wait for the next cycle to start trying. My blood tests came back all ok, but my PS was 'inconclusive' which meant I would need to go back for another test next cycle. Not ideal when TTC. I ummed and ahhed over it all, but decided that we would not actively try, but just see what happens and would actively try the cycle after, after the PS had been repeated. I realised that I didn't actually know alot about my cycle in terms of length or predicting it so I started temping in an effort to know how long my cycles are and my ovulating patterns, but in so doing I also knew when I was ov-ing so DTD at the right time was not exactly difficult!! So, I bought some tests ready to POAS and decided that I wanted to POAS without knowing if AF was just around the corner or not just for the fun of it. So I did... on the 28/11/07 I peed, looked at the test for a few minutes, grew bored and left it to have my breakfast. I went back about 20 mins later and there was a faint line. Faint, but no mistaking it was there. I was shocked :o But having looked 20 mins afterwards I wasn't sure if the line had come up after the 10min limit or not. So I tested again the next day, and yep, there it was, darker and within the 10mins. I still couldn't believe it, so I went and bought a different brand of tests and tested again the next day. Yep. No doubt about it. Figured I may as well use the other test in the pack too so did that a few days later. Still yep. Still couldn't believe it so I bought another pack of tests and tested both tests again through the week - I think all up I did 7 tests!! Needless to say when I went to my doc for my repeat PS and told her I was UTD she didn't give me a blood test!! I was soooo not expecting it and know that I was very blessed to get my :bfp: on the very first cycle, but I still don't know how long it is!
Rach - I just looked back on the photos I had taken of my home tests and the first one I took was 2nd December so must have a celebration on tuesday hehe
I was sitting reflecting the other day thinking I can remember saying last year on Xmas day "this time next year we will have a 4 month old" and now here we are, where has this year gone!!
Squidipa - I'm glad you got through the day, big  to you hunny! I am hoping tomorrow is a better day for you and you get a good gain with Joshie.
My guess is around 200g
Kel - had to laugh when you commented about Allegra partying all night. K has always gone to bed fairly early; takes after me in that department LOL
Re: weight gain - I can give you some of K's weight for Allegra if ya want .... he's got an extra kilo he could afford to share
Anyways will keep this short, K woke up all snuffly, think he might be coming down with a cold :(
Managed to get some spray into both nostrils and he settled again without me having to give him a bottle  - hes such a good boy!
K has also decided he is a big boy now and doesnt need to be wrapped at night time; probably explains his snuffliness LOL. I always put a sheet and blanket over him when I put him down but yep if I wake up during the night and check on him he has always kicked it off and is just lying there with nothing on top of himself. He will quite happily sleep like that all night too, strange child!! LOL
Anyways me is tired, back to bed I go..... byeeeee!
Hi all :)
When did we find out I was pregnant - hmm.... well we DTD twice that cycle - one on day 9 and then day 16 - then along came day 28 and it was a saturday, and I'm like.. hmm.. I'll do a test anyway - just random - and it was positive. Didn't believe it until I went to the docs on monday morning and had a blood test, rang them up for the result a few hours later and they confirmed over the phone that I was UTD. So I started getting all teary and my workmate (who was there holding my hand for the blood test and the phone call) got all teary too.
I then emailed DH to let him know that we were expecting another one!!!! :)
Anyhooo - got a little boy here who is bugging the crap outta me cos he wants to play with the puppy dogs. I'll be back later!!!!
*mwah*
Hi, im a bit late to be joining this but would be great to talk to others with little ones the same age!!
About us: Our DD was born 1st August and we have had a great (almost) 4 months, Breast feeding was ok after the first two weeks and has been going well, she slept through the night for a month and then went to waking once, sometimes twice a night between 6pm and 5am which was magic, slept well in the day two hours awake, two asleep through the day.
But everything seems to be changing!!! ALOT less sleep, change in likes/dislikes/habits/etc hoping to hear that this is normal and just something everyone goes through at 4 months!
Welcome beckoes, ya never too late to join this group hehe :p
You're lucky you can get your girl to sleep during the day for 2 hours!!! OMG .... K very rarely sleeps longer than an hour during the day but his sleeping pattern is good at night. He will sleep from 8:30pm right through until at least 5:00am which suits me perfect!!
Look forward to getting to know you better!
Welcome Beck - and may I say - wooohooo for another sunny coast member!!!!
WOOOHOOOO!!!
Our bubs are only a day apart :)
Oh - and there is a growth spurt at 4 months - so they could change their routine a little bit ;) I'm sure you wanted to hear that.. lol
:)
very quick and brief hi to beck, my son was born on 31st july. Welcoem to the group its never to late look forward to chatting with you. Your very lucky you get your bubs to sleep 2 hours during day myn wont sleep during day bar from few mins. he is teething and his top is always wet so we are using bibs and changing them VERY frequently!
ladies i think i have had a break through like a piece of crap has been lifted form my shoulders like just knowing whats to come the end of this has helped me.:) I know i am soooo close ill have to party when it all gets submitted tot he courts :)
thanks for the warm welcomes!! Its good to hear that the day sleeps being few and far between is pretty normal... that is one of the things that has changed...without warning...last week she would sleep no problem for LONG periods of the day, this week fights it and yesterday we managed 3 hours in little bursts over the whole day! SO unlike her!! today looks like it might be the same!
i thought she could be teething, but ive been told that the hand chewing/excessive dribbling/red cheaked/crying that has begun this week is NOT teething???
look forward to chatting with you all!!
Welcome bec! Great to have you here :) Grace is a beautiful name, actually we want that as a middle name if we have a girl one day.
:welcome: Beckoes!!! If you get a chance, check your DD's gums - if you can see them starting to get a bit white on the tops (easier with the bottom gums :)) then, yep, she's prolly teething! My DS is whingy (out of character whingy) and clingy (also out of character) and has had rosey rosey cheeks for the last couple of days now and he is teething - ALWAYS has something in his mouth! LOL!
HI TO EVERYONE!!!
Just quickly jumped in to say we got our home loan approval, so now we're SERIOUSLY looking!!! OMG it's so scary and exciting and terrifying and stressful and did I mention EXCITING?????
I'll try and jump on a little later after all the kiddies are in bed, cause I have two here at the moment whinging for their baths!!
xxxx
Hello
Welcome Beckoes!!!! Love your DD's name and she could be teething a few of us in here are going through it. I could be soon as DD1 cut her first tooth at 4 months there is no limit to how early babies get teeth I've heard of a baby being born with a tooth and DF's sister cut teeth at 12 weeks!!!
MM- YAY for your home loan approval where are you looking for houses?
Squidipa- thats great that you are feeling better! I'll listen out for your party music
Sasha- K is so much like Allegra she alays kicks her blanket off and she hasn't been wrapped in ages because she would extend her arms and break out of the wrap
Vic- could be a while yet they wont say when so I don't hold them to that date and get dissapointed if they don't come off but going by my orthodontic plan i still have just over a year left
PMSL I just looked over at her in the high chair and she is leaning to one side slouched down with her foot on the bar just taking it oh so easy!
I'll see if I can add the photo I took
:welcome: To our thread Beckoes :) A lovely bunch of chatty Mums, Bubs and the Bear.
Grace is a beautiful name, one of the ones we were considering ;)
Nakita was born on the 30th June but was due on the 14th August, so I stayed with my Belly Buddies when they moved over here as we didn't relate very well with the bubs in the June group!
MM I hope the teething isn't too painful for Veygas! Lots of hugs!
Kel, hopefully you get rid of them in less than a year!! Allegra looks soo cute in the highchair and has the same problem as Nakita - struggling to look over the tray!!
I hope you get to have a huge party Squidipa!!!
Sasha, hmm what's better, little sleep during the day or sleeping all night? I hope he is feeling better and hope the cold doesn't get any worse
 Mel I can't believe you told DH over email!!!
MT I loved your story, just beautiful :) I did 3 tests, and I think i still have them in a zip lock bag!!!
Well been crazy busy day, got to work about 7.45am, worked until 11:30am, bolted home, cooked some bacon, egg, mushroom, tomato and cheese pastries (yummo) and grabbed some fresh cherries (our irrigation guy owns a cherry farm as well!!) and went to mothers group, was a lovely day, then post office and back home. Nakita hardly slept and has been grumpy, she is asleep in the swing atm but I will wake her in 15 min, give her her last feed them into bed for my little munchikin :) Then I can do a load of nappies, down to one Pea Pod so better get them on the line!!
So better run!!!:leap:
:hello: beckoes, good to have you on board! Mel and I are also in the July group, cause our babies were so fashionable they were nearly 2 weeks late!
Mmmm I think the Bear was telling me I was pregnant but I was in denial about it. He was in Singapore for work but I was talking to him on the phone while I did the POAS. I was going to wait until the morning but the Bear couldn't wait LOL The line was really, really faint, so faint I couldn't be sure .... I think I did about 3 in the end!
Kel, love the photo! will have to get a high chair for DD
Vic - you're such a dynamo! LOL
MM congrats on the home loan! how exciting!
Sash - Beth kicks off her blanket too, have to get her a new sleeping bag. The old one that came with her hammock says 0-6 months but she doesn't like it any more cause it restricts her legs kicking around! She hates to be tied down!
well had a good day today - had coffee and cake with SIL, drove Bear to the airport and then went round to my dad's place for dinner. Saw my brother and his g/friend who is six months pregnant.... came home gave DD a feed and put her to bed! Bay walk tomorrow so fingers crossed the weather is nice!
anyway gonna hit the hay shortly so :hello: to squids, melski, MT, rach and everyone else, have a great night :leap:
Hey Everyone!
Welcome Aboard Bec and Grace. You are more than welcome to join in and there is no such thing as being too late... unless you try to join when your bub is 6 years old! I think we get disbanded then!
Sasha - Sorry to hear Kye is sick
MM - Yay on the home loan! Exciting times ahead! I hope you find a house soon, not like us. We looked just about every weekend for 6 months.... but it was worth it. I love my house!
Kel - I commented on your highchair photo - so very very cute!
Hi Mel, Leash, Rach, Kell, SB and anyone else I've missed!
My day has been interesting....sort of. Went for my usual Tuesday morning walk this morning which was really nice. The weather was fantastic, lovely and sunny but not too hot. Tyson, my dog, absolutely loved it bounding around the open spaces, playing with other dogs he met and chasing birds and rabbits. Jett seemed to enjoy it too, stayed awake the whole time. Did a massive poo when we got back though! He seems to have cut his poos down to every 3rd day now. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not... on one hand there isn't a whole stack of pooey nappies sitting around ready to be washed, but on the other hand when there is one OMG!!!! :omg:
Then this afternoon we got notification that one of my SIL called Lifeline last night and was now missing. So we did a lot of running around trying to locate her. She came home tonight, so is no longer missing and at least she is safe. But she is denying calling the line and now my other two SILs have told her that we don't know so we have to pretend we know nothing. Not going to be easy. I wish they hadn't and were just truthful about it. :wall:
Ok, I'm off! Will chat more tomorrow!
MT - I'm glad your SIL was found - and yes, people just need to be more honest...
Kel - thats a great pic.. she loooks soooo relaxed..soo verry chilled out.. man...
Vic - nooo not down to one nappy!!! lol... I hate that feeling.. luckily it hardly ever happens here - unless there has been 5 days of rain or something *cough cough*
MM - yay on the loan - looking to the sunny coast for houses? hehe
Hmmm.. Aricyn is chucking a tantie.. dunno why.. he asked for "mulk..." then "cow" which is his words for "can i have a yoghurt please mummy" and then i get it for him, and he runs off and starts bumping his head into the carpet.. meh.. I'll never understand toddlers..
Been a few rough nights here - I suspect its the bath water that she has swallowed - her belly doesn't like it... well. thats what I THINK has been the problem.
Arrghh now toddler is annoying me... better go!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a fabulous job you have been doing Squidpa, I remember you saying a while ago that if you had to do top ups you would prob end up fully FF, but you have proved yourself wrong, stand up and take a bow hun, it's been a long road and I understand how difficult it has been. He will now cruise forward in leaps and bounds!!
Congrats MM on the home loan approval, are you sure you don't want to go to the sunnycoast to live near the other girls.... hehe
Mel, nappies are all washed dried and re-stuffed ready to be filled once again!! I still use dippies overnight as even with the boosters I don't think they will hold all of little miss N's wee!!! hehe!
MT glad to hear your SIL was found and I hope things can be sorted out soon *HUGS*
LOL Pixie, I think I am a little insane actually!! Today is a "rest day" still gotta got to the PLaza to pick up MIL's portacot and a birthday present, hoping to see a friend in hosy who just had a baby girl awww :), drop into the office and out for dinner..... hmmm where is the rest in that... oh yeah this morning, but no working so... oh well... tomorrow is a killer!!! Don't think I will see my laptop!!! Take DH to work, go home, cook a cake and make savoury pastries, go to prem playgroup, then get little miss N's needles, then pick up food and DH, drive to the hills for a suprise birthday!!
Ahhh I think I needs a holiday!!
Hope you have a fab Bay walk today too Pixie :)
Well must be off!!
:hooray: Squidipa thats awesome about Joshie's gain :cheer:
Just a quick one from me. Kye is sick. Was up to him three times last night; could hear him on the monitor finding it hard to breathe with his blocked nose and he was pretty upset, poor bubba! He didnt need a bottle though; slept in this morning until 7:30am, lazy bum - wish I could do that LOL !!
Miserable day here today, poured down overnight. Was intending on starting mums and bubs yoga today but will start next week when Kye is better.
Anyways gotta run and get something to eat, so hungry!
:hello: Hi to everyone.... BBL
big hugs for kye
Howdy y'all!
Squidipa - :bluecheer: :hooray: WOOOOHOOOO for Joshies weight gain!! That's fantastic! for you too, hope you're feeling OK!
Kel - what a crack-up of a photo! Allegra is so adorable!!
Sash - big  for Kye, ope he gets better soon.
Vic - you are always on the run woman!! LOL! I hate running out of nappies too, but my stash isn't really very big, and I am washing every day! I managed to get some panda baby night time nappies and they are wonderful!! Master K and Master V have one each (so it's a sposie every second night! LOL!) Don't know if you saw the pics on FB, and can't remember atm if I posted them on here .... too much going on in my head right now! hehehe
Mel - I WISH!!! LOL! We are terrible, we keep changing our minds every 5 minutes LOL! Well it feels like it anyway!
A couple of you were mentioning your bubs kicking off their blankets and/or having hissies about being wrapped ... Master V has a hissy when I wrap him, but if I don't he won't settle and go to sleep ... the hissy only lasts a minute or so, but yeah, he manages to wriggle out of the wrapping AND kick his blankets off. I have taken to wrapping him from under the arms (instead of over his shoulders) cause he REALLY likes sucking his thumb, so I can't restrict his arms ...
oh yeah ... I did one POAS the saturday morning DP was due home ... I couldn't sleep all night and ended up testing at 5am!!! LOL! But I had been having pregnant dreams all week, even though AF wasn't officially late until Friday! But being #4, I guess you start to listen to your intuition (although I knew all 4 times as soon as AF was late! lol!) I told him as soon as he got home. IL's came over the next day cause we had planned weeks before hand to go out to lunch and the theatre and they were looking after the kids ... over lunch, we decided to tell them cause we needed help with the extra furniture we were gonna have to get (we ended up getting it ourselves in the end anyway) so yeah, I had nearly 8 whole months of MIL constantly ringing to see how I was and asking how I felt etc ..
Anyways big hellos to everyone, gotta start getting dinner ready!
MM thanks i am feeling better cant wait soon its all going to be handed in then we wait hopefully done in few months f there is no objections:)
josh got that second round of blood taken poor little man screamed and screamed. The ladies said he was extreamly strong. both arms 3 times and each time they would go in and out and they needed about 8-9 mills glad its over hope if anything is there they find it so we dont have to do this again.
Hey folks!!
Back from the Bay walk which was great! not too hot today so nice day for a walk. Then went to Broadway to buy a new nappy bag.... just got a pretty plain one but should be ok. Bummer that the old one is falling apart cause I liked it but what are you gonna do.... AND I forgot that I need a new sleeping bag for DD  Thinking of making another tea cake (yum) or some marmalade.... beats mopping the bathroom floor. The Bear is in Singapore till Friday ...
